We had A/C Dr. Armando. Super friendly and considerate. Very professional. 10/10 would recommend! Overall speedy service and easy to get into contact with! They were also great at keeping us updated on appointment times and such.

Armando was early for our repair appointment and that was a great start when your A/C system is failing!! Within 30 minutes had the system troubleshot and knew what was needed. He was a very knowledgeable technician and along with that communicated proficiently. The part was luckily available and came back later that day with it and had us up and running quickly. On top of all that he is just a very nice person!! I recommend this company to everyone especially if Armando comes to help.

Absolutely worth every penny to call these guys! Our AC went out about 2 weeks ago and called our home warranty company to have someone sent out to fix it. Let’s just say it wasn’t these guys. The other company took a week to even schedule to come out and when they finally did they didn’t tell us what the issue was and said they would send the report to our home warranty company. The next week rolls around and nothing to us or the home warranty. 6 days later and about 15 calls(non of which were returned) we find out that according to the other AC company we needed about $3000 worth of work to get it up and running(only $1000 of that would be covered by the home warranty)! My parents suggested we have a second opinion and thank god we did! They suggested AC Doctors since they use them for all their property management AC issues. Scott Rose was out at our house in less than 24 hours, might I mention we are not even in their normal servicing area! Scott was the sweetest, most professional, most amazing AC technician. He came in got a little info from us and went right to work and within 30 minutes had figured out that it was a simple fix. He ran out to his truck and got the part and had it up and running! How much did this simple fix cost? $200!!! I’ll take $200 over $3000 any day! Thank you Scott and AC Doctors for being so amazing and fixing our AC!❤️

Scott was very professional and prompt with my AC maintenance. He listened to my concerns and quickly worked to resolve them. He took time so I knew he was meeting expectations and prior to leaving he checked the quality of air flow and ensured I was satisfied. AC Doctors installed the Day & Night full HeatPump system on my last house and I was happy with the installation and with the technicians who did the work. Today Rafael was sent to perform a routine service check on the Train HeatPump on my newer home. This guy was careful not to damage anything on my property; he was thorough in his inspection, even when inside the attic-crawl-space, where its very uncomfortable. He was also professional and personable. I am not often comfortable with a stranger getting familiar with my property but felt Rafael was a genuinely good dude. I have requested the office to make note, any time I call for service, to send this excellent technician.

AC Docs were Johnny on the spot and came out within a couple hours on a Saturday. Tommy was super professional, diagnosed the issue quickly and had the AC humming within an hour. Totally reasonable rates, no price gouging even for weekend service. Will definitely keep these guys on speed dial.

With three visits over two days and two different techs, AC Doctors took care of our ac outage as soon as they could. Both Jesus and Frankie, who we saw twice, were professional, helpful and respectful of our household by wearing masks while inside. I spoke with multiple people from the office as well over the phone, and they were all helpful, courteous and considerate enough to slot a second time for us as back up in the event the repairs couldn’t be completed on this visit. Very happy that my property management company reached out to them for service, and I hope they do so again in the future.

I have had 4 companies come out to figure out why 2 of my rooms were blowing warmer air than the rest of the house. I was told it was duct work that they can not get to. Jesus came out after me wanting to give up. He checked the unit and realize that the two rooms that were blowing warm air was because half the coils were frozen. No one assumed that if most of the house was working it could not be the coils. My house and the two rooms are now nice a cool. They really are the Doctors and will find the problem. I highly recommend.

There is no good time for AC to break but none can be worst than when it is hot outside and with a very limited of R22 supply! Lucky the AC Doctors were available, responded promptly and arrived before the scheduled time. Mark found the leak, fixed it and then the cold air started to flow again. Thank you!

I called AC Dr on a Saturday when the company I had a maintenance agreement failed to come when I had an issue. The initial visit was fast(faster than expected for a last minute call on a Saturday). And the employee was thorough knowledgeable and made sure to keep me informed. He got me up and running but unfortunately I needed to have a part replaced that needed to come from the manufacturer. Today they came to install the part. I was called early this morning and they arrived earlier than expected, completed the work and were super professional and helpful. I will define using them moving forward. Excellent experience with everyone I have dealt with

After taking a day off work and waiting all day in my condo with the inside temperature at 87° because it had been about 24 hours with no air and the outside temperature at 108°, the tech finally showed up only to tell me his ladder wasnt tall enough to get on the roof and told me he had to reschedule because he didnt have the proper equipment to do his job! So I was forced to call a different company GOETTL which was 5 stars. They showed up with the same exact ladder as the first tech got on the roof and fixed the A/C in 15 min. This company has terrible customer service. Instead of saying I apologize for the inconvenience and will go get a ladder tall enough to do the job. Shame on this company!

I want to thank AC Doctors sincerely for their amazing service year over year! Yesterday afternoon I had my yearly AC service appointment. Esteban found there was a small explosion inside the unit that I was not aware happened. He worked for hours outside trying everything possible to fix it. In the end, my 30-year Trane was done. In less than 24 hours, Alex, Hector, and Juan had a new unit installed. The price was way more than fair. The care they took with my home and just the all-around amazing moral code of this company is worth its weight in gold. I cant be more thankful for both teams!

The night my air stopped working was rough. This morning I realized how dependent we are upon or upon a ideal climate and I was nearly in tears franticially calling numerous companies at 8 am Monday morning. I found ACDoctors on Yelp due to numerous star reviews. I called and when this one company suggested I make an appointment that evening as they were booked I was crushed in a way, but agreeed. Lo and behold, they had an opportunity to fit me in at 11:20am that afternoon. God was on mine and my cats side. I speedily left work and was greeted by my technician only minutes later after I arrived. He was on time.Gerardo, Was very proper and if you were concerned about masks, he wore one the entire time without complaint. After chatting with him he had been in the business for 7 years with the same company and truly loved his job. I could tell he was experienced as he zipped up the roof checked all the wires and mechanisms that needed observation and came down to tell me my issue must be with the new Nest thermostat I attempted to install the night bf with resulted in no cooling.Never once did he say he did not know what to do. Nor did he have to reach out to others for support. He is a very professional individual who made me feel intelligent in how he acknowleded my knowledge of my unit and thermostat. We problem solved and re installed the thermostat in addition with the app on my phone so it could work remotely. He even helped me program the weekly schedules and and was a happy-go-lucky individual.Before he wrapped up he explained the bill which included a low cost of diagnostic fee diagnostic fee and then the time spent with myself and educating the thermostat and reprogramming. Out the door for the hour and a 1/2 that he was there I paid just under a $115. Granted there was nothing wrong with my unit it was all due to the thermostat miss wiring and programming. I myself am a 32 yr old Individual who is savvy with technology however my technician knew more and was more experienced in diagnostics of the device.I was so pleased that I called the office after I had left my property to show my gratitude almost in tears of joy that the air conditioner was fixed and I no longer was distressed.This company is very professional, very experienced, quick, in a very decent price range. This is the happiest I have felt in awhile, stress free.I know this is quite time consuming to read my entire post however it is worth every penny. I am a individual homeowner who has been screwed over by contractors in the past and that was my biggest fear with finding somebody off of Yelp however AC Doctors willing be my number one moving forward who I always will recommend.#goodworkstillexists

AC Doctors were fast to get a technician out to diagnose and repair my leaking unit. The technicians Scott and Julio were friendly and went the extra mile to ensure the repair was done right.

Every single person involved in the repair of our AC were unprofessional and we have been sitting without AC for 1 whole week. My wife is pregnant and about to pop out a baby. They let us sit in a house constantly over 100°F. Continously pushing back the date they would come fix our issue. Their excuse for this was spiders. If you are spending your money here with this company you are 100% in the wrong for supporting this company.

A/C Doctors installed two new A/C units for us after our 18-year old units started breaking. After quoting us multiple options (variable speed, two stage, etc.), explaining the cost-benefits of each, we made a decision and got them installed. Exceptional service. They had a technician come to evaluate everything before trying to sell us anything. Justin took his time to survey the attic and electric box to make sure everything was in place. He told us what we needed and never tried to sell us something we didnt need. The installation was great and done efficiently and quickly the very next day. We had quotes from Parker & Sons given to us rushedly and handwritten on a piece of paper and Goettl did not even bother to come see the house and just gave a quote over the phone.

Eric was very professional and knowledgeable. He inspected and test-ran both furnaces and was finished in no time. Man these guys came gave me good quote on new install. They were all friendly office people to the techs.The quality on on the work was awesome too. They helped me with srp rebates and all the warrany part of the system too. All of done with in a week with quote too install. Brendan showed up first. Looked over the system and explained to us the issues. Explained a plan that was easy to understand and easy on our pocketbook. One week later, we had the same issue return and then comes in Eric. Same great service as Brendan and came with a plan since the issue was persisting.Then comes Ann from the office. She explained the quotes, services, warranties, and had it all planned out before I can even call to confirm with my credit card. She even had the installation time held for us just in case.There are times were you know you are dealing with good people and a good company. AC Doctors is definitively is in select company.

The guy got here early and we have a working unit all within 3 hours of my first contact with the company. Honest and fair price.
