Truly a phenomenal company. During our heat wave here in Phx in mid June, our AC decided to clunk out at the WORST time possible. It was steadily climbing up to 106 inside our 2 story home. I was frantically searching for referrals from people I trust for a good, reliable and fair company and PDQ Mechanical was recommended by a work friend. Roger was able to make it out right away to take a look. He was thorough, went through all our options and gave it to us straight. We ended up replacing our entire AC/furnace and the total bill was beyond reasonable. Its hard to find honest professionals these days so we were so relieved. They made it out a few days later to do the install (poor guys in the 110+ degree attic!) and they were such troopers. Charles, Henry, Justin & Roger were so friendly, very professional and very efficient with the task at hand. We are so pleased we found PDQ and I will continue to recommend them as well as use them for maintenance in our home. Thank you guys!

One of our A/C units stopped blowing cold air. The air handler was functioning however no cold air was blowing out of any register. I called PDQ and had an appointment set up for within 24 hours. Spoke to Kristen who was extremely helpful and empathized with my situation. Today, Roger the repair tech came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. Chase was the technician that did the repair. Very professional, very personable and did a great job. A/C running perfectly. Had roofers come to house to fix roof by AC. They connected the wrong vent to roof until and we were cooling the attic and sending dust throughout the house. Had home warrenty work done on the AC unit after replacing the coil and they even went into the attic and said they ensured the ac was connected properly. The guy from PDQ was able to find the issue quickly and arrange to get it fixed right!

As the heat rolled on and we started using AC again, two of the three units weren’t blowing cold air in the shop. Chase one of their very professional technicians quickly found a leaking valve and recharged the system. The other one just actually needed new batteries in the thermostat. Our AC went out on a Saturday in the middle of July... I called and they answered right away. The tech, Chase, was at our house within two hours. He was super personable and didnt try to up-sell us anything. The full cost for the fix was just a little over $200. The whole experience was a 5 out of 5: super responsive, a knowledgeable tech with wonderful customer service, and a very reasonable price. Ill be recommending this company to all of my family and friends!

I got in touch with PDQ through Trane website as their dealer and was impressed by their simple, direct, no-frills solutions. The owner Jeff Parks came in himself to give me an estimate. There was no attempt to upsell or pressure. The estimate was very honest, clear and reasonable and I did not need to look for a second estimate. The staff who came in for installation on the due date was friendly and professional. There was no interruption or intrusion on my work and all the three units were installed in three consecutive days in a very professional manner. The warranty documents came in next day without asking. PDQ did not ask for any advance payments and the entire invoice amount was paid after installation. I am very happy and satisfied with the quality and pricing they provided. I would surely depend upon them on my future HVAC needs.

These people are great. I lost an AC unit on my old house mid-July a few years ago. Within four days they were at my house replacing both ACs with Trane 5 ton units for cheaper than Parker and Sons wanted for 1 Day and Night.

The technician, Chase was knowledgeable and efficient.

AC stopped working at about 4 pm on a 100 deg Sunday. Called PDQ at about 5pm. At 7:50 pm George showed up at our home. Even though he had already worked all through the weekend, he was very professional. He replaced our fan motor, found our capacitors were bad and replaced those. He then found our fuses had also blown and replaced those. He then ran water on our compressor to cool it down. All this was done in the dark (with flash lights). He stayed around to make sure the air conditioner was running smoothly. Our next door neighbor had their AC go out the day before and was told by their service company that they could get it fixed for 5 days. We highly recommend the company.

I have used PDQ for a few years. As emergencies do my AC not working or just maintenance. The men are great at explaining the situation and how it is fixed. When my AC has not worked, I get prompt service. I will always use PDQ and recommend them to everyone. The prices are fair and reasonable.

3 other companies refused to help, leaving me with no AC for 4 days in the hottest time of the year here in AZ. Temperatures were at 110+. One guy said he doesnt have a ladder tall enough. The others said they dont handle this type of unit. Pdq came and found the problem fast. Chase jumped on the roof in the 100 degree mid-day heat without hesitation, excuse, or complaint. Then he came inside and found the problem to be with the motor inside. He Got my ac running again. Turns out it needs a new motor but i have no complaints. Pdq has earned my respect and trust. I do not leave reviews unless i have a story of excellent service to tell. You should ask PDQ for a Quote before you do anything. You can instantly tell that chase has a high level of integrity and he enjoys saving people from the heat.

Of course I have the horror story of the air going out on a Sunday, in 110+ weather! We were not sure where to turn but found PDQ Mechanical as a referred vendor on our A/C list of good vendors. You always take a chance as one persons experience may not always be anothers experience...... with that being said, we could not be happier with our service! We left a message with the answering service on Sunday, not 10 minutes later Chase called and assured us he would be at our house that day, and approximately 3 hours later he showed up, right in the window he guaranteed. Chase was very knowledgeable, kind, and cared about our situation. My biggest fear is that someone will come out and over diagnose an issue that is not really there, Chase definitely did not do that, he found the one issue, fixed it promptly and never tried to scam us for something that didnt exist. We are customers for life and have already referred 2 people in the last 3 days to this company. Our personal experience is that you cant go wrong with them!
