Todd and Kiefer, professionalism and knowledge of the repair we need fixed were outstanding. Our service man, Wes was an absolute jewel! He was called because we had no running water inside the house. Through out the time he was at our house, he kept us informed as to what he was doing and why. No question was to big or small. He did resolve the problem as to why we had no water as well as pointing out some issues we didnt know we had. Fixed those items as well! Tim and Jonathan were good at explaining and showing me the problem. Then my daughter oversaw everything and asked many questions. My brother in law called and asked even more. We have had nothing but AWFUL experiences with this company. The installation of our a/c was completely botched. They brushed it over as a “this has never happened before” and bribed us with a hotel or dinner. We, unfortunately, decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. They provide maintenance with purchase. BIG mistake inviting them back. Our a/c (that was working perfectly fine) is now broken because they did some upkeep to it. Stay far away from this company.

I had a custom part break and due to age of the part and a supplier upgrade, I couldnt do it myself. This company is great! So professional, communicative, and helpful. All three of the employees we interacted with were friendly and professional. We had them unclog our main drain line and do a camera inspection so we were able to see that the line is now completely free and clear. When we still had some issues with our washer line backing up after the drain was unclogged, they came back and stuck with the issue until they were able to identify exactly what was wrong (long story short, it was an issue before it even reached the main drain line). It is rare to find a company that will stand behind their work like this.

I posted a review previously about an experience we had recently with this business concerning installation of a kitchen faucet. As I stated previously, the cost stated to my wife by the technician was way out of line. The owner of the business called me back and wanted details of the situation. I had my wife call and explain everything as she had been the one dealing with the technician. After listening to her side of the story he agreed to return her $39 check and he explained his situation as well. His technician was new and needed to check in in on situations like that. My wife and I were pleased with his kindness to return the check. That kindness goes a long way in our book. This business had replaced our faulty water heater just two months prior in speedy fashion I might add. I believe this business to be very fair in its dealings with customers.

The service was great. The plumber was very easy to talk to. Only negative was the cost. As with everything today, the amount we pay for services is so much inflated as compared to our fix incomes.

First of all, they scheduled us for today which was great. However, there is a $39 charge just to show up at your home. Our particular job was to simply replace an existing kitchen faucet. We purchased the new faucet from Home Depot. The technician told my wife it would be $439 to replace the faucet.My wife said that is outrageous and told him NO. $439 to remove the existing kitchen faucet and replace kohl it with a new one is total price gouging! Wes was the technician who performed the service in June and today (8/26/2021). The leak was due to high water pressure, not faulty service. Wes is the best plumber I have ever used. Pricing was unbeatable. Showed up super fast and got right to work fixing it. Had a main water shut off valve that broke and he worked non stop until it was replaced and I had water again. We were given the recommendation to use your company by my mother-in-law. Wes came out to service our plumbing issues. One being a leaking shower, the other a rocking toilet. My parents were unable to be home due to work, but Wes was able to come before I had to go to work. He came in and assessed the problems, came up with three different solutions depending on how much my parents wanted to pay. He waited so patiently while I called my mom since she was the final say so on how much she was going to spend to fix the problems. While my aunt went a week without a visit from the a/c people her home warranty people selected (in 108 degree heat), AC Medic put people on site at my mothers house the day of the call. They worked diligently to figure out the problem and stood by their warranty. They even returned for something unrelated to their work (though originally thought to have been caused by them). After what I witnessed, I wouldnt hesitate in having them to my place, when a/c or plumbing problems arise.Update: The problem started again, less than a month after the repair. They have been unable to get a technician to the house in 24 hours. Lack of urgency in standing by their work has lowered my rating from 5 stars to 4. While its an AZ summer and there are probably others with similar issues, the money spent on the system(s) and recent repair is obviously not being spent of able-bodied and available staff. I will update again, when complete.

Words can’t explain enough of how happy we are with plumbing medic. We initially tried another company with a 39$ drain snake special, which was just a way thru the door, and before fixing any of our issues they contacted a home repair company that came out immediately and tried strong arming us into opening a home owners claim up to do costly cosmetic repairs that were absolutely unnecessary. Then they had a camera guy come out, who would not disclose the location of our problem without an extra 600$. We felt like the whole thing was a scam. We found Plumbing Medic online and although several other companies would not even see us for another week, Lachelle was able to get techs over to our house that evening, and they didn’t over charge us for after 5pm arrival. And hour or so later Henry showed up, I gave him the scope of the problem, and he listened carefully and was very helpful and courteous. He then brought out Abdiel, they walked us thru 3 different options without making us feel like they were selling any of it. We decided to move forward with them, and it was the best decision we could’ve made. They were able to shift some appointments for the next day around and get to us first thing in the morning, knowing that we had no bathroom in the house. Both Henry and Abdiel were true professionals, clean, and respectful to our home and to us. They kept us in the loop on everything that we needed to do, and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions. This was all happening approximately 2 weeks before our wedding that is happening at our home, so our stress level was very high. Once they got going, I could literally feel all of the stress leaving my body. We were able to focus on our wedding and no longer worry about the issues that they were totally on top of. The price was more than fair, and there were no hidden fees or surprises at the end of it all. We were able to set up a same as cash payment plan so we didn’t have to tie up our wedding funds on house repairs. It means the world to have technicians in your home that you feel comfortable with and trust fully, both Henry and Abdiel were all that and more..thank you again to everyone at Plumbing Medic! Great emergency response service to my failed hot water heater. Plumbing and A/C Medic immediately responded to my weekend / holiday (Sunday - July 4th at 4:00 pm) call for help when no one else would return my calls. They had a technician out first thing the next morning to evaluate the situation, provide me with my options and perform my repair. Fast, courteous, professional service. I was visiting my elderly father, and while I was there, his water heater went out. I called and was able to set a day and time to have one of your technicians come out and replace it for him. I was given a call on the day the technician was to arrive, and he was on right on time! When he got there, he was very nice and extremely courteous. His name was Jake, and he was a very easy going guy. I had to leave before the installation was complete, and there was a little water on the garage floor from where the old water heater had failed. I didnt even ask him to, but he used the squeegee my father had in the garage and cleaned the water up. When I returned to my fathers house to check on the work, it looked perfect. There was no sign that somebody was even there, other than a new water heater in the old ones place. I would highly recommend these guys, and especially Jake! If I have any plumbing issues at my house, I know who I will be calling, and I know who I will be asking for! When I find a company/person that does great work, I stick with them! This was, seriously, a horrible situation. Slow drain pipe, thought it was tree roots. My entire sewer line had to be replaced. I was very pleased with this company. They were prompt, friendly, professional and very helpful and informative. It was a great experience working with Wes and David! Would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Plumbing and A/C Medic always responds promptly and today’s service to install a shower valve was no different. Their excellent customer service starts at the first phone call and extends all the way through the service. Francisco came to the house, made a quick estimate which is communicated prior to service. This is the second time we have had Francisco for plumbing services. He remembered us from the previous time which was nice. His work is very professional and expeditious. He did not mind me watching and answered all my questions which adds to my comfort. Very happy with the results and will use them in the future for all my plumbing work.

Carlos came the same day to essenially unplug our kitchen sink. He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional as he went about finding the problem. It turned out to be moree than we thought. But he came back the second day with another plumber and was able to take a camera and follow down the line where the blockage was and what was causing it, He also gave us preventive maintenance tips so we wont have this problem anymore. He also fixed broken and mis-sized pipes. They followed the pipes all the way ro the outside. Carlos and Abdiel were very patient trying to explain everything to us. My husband is hard of hearing and has misplaced his only remaining earing aide so it was difficult to explain the situation and what they planned to do. Carlos gave us dos and donts which were very helpful. Never expected to have to pay what we did but it was fair. It was a lot of work and this had been a recurring problem over the years despite visits from master plumbers and regular plumbers with warrantees and without. Now the pipes are working with gravity and not against. We hope that this will take care of the problem for many years to come.

Plumbing and AC Medic came to the Rescue when my AC Unit gave Out. They completed a full diagnosis, and gave me various repair and replacement options.I selected an AC unit replacement, which they completed in a timely and clean manner. I will use Plumbing and AC Medic again and recommend them to friends and Family . Very well worth it, very professional !!

Having recently moved to Tempe, the drain pipe of the washing machine was blocked. After leaving voicemails with several local plumbers not retuning my call, I called this company responding immediately. They quickly assessed the problem and remedied it the following morning at a very reasonable price, going over-and-above what was called for. The techs that came to my house were professional and courteous. They asked if they could enter the house in their work boss which is a big plus along with being mannered about wearing masks. They assessed the issue and gave a fair and detailed assessment of the work.

Irving and Abdiel were very professional. This wasnt just an easy snake the drain unclog job. About 15 years of grease, decaying food from garbage disposal totally clogged my drain. They went beyond what I expected and I felt they are very trustworthy. Great job guys.
