Aka the tech with the cowboy hat was stellar. Incredibly professional , respectful and kind. Very funny as well which is nice when you are moody from being hot in your home. I have used Hicken Air in the past and I must say overall Jake was the best technician who has ever serviced my home.

Had to use Hicken Air twice over the last two weeks, once because my rental AC went out and the other because our new houses AC went out. Both times Hicken Air was incredibly responsive and easy to work with, got people over immediately within 24 hours both times (especially when I explained I had a 1 year old in the house). Techs were both really nice even having to work in the 100+ heat and clearly have a lot of support. The first guy who came by was definitely junior but he had support on the phone the entire time and fixed the unit with no issue. Highly recommend for any AC issues to use Hicken Air!

I have been a customer with Hicken Air for 3 years, there has been a few occurrences I needed small things to be fixed and Yvonne has always been on top of scheduling it for me, EVERY technician that comes on my property has always been respectful, very knowledgeable, very professional, and last but not least I have never ever felt taken advantage of from Hicken Air ever! The first visit from Jake was incredible. At this point I had been living in a home at 90 degrees for days and he was GREAT. If it was only him this would be 5 stars. HOWEVER, the second visit, some other men came and not only were rude to me upon finding out I wasnt the one paying their bill that day and got sassy when I tried to explain and ongoing problem to try to help them identify issues. Which is whatever, I get it. Its hot. But the big thing is when when they were finishing up they left the door wide open without telling me they were leaving. I was in the home alone for an hour with the door open and I didnt even know and I dont live in the best neighborhood. Like at least just tell me youre going?

Thank you Hicken Air for sending Jake out to service our A/C, he was very knowledgeable and he took the time to fix the problem and other underlying issues so me and my family could enjoy cold air after 3 days of no A/C. After 3 days w/o AC (property management issue, not Hickens) Jake was a welcome sight! He was so good to work with...patient and a quick worker. He was so cheerful!! He stayed to make sure it was really working well....important for the 73 year old resident who just got home from the hospital!

Just had a young man at our home named, Blake. I was throughly impressed with his service, his knowledge and his attention to our emergency situation. He fixed everything within an hour and made sure we were all set for our cooling needs going forward. I was was so pleased with his attitude, give that young man a raise!

We had Hicken Air install two air conditioning units recently. Kyle and Cody were a pleasure to work with, being mindful of me working from home, and doing everything they could to be courtious and professional. After installing our new thermostats, they helped my wife with the app. making sure she had everything programmed and ready to go before they left. We also appreciated them doing a thorough job of cleaning up. All in all, this was a great experience. My experience with Hicken Air has been more than I could have asked for. My AC broke during a heat wave. The staff at Hicken Air were very responsive and gave me a prompt appointment to come examine the problem. The technician (David C.) arrived on time, was very professional and pleasant, and did a thorough review. He coordinated with everyone including his coworkers, the manufacturer, the leasing company, and even got a crane to come over to install a new unit a little later the same day. We have had Hicken Air do work for us several times over the years and they honestly seem to exceed our expectations more every time. The condenser fan went out on our A/C on a 115° day and Shawn arrived on time (3:15pm) and replaced it. The AZ heat can be murder on A/C units. Unfortunately, the replacement was defective (no ones fault) and after an hour it stopped working. By now it was 7:00pm. I texted Shawn and gave him the bad news, and he could have easily said Ill be back in the morning, but he didnt. He turned around and came straight back and replaced it again! He stayed to make sure it was working properly and didnt leave until nearly 10:30pm! Great customer service, a good attitude (with a smile), and completing the job so my family was comfortable. Thank you, Shawn...youre a lifesaver!!

Cant recommend this place enough, theyre better than the big names in town. Scheduled a tune-up for my AC system and Im glad I did. We had recently renovated and the tech, Tyler, found a ton of drywall dust and other debris inside the machinery. He cleaned it all out and now my system runs like a dream. Very happy, on time (early), courteous, knowledgeable. I had no air and they responded within 2 hours of the call, worked late on the roof! in the late afternoon. I cant say enough about how responsive and great communication during the process. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Took them over a month at least to repair our AC unit. I took off work to be here when they were scheduled to arrive and they never showed up! I called and the secretary said Oh, sorry, I thought this was a house with a lock box so I didnt bother letting anyone know we werent coming. Seriously? Youve been to our property multiple times and should be aware that people live here. They said they needed a part and went weeks without updating us. Then they claimed they had been trying to call and couldnt get ahold of us. I asked what phone number they had for us and they told me the correct one. We had no record on our phones for missed calls from them nor any voicemails. They also damaged our bathroom! Scraped up the tile and broke the molding off our attic access. I would not trust nor recommend them to anyone.

I am absolutely amazed at the customer service, when Im not even a customer!! Im under contract with another company whose telling me that I need to replace my entire Heating and A/C system (again) which is still under warranty, so I reached out for a second opinion. Yvonne and Jake were so helpful and HONEST. They took pictures for my records and patiently explained everything to me. When my contract is up with the shady company, who try and sell me something every time they walk in the door for thousands of dollars, I will definitely be coming over to Hicken Air!

We had our AC go out in the middle of the summer, and I called Hicken Air. They were there quickly and did a thorough diagnostic of our system. They fixed the problem, and we were up and running. 24 hours later I had a motor burn up. I called and let them know about it and they didnt even question me... they came out and installed a brand new motor. No hassle, high quality. I will continue to use and recommend Hicken Air as often as possible.

On the last day of our vacation our condensers both failed. The home was at 99 degrees when we arrived at 5 PM. The technician was at our home within an hour and was able to temporarily get one of the condensers working until a new unit could be installed. Very professional.For the first time since the home was built in 2004, we have a unit that his efficient and quiet. The technicians have always been professional and responsive on each of the service visits they have made.I highly recommend Hicken Air.

Had the best experience with Hicken Air. Every time I called, the young lady who answers the phone, was very patient and understanding of my frustrations with my A/C not working properly. Tyler and Louis both came out on separate occasions, and were extremely friendly, explaining what they were doing to try to fix my A/C. When it was determined that the unit needed to be replaced on a Thursday morning, Hicken Air had an installation scheduled for 2 days later, Saturday. Johnny came out and took about 5-6 hours to replace all aspects of the unit, in the attic and in the backyard. I couldnt even tell he had been there when he left, he cleaned up so well when he was done. He also made sure that he checked the air flow in all the vents and re-routed the air flow as needed so that the rooms were all getting air now. Would highly recommend this company to everyone and anyone. FANTASTIC EXPERIEINCE.

Our A/C compressor quit last summer, we called Hicken Air and they promptly came out to replace it. We got a great deal on the unit that was installed, it came with a long warranty also. We were very happy with the service.
