Margaret is the most wonderful, forgiving person. I have a home warranty that I am not pleased with and Valleywide is the HVAC contractor with them. Poor Margaret got an ear full, because of my frustration. I called her directly to apologize and she has been wonderful throughout my painful process of dealing with the home warranty people. After I found out that only one of my units is covered, (I have 2 a/c units on my house), I called Valleywide to fix the second unit. What a wonderful man Jimmy is!! He serviced the unit and got it running. Immediately the house got cooler! Jimmy let my dogs follow him wherever he went and even took a picture of my golden retriever trying to help.I HIGHLY recommend Valleywide to anyone who needs a cooling or heating company. I had another company inspect my unit and told me I needed to replace it at a cost of over $8,000. I wanted a second opinion. So Jimmy from Valley wide came out at no cost to me. The only thing he found that needed to be addressed was that the compactor was beginning to fail. He replaced it for $242.50. Plus he did some other cleaning and routine maintenance. And, he gave me two free maintenance visits to boot. Great service! I highly recommend Jimmy and Valleywide Cooling!!

Valley Wide is very professional. They took their time and explained everything to me. I had to work with my home warranty, which I came to find out was not going to pay for any of the cost for the A/C repairs needed. I was furious. Jim, the owner was AMAZING!!! I called in for an appointment because my a/c unit would not come on. Shad arrived the next day as schedule, right on time. He performed a quick check of the exterior unit and then as for attic access. He only up there for a few minutes and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. AC died at the beginning of the hottest week weve had so far (115+ all week - hit over 100 in the house even with 4 portable AC units).These guys are great. Fast response time. Great price. Jimmy came out and they were able to install my AC less than week after I requested the service (first company I contacted said that they couldnt install it till July 9th!). The two man installation crew were very polite and efficient. Margaret in the office was very patient and helpful. I called them late on a Wednesday afternoon because my air conditioning stopped blowing cold air - mid-July in Arizona! They set up an appointment for the very next morning. The technician called that morning to let me know when he would arrive. He was on time. He knew by the description of my inquiry what was needed, so he had the part with him. He fixed my AC in less than 30 minutes. My AC is running so efficiently that I actually turned the temperature up a degree. Im very pleased all around and will likely get a maintenance contract going.

My rental AC unit failed on the Sunday before Memorial Day. They sent a technician, Shad Teeter, who was able to get the unit to temporarily work for the tenants until the next morning when he was able to return with the correct parts. The tenants felt he was very professional and appreciated his extra effort. As a broker of a local real estate company, I would highly recommend this company for their prompt, efficient service.

I had them check and repair unit in September but technician told me the 20 year-old unit was on its last legs. He explained everything thoroughly and completely. Had the unit replaced today. I highly recommend this company. A couple of months ago we had a different company come out and look at our AC unit and was told it was old and they dont make parts for it and immediately tried to sell us a new unit. Our AC unit went out last night, I called Valleywide this morning and they sent out the tech Pete today. He was wonderful! He told us it was an older unit but we only needed a couple of parts to make it running. He didnt insist on trying to sell anything, but gave us options and answered all our questions. He had our AC unit up and running in no time.

David was awesome, he called me to tell me he would be early and fixed my air conditioning problem right away. I appreciated how courteous he was and how informative. Since I was dealing with a home warranty there is only so much he could do because the part had failed. David is a credit to your company. Last year one of our two AC units had an issue. I reached out to Valleywide Cooling and they came the next day to repair the broken AC unit. Super affordable fix and yet they warned me at the time that both units we had were well over their lifespan.Fast forward to this year. Thursday of last week one of our AC units was making a horrible noise, I reached out to Valleywide Cooling at 10pm via their website and they had someone on site by 6am the next day. Tremendous customer service!!They told me the unit needed to be replaced and they happened to have a unit available and could have it installed on the following Monday. Again superb service.The two technicians were here today and they were so great. They showed up first thing in the morning and they let me know what to expect throughout the day and what they would need from me.The furnace went into the attic while the old AC unit was taken apart and removed from the back yard. The technicians were super courteous and respected our home throughout the process. Laying down drop clothes where needed and vacuuming upon completion. The unit and furnace were installed and working by 2:30-3:00pm and we couldnt be happier. We will actually be able to sleep in our bedroom tonight!We would recommend anyone use Valleywide Cooling for their HVAC needs, they are prompt, courteous and affordable. We were lucky to find them and although we dont want to have to call to get our AC units fixed we know when we do there is no one else we would turn to but them. I submitted my request around 2 AM online, got a call around 7 AM and had a my AC fixed before 10 AM. Quick communication, response, and repair times all around.

The Valleywide Cooling, LLC salesman helped isolated the cause of my old failing R-22 refrigeration system. He offered several options for replacement. After we agreed upon size and features he spent a fair amount of time to locate a replacement system. The day after that, the installation team showed up and removed my old outside compressor package and old heater and air handler placing them near the street. About 30 minutes later a truck came by and removed all discarded items, and a few minutes later another truck dropped off all of the new components. The two person installation team began the placement and hook-up of all the new components. About 5 hours later my home was being cooled by the new R-410A system. The installation team confirmed proper operation of both the new cooling as well as the new heating system . Although the installation is definitely a custom install the team worked well together to make the install go smoothly and in the shortest amount of time. I would certainly recommend Valleywide Cooling, LLC for anyone looking for a new replacement system or any air condition repairs.

My mom referred this company to me when my ac stopped blowing cold air. My husband scheduled an appointment online on Monday to see what the issue was. We were called within minutes of submitting our request online by Margaret and was scheduled for an appointment for Wednesday morning. We bought a park model mobile home. The cooling season was just starting. I noticed that our A/C was running almost continuously. I called Vallywide to have it looked at. They scheduled a tech for later the same day. This is where it gets impressive. They sent me an estimated time of arrival and a photo of the tech coming to look at the system.Pete called 30 minutes before arrival and showed up within the estimated time frame. After looking the unit over he said it was working fine, but cleaned the coils with a hose. He said that would improve efficiancy. Pete also suggested yhat we keep the blinds closed on a window nearest the thermostat so the sun wouldnt heat the wall and give a false reading. He programed our thermostat to be warmer during the day and cooler in the evening. Now the air doesnt run continuously.I would recommend Vallywide Cooling to anyonw with a cooling concern.

From the beginning I felt comfortable with Margaret who called me about a repair I requested. On a weekend day, the techs arrived quickly and fixed the problem in one of our units. They ordered additional Parts for the other unit which was not functioning properly. Pete was awesome and friendly. Both units working perfect now. Our ac/heat pump has not been working properly and has been “repaired” a few times. We had no heat and after checking Homeadvisor and BBB called Valleywide Cooling. Margaret spoke with my husband and had him speak to the manager Jim to answer his questions. My husband felt he understood the problem and we had them come out for a consult. Pete and Dave came out, on time, even called to let us know they were on their way. With Pete’s experience, he identified and said he could fix it. Parts were ordered, thankfully were covered under our initial warranty, and follow up was scheduled. Pete took the time to explain what the problems were and what had previously been done to get us up and running. Our unit is now working. Margaret called a few days later to follow up and see if we were satisfied. We are highly satisfied and highly recommend them.

I was FULLY informed of exactly what was wrong with my AC unit, shown pictures of all the issues. I required a new unit and installation was completed the next day. Again the installers were friendly, professional and walked me through everything. When I had questions the office, technician and installers worked with me and sat with me until I fully understood and completed my request to my satisfaction. On a Friday evening I noticed that my air conditioning was not cooling the house and there was a great amount of condensation dripping from my unit. Saturday morning I called Valleywide Cooling, weekend services YAY! The lady (forgive me I do not remember her name) who took my call was very polite and had great customer service. She sent a technician, Humberto, who showed up within a hour. He was very informative and honest. He showed me a picture of my unit and explained in detail what needed to be fixed. He did exactly as he explained. He did not try to up-sale any services to me but instead informed me about the things I need to do on a regular basis to keep my unit running efficiently. My unit is running great and the price was affordable. I am thankful for such awesome customer service, time efficient, and affordable services.

On an extremely hot July Phoenix afternoon (116 degrees) our home A/C went down out of the blue. My family spent a long hot night in a home that was unbearable due to the heat. The next morning I called Margaret at Valleywide Cooling and by 1:30pm the A/C tech was at our house working on our A/C unit. Jimmy was outstanding. Very friendly and knowledgeable. When Jimmy arrived the temperature in the house was 92 degrees and after a twenty minute visit, the A/C was back up and running and the house was returning to a comfortable temperature. This is the best experience Ive ever had with an AC company. They came out quickly to assess the issue and they had the entire unit replaced the next day. It was a very old r22 unit so it was time. I would recommend this place for AC issues. I have a rental property and my property management company me on one of the hottest days of the year at 6pm to let me know the AC stopped working and my property had already reached 91 degrees! I called my immediate resources and no one was willing to pick up an emergency job. I did a quick google search and found this company after reading the good reviews and felt obligated to add more positive reviews. They were the ONLY ONES... I repeat ONLY COMPANY that was willing to work with me after calling 4 other companies. I had Richard from Valleywide Cooling come out and perform an annual service on my air conditioning unit. I was relieved to hear from him that its in great shape! Richard was really friendly, more than punctual (he came early after calling to check and make sure that was okay), and even killed a black widow spider for me (now THATS what I call service!) My home warranty company scheduled me with another company that couldnt come for 3 days, and said they wouldnt go in the attic after noon! I found Valleywide on Home Advisor and they were able to come the same day. The tech Steven was super friendly and professional and quickly had me back up and running (and he got in the attic in the afternoon)

This was a huge job but youd never know they were here based on how well they cleaned up after this messy job was finished. Our AC stopped working at 10 pm last night and we were worried as we have a 1 year old whose teething. But with the help of Margaret who was so friendly and accommodating, she assured us a tech would be there asap and not to worry. Richard did a great job, he’s a supervisor at Valleywide cooling, he explained everything that he was testing, the results and what it meant. I’ve never had a technician ever explained the mysteries of the air conditioning unit. Someone told me I had a crack in my coil, he said my coils were fine. He saved me thousands of dollars!

A company representative responded to my emergency call immediately, sent a technician for evaluation and estimate on the same day, and it was Sunday! I was given a detailed report about condition of the AC unit and offered a solution to the problem. Our communication was very easy, sending and receiving documents did not take hours, but minutes. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable, professional AC company look no further. Jim confirmed he was on his way, showed up in a branded vehicle and was pleasant and professional. I wanted to get a tune-up on my unit since I hadn’t done that before. Being a woman and knowing nothing about these units (especially with it being on my roof) I was nervous about perhaps being asked to purchase additional parts or being told I needed a new unit. Jim completed the tune up and showed me pictures of what he had done and even gave me some tips on programming my thermostat. The gal who scheduled me was also a gem, ensuring me to call back if I had questions. They charged me exactly what was quoted and not a penny more. Valleywide was prompt in contacting us after our home warranty company contacted them. They coordinated the service call with our renter and checked to see if the repair was covered by the home warranty company. Very fair and helpful. Highly recommended.

I was very surprised how quick they were able to replace my old AC with a new one the very next day as we were on one of the hottest weeks of the year. Very professional staff, explaing everything as they went. There were no surprises or extra fees added. I would use them again if the need ever arises.

On July 31st 2020 we had an emergency situation at our house. It was 100 degrees in our home. While it was 119 outside. I called valleywide cooling and within 45 minutes technician Lane called to say he was on his way. He came out and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. He was great. Very friendly and knew how to do his job. Thank you technician Lane. I hope you all get a chance to read this review. If anyone has a problem i would recommend vallywide cooling with technician Lane for service.

Jimmy came out earlier than expected after my AC went from blasting cold air to just a trickle. He was polite and thorough. After a few hours of work and assessment my AC was up and running. I will be calling again if I ever need any further assistance

One of the hottest day this year Sunday 7/12 an our air conditioner went out. Valleywide Cooling was the only one who could send help. Margaret was very helpful with the appointment and even called to update me as to when the tech would arrive. Maraget is a true asset to Valleywide Cooling. When our tech Humberto arrived he was very pleasant despite the heat. Humberto followed all Covid protocol and he listened to our concerns and repaired the problem. Blaine spent many hours at my condo replacing an old coil system , cleaning and replacing what he needed to. He went above and beyond what was expected. I have to tell you that being a woman is always a concern when it comes to different types of services. Especially services that I don’t know a whole lot about. I have had experiences of being taken advantage of. But Valleywide cooling Is a very unique company. They take the time to educate you. They make you feel at ease. And they didn’t try to up sell me on something I didn’t need. Their technicians are Very punctual. They are sincere, courteous and professional. I have never use their service before but I got to tell you I highly recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed. They’re pricing is very competitive, as a matter fact I savedmore money with them then any other heating and air-conditioning company I’ve worked with before. Most importantly they’re honest. I hadone technician who actually spent about 30 minutes just educating me to everything that he was about to do and why it was needed and what I could expect. They sent me a text with the picture of the technician before he cameout so I knew exactly who was coming to my house. I like that a lot. In this day and age you can’t trust everybody unfortunately. I can’t say enough about Valleywide cooling other than to reiterate that if you are looking for a company that is excellent at what it does, that is honest, competitively priced and has your best Interest in mind, look no further and give them a try.

The regular maintenance/inspection of my heat pump was performed by Humberto today. He was polite, friendly and professional. He did a very thorough check of the unit, showed me photos of areas of concern and explained what he had seen. I am very pleased with his service.

I was having a problem with my wall ac unit dripping into my apartment. Although the problem was caused by the poor instillation of the unit by another business, the Valleywide tech was able to come up with 2 possible solutions. He left and allowed me to think about the direction I wanted to go. I called Valleywide with my decision. The tech, with another person to help, returned later the same day and fixed my unit. Thanks Valleywide for techs that are able to think outside the box and come up with viable solutions. I was also able to schedule the service the day after calling. Thanks again Valleywide.

Excellent service. We had Jimmy come out and inspect our units which seemed to be needing it. He took the time to throughly look at every aspect of our HVAC units and walk us through our repair options without feeling like we’re being sold something we don’t need. He was very helpful and we’d definitely recommend his services to any of our neighbors!

Valleywide Cooling was assigned to us through our home warranty company when our A/C unit went out. They called within 30 minutes of our submitting the work request and were out early the next day. Valleywide had to do a lot of back and forth communication with the warranty company for various approvals. They stayed on top of it constantly and kept in communication with us. The warranty company we have does not allow Valleywide to order parts, and it was going to be sometime in July to get what was needed. So, we cancelled our warranty claim in order to arrange for it ourselves. Ultimately we didn’t use Valleywide for the actual repair, only because they would have had to order the part and there was another company that had it available and could get it installed that day. We had already been without A/C for more than a week and had our grandkids with us. Valleywide was completely understanding and supportive of this decision. They even waived their service fee for coming out because they knew we had had such a difficult time with the warranty company and needed the repairs done immediately. This is customer service at its finest. They did a great job diagnosing the problems with the A/C system, and we have no doubt that had we been able to use them they would have repaired our system with professionalism and expertise.

I was able to make an appointment quickly for installation of a new HVAC system. The installers were professional, and answered all questions completely and understandably. Work was completed quickly and they cleaned up after themselves well. I’m looking forward to getting the HALO system as well.

Excellent, quality work completed by Daniel this morning! We previously had 2 other techs out from 2 different AC/heater companies for the same issue, and neither one of them could diagnose the problem. Our heater was consistently blowing cold air in the middle of the winter, and Daniel came in and figured out the underlying issue immediately (~under 10 min). He then fixed the issue promptly, efficiently and more importantly, he did a fantastic job too! He explained to me what he was doing throughout the process, which I appreciated, and I must say..... Daniel is VERY knowledgeable and has the expertise needed to do the job! I will definitely be requesting Daniel for our next service call, given something goes wrong with our unit again. My air conditioner went out on me last Thursday so called Valleywide on Friday morning and they dropped everything to schedule me for a 1:00 p.m. appointment. Jimmy called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He came shortly after 1:00 and worked in extreme heat to find my problems . When Mike came out to provide a quote he took the time to explain how the system works and went over what he thought best for my home and didnt try to over sell me something I didnt need. Mike was so helpful and prompt in answering our request for an ac check. His technician was thorough and went out of his way to diagnose and help with our ac problem. I found Valleywide through my home warranty service and am grateful that I was led to this company! The technicians were on time, diligent in diagnosing the problem and trying to fix it. I came to the conclusion that it didn’t make sense to put $$$ into an aging system. Valleywide provided a portable AC until the day of installation which fulfilled a huge need (97 degrees in the house) so at least I could sleep and work from 🏡! Everyone at Valleywide I dealt with Mike, Steven, Justin and Daniel were conscientious, down to earth and knowledgeable. Valley Wide Cooling found an issue with my A/C units during a regular maintenance check-up. Although the units were cooling the heat pump phase would not work properly and fortunate for me it was just before it was beginning to get cold. They had to order the parts for the units which only took a few days and then they scheduled what they thought was only a few hours of replacement time. Once they got into it we found other issues with the units in the attic. I have to mention my attic is accessed through a door in a 20 foot ceiling. Chris the repairman did a fabulous job and climbed in and out of the attic numerous times that day. Although, it took more than 10 hours to complete what we all thought was a 2 hour job he stayed with it till it was repaired and there was no additional cost to me. Valley Wide did it for the original Home Warranty quoted figure. Mike the owner and Chris the repairman were very professional and kept me well informed.
