Hatch Air did an amazing job on our AC replacement. Chris really cares about his customers. Chris and his team provided amazing customer service. They were not the cheapest company which we received a quote for, but were still very reasonable and if I ever have problems with my AC again I’m going to Hatch Air! There was a problem with my bank and the down payment, and Chris was very understanding about that. Chris and Dan brought us temporary AC units and set them up so we could stay cool until the install would be completed in 24 hours. Dan was very friendly with my dogs and even asked if I needed him to let them out of a room they were in after the job was completed. Nicole answered all my questions (which was a ton) over the phone and via text message and was extremely quick with responding. The job was completed in a timely manner and they left our house cleaner than it was when they got there. Thank you Chris, Dan, and Nicole. Hatch Air is the best!!

Hatch Air replaced the two air conditioning/heating units in our home. Since then, our home has been quieter and cooler. So much cooler in fact that weve had to raise the temperature on the thermostat quite a bit because these new units work so well. The workmanship and service was amazing—everything was taken care of in a single day. The team at Hatch Air were friendly, skilled and kept our home in great shape during the install. Couldnt be happier. Definitely call these guys. They are the best.

I decided to wait a year to post this review due to bad experiences with other companies whose fixes didnt last. One year post-repair we remain satisfied customers. We dealt with the same individuals (the office manager and the company owner) throughout the process of diagnosis and eventual replacement of our cooling unit. They were responsive, showed up when they said they would, and did good work. I dont expect to need their services again for a while, and for that reason I would highly recommend them!

Very impressed with the knowledge of the service team that arrived at our home today. Arrived quickly after calling them and they were on time, were courteous, professional and diagnosed our problem quickly. Had the A/C running cold air again in record time at very a reasonable fee. Called Hatch Air on a Friday about a new Air Conditioning System. Chris came Monday morning and reviewed my situation. Gave me several options and provided me with an estimate. They were able to schedule me for the next day. The 2 guys were right on time the next morning and were very knowledgeable, clean, polite, and efficient. They cleaned up everything to the point where you would never know they were there. They did a GREAT job and I love my new Day & Night system.

Professional and helpful, willing to take the extra time to explain all issues they found and break down recommended fixes but was also willing to point out when something would just be more expensive than it was worth. Will absolutely be calling them for any future servicing.

We called Hatch Air because our office was taking a really long time to cool down and it would not get under 77. One of the workers, Shiloh, came right away on the same day and was able to fix the problem quickly. He explained thoroughly what was wrong and what he did to fix it. We will definitely recommend this company to anyone who has AC needs!

We realized we had a real problem with our A/C unit on Sunday night. I found the Hatch site on the internet and did a live chat with Chris around 8 pm. He had his repairmen at our house by 7:00 the next morning and they quickly diagnosed the problem. We decided not to fix the old unit so a new one was installed the next day and done by noon. Super nice guys did the work and we were very pleased with the results. Great job!

Chris Hatch had never provided any work for us previous to my request for an estimate on a replacement for our broken HVAC split system heat pump (yes, in the middle of July). We had received 3 previous estimates, and just was not satisfied with the sales experience, even with our long-time HVAC servicer Brewers. Then our system completely broke. Chris agreed to come in the next day to take a look at our system to finalize a tentative estimate he gave us by email. He took a look, agreed that the price he quoted was the price he could do it for. Since we were completely out of A/C, he was willing to do it two days later on a Saturday. He came in and installed our new Trane XR17 system, and he was extremely thorough, meticulous, worked to fix the return problems that our previous HVAC company just let continue when they did our installation 14 years ago, installed a 4th generation Ecobee thermostat (which we purchased) at my request, and did it all at the extremely reasonable price he had quoted. Since weve lived here in the Valley (18 years) we have never had a better experience with an HVAC professional, EVER. Chris and his company Hatch Air are our new HVAC company. If you need repair or new install, make him yours as well.

We called on Friday July 22nd in afternoon as we instantly could tell one of our AC units was not working. Chris was at our home within the hour which for this time of year is very unusual. Chris had serviced this same unit about 6 years earlier and we new it was going to happen any day. Well that day ended up being 6 years so first he did an awesome job of fixing when it could be fixed. This time and after about 20 years of service the unit could give no more. Times are tight and Chris got us in touch with a financing option that made it happen Saturday morning at 6 am. The space in my attic is very small and I felt terrible for Shilo and Matt working all day due to the cramped conditions but they made it happen and we appreciate all of their professionalism and hard work to make it happen so fast.
