I scheduled an appointment with this company and received a confirmation email. The time was scheduled between 2-4 pm. At 4pm, I called to inquire an estimate of their arrival. The person that answered said she would call me back in 30 minutes. After an hour, I called again and was told they would call the tech and call me back in a few minutes. After another hour, I reached out again and was told the tech was busy on another job and running behind. I told them it would have been nice to receive a courtesy call to tell me the tech was running late. A few minutes later I received a text from the person and they told me they have other customers and they have other customers to worry about. Not apologetic at all and extremely rude. I do not recommend them at all. If I could give them a zero rating, I would.

I called last minute to buy a part for my AC. Tom drove to my house within 5 minutes so I could buy an affordable part from him. After that, my AC still wasn’t working and Tom stuck around to help us live comfortably again in AC! Our landlord refused to call us back and wouldn’t fix it, so Tom saved the day snd donated him time! Thank you Tom!
