Cooper Climate A/C was amazing. The communication far exceeded expectations, the HVAC system was installed in less time than was stated, the job was done with perfection. The technicians were beyond courteous and informative while doing the work in and around our house for the day. Kendall the site manager gave the best deal and bang for our hard earned buck. We went with only the highest recommendations of a local neighborhood website where people weighed in with their favorite A/C companies. I cant say enough good things about this company. Our A/C unit went out in the middle of summer, and we ended up needing 2 new units. We had 7 estimates from the best customer reviewed companies we could find, and Cooper Air was the best in every catagory, especially their customer service. We worked with Kendall and he is the most respectful, knowledgeable, transparent, and competent A/C professional Ive met. He and his crew were able to install returns in two different bedrooms which all 6 other companies was not possible. From the initial quote to final walkthrough, it was easy and pleasurable to work with Cooper. We’ve been Cooper Climate customers since 2014.We get a service contract every year which gets us a spring and fall system check, and discounts on repairs and emergency service. Unlike other vendors, we get the same service person every visit (Kendall)– that personal touch helped us get a few more years with our previous system. With other vendors, we would get a different person each visit – typically a newly certified technician with limited real-life experience and zero knowledge of our equipment and situation.When it was time to replace, Kendall laid out in detail the purchase options, the work that would be done, what we could expect. He recommended adding another duct in the owner’s bedroom to remove more of the warm air during the summer, and provided everything we needed to obtain our SRP rebates. Everything in the install was done professionally and courteously by Kendall’s team. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Kendall from Cooper Climate Control presented a logical solution at a reasonable price for a room in our house that had little air movement -- always hot in the summer and cold in the winter -- while other rooms in the house had the opposite problem. Kendalls solution was to add an air return in the room, install dampers elsewhere in the house, and seal up any leaky ducts. The previous HVAC companies we had contacted presented much grander solutions at prices we couldnt even consider. I was price shopping for 2 new a/c units and air handlers for my 23 year old home. I breed and show Bernese Mt. Dogs so I have a lot of them in the house. I keep my house at 72 degrees year round for the comfort of my dogs. Many of the companies giving me quotes were more than happy to quote me for the most expensive, variable speed unit that I was inquiring about. Not Kendall. He said that it wouldnt work for me because of the amount of dogs I have constantly creating heat in my house. I needed units with constant force. These units were cheaper! After coming to my house and checking out my dog situation and then looking at my duct work, he sat down with me and explained to me what I needed, every step so that I fully understood it. Very reasonable price! My units were installed the following week. His guys were here like ants just working in the background and getting it done. I was up and running with both units by the end of the day! They are quiet and it is cold! My dogs will love it!

He suggested a repair/retrofit to my unit that will help it to last longer. NO HARD SELL. As a matter of fact, he gave me the estimate for the work and said to call when it fits my budget! Who else would do that? Not many!! In my opinion, you cant go wrong with Cooper!!

I truly feel lucky to have stumbled across Kendall w/Cooper Climate Control 2 years ago. Kendall came out to check on my fully functioning 21 yr old Lennox A/C unit and we discussed letting it keep on trucking until it dies OR getting a new A/C unit. I told him how I was a very detailed person and wanted to know details on everything, the units/sizes my house could handle, the install process, the options of fixing/adjusting any duct work, etc. And that is exactly what he provided in great detail. We even did the math together to calculate the CFM of my 2 air returns in order to see how big of a unit my house could handle and I loved it! Yet also how big of a unit I truly needed, which was smaller because I have excellent sized returns (x2) in a smaller house. He listened to my 100 questions and answered them all fully. I decided I didnt want to be blind sided by and A/C failure mid-summer so I just purchased a new one. I had 2 other quotes and did not like how they were trying to force me to go with the brands that they get deals with (I wanted another Lennox), and trying to do less (not install an elbow return on a new mount), while Kendall why only going to do what was right (install the elbow return on a new mount). The other companies didnt want to do the work as it was easier and faster to just drop the unit on my existing mount and be done.I was also weary of the 2-Stage units after reading too much online and Kendall made me feel confident about the decision. Thank goodness because the 2-Stage Lennox works beautifully!! Such quiet and efficient cooling, I love it and could tell the difference immediately. I also saw the difference in the electric bill every month!! Kendall and Clorinda at the office always answer my calls and call me back and treat me like a person, not a number. We had a tiny hiccup with the A/C water drainage from the unit through the new PVC pipes and they came out immediately to fix it. Immediately. Jose and Ruben were phenomenal... prompt, courteous, cleaned up, etc. I could not have asked for better experiences the past 2 years and I want to say ditto to all the outstanding reviews that already exist... they helped me make the decision to call Kendall and I hope my review can help others. Cooper Climate rules. They did everything that they said they would do and more. They took out 42 year old ducts and installed a complete new system. This was a lot of work especially since there was 3 of blown in insulation in the attic. They patched the walls where the old vents were. The new system is so nice and quiet. The cooling is much better balanced. The technicians were knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning up after. Call Cooper Climate, you wont regret it.

Kendall and his team where amazing! Had our new unit and new ducts put in and running within one day. Our ancient home AC finally died just before the Fourth of July weekend, and Kendall was able to visit us right away to give us a consultation. From Day 1, Kendall was nothing but kind and gracious to us. He did his best to educate my husband and me on how our AC should work and what our options were so that wed made a sound decision that was within our means and we wouldnt later regret. Even after we made a decision and I selected the wrong finance option online (the finance companys website wasnt very intuitive), he coordinated with us and the finance company simultaneously so that we were all on the same page in the end. As soon as it was July 5th, Kendalls team came and replaced the entire AC system in our house. Everyone was efficient, polite, and managed to get everything installed by mid afternoon that same day. Now our brand new two-stage AC unit is keeping our house cooler than its ever been! Its been less than a week since writing this review, so well see what happens, but so far theres been no regrets!

When my ac went out I figured it was going to be an expensive fix, but I am so glad that I called Cooper Climate Control. They installed a brand new unit for the same price as other companies quoted me just to replace the compressor. Mr. Kendall Ryan was very polite on the phone and punctual to the appointment time. He was able to come examine my ac unit and get the new one installed on the same day. The final price was the same as the estimated cost.

What can I say about Cooper Climate, other than the fact that they answered every call and need we have had regarding our AC/Heat. They have always been punctual, and I dont mean telling me they would be here between 10am and 4pm. Each time we called it has been within 1-2 hours. Just recently during the cold spell, it was well into the evening and we were not getting any heat. Kendall was able to diagnose the potential problem over the phone and then was able to send a technician out that same night to remedy the issue. Needless to say, we had heat in the home that night.
