The whole experience was a positive one. The price was fair for an install of a new Heat Pump. Tommy replied quickly to all my inquires and the install by Tony and Ernesto was completed within half a day without any issues despite a tight attic space to work with. Definitely recommend.

Great service and Price. Was extremely satisfied with the fix on my leaking A/C system. I used Agape Air to replace one of my units and the price was outstanding. 30% less than any other guys!!! They even gave me a great reference for drywall repair from the leaking unit.

A friend recommended Agape and I have had annual service calls with Jon for the past three years. He is professional, courteous and generally a nice young man. Today I dealt with Tommy and what a helpful guy he was telling me he would have someone here within the hour as I had returned home to A/C not working. He then called me back to ask if my thermostat used batteries.........after several calls he helped me with determining it did and if changed would save me a service call. Jon came anyway and popped batteries in and checked all was well. Would not accept payment as he was nearby. Seldom do you find the kind of service you receive with this company. I am very fortunate, especially as a senior, to have this firm as my A/C specialist and would highly recommend them to anyone for their work, honesty and caring.

As a single young woman who owns her own home, Agape air conditioning has been a life-saver!! Tommy, John and the entire team have been nothing but courteous, respectful, and committed to providing me with the best customer service. After a couple of weeks of my air-conditioning displaying behavior that they can’t quite pinpoint, Tommy has not charged me for two home service calls and has offered to see if my unit has an extended warranty. This type of service is unheard of these days, if you need a great team and company for your air-conditioning needs you must give them a call!

We have been using Agape for 5 years for our rental and personal home. I appreciate how quick they are and honest. They have kept our 20 year old unit running for the past 5 years. It finally bit the dust but Tommy and John were quick to come and make it run for a few more days while we await our new unit.

I usually use High Caliber Air Conditioning. unfortunately they were booked out until next week, so upon the recommendation of Will, our normal service guy, my wife and I called Tommy with Agape.Will conducts business with great morals and ethics, and recommended Tommy because they operate the same way and both do quality work.Tommy showed up to our house to check out our AC unit and found out that the hard start kit had blown up and the compressor failed as well. Upon inspection of the compressor they noticed that when the compressor was replaced a few years back under warranty through Ron Brock heating and cooling, the air drier / filter was not replaced and the system was not properly cleaned which resulted in this compressor failing.I guess this is one of those - you get what you pay for - things.Tommy and Gary evacuated and cleaned the system, replaced the air drier, compressor, and hard start kit. Everything is up and running again.Thank you Tommy, and Gary for doing the work the right way, and finding time for us even with previous plans for your day. my wife and I appreciate the work and will recommend you guys for service to anybody looking for service or repairs.

My company decided to invest in a new business building in downtown Gilbert. We had a very short deadline to finish it and have been under pressure all the time till the end of the constructions works. Agape Air Conditioning Heating & Refrigeration inspected, repaired and partially renovated our new home air conditioning installation last year. Since we moved in we had their services a couple of times just to clean the system and check its condition. We havent had any problems, which is great, because the previous owner warned us to get it checked, cause he had some serious troubles before.

Our unit went out today June 20th and it was 119 outside. Tommy got our unit a new fan motor quickly and we are cooling off again nicely. Thanks for taking great care of us! - Phill
