First time. It was very nice. Really liked the Nail Technician that helped me. I think this will be my new nail salon.

I recently went to Nail Bar for a girl’s day and was SO incredibly pleased and impressed. Our technicians were Nancy and Chris and they were both fantastic! Professional, nice and personable. Our pedicures look amazing. The inside has inviting decor and a great ambiance. I will definitely be back! Thanks Nancy and Chris!

Sorry to say they’ve gone down hill. I got a pedi and gel mani. The guy did both in under an hour. Too fast. One of the nails was already starting to peel and you could see my old dark gray nail polish under my toes and nails when he was done. Manager at front tried to fix it. They gave me half off so I still paid $35 and tipped the tech before I left. When I got home I noticed how bad they all looked. I called the next morning and made an APPT at 12 to correct both mani/pedi.I arrived at 12 and no tech was available. She then proceeded to tell me that I’d need to pay the other half if they fix it. To which I responded “Normally you don’t pay to have nails redone when a tech has done a poor job.” She said she might have someone free 30 min later at 12:45 pm. At which point I left.

I made an appointment for 5:30 on the night of May 19 for my friend’s 30th birthday pedicure. At 5:15, I receive a call stating they are running a little behind and it will be 6. I said fine. We ended up waiting about an hour, hour and half. The quality was poor. Quite frankly, it was short of a s-show. It was not the usual quality. I felt rushed when she was doing my nails at first. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Also, I should have been called much earlier than 5:15 ..sounded like this was a trend for the day.

I will never do business with this salon again. I made an appointment for my granddaughter. I talked to the girl the day I made her appointment and asked what the total price would be without tip. She quoted me $45.00, so I scheduled it for the next day. Someone else took her for me and when she was given the ticket it was $75.00. When I called to talk to them about it I got no help, just a flippant, sorry. Never again!

I know there are some bad reviews about this place, but I have been here twice and had great experiences both times. I went today a Saturday and got in with no appointment without a wait. The mail tech and front desk staff are sweet and very concise with time. I was in and out within an hour and 15 minutes. I had a manicure, pedicure and dip powder. Everything was done great, not rushed and I love it. I can’t recommend this place more!

This business is under new ownership in recent months and has made several upgrades to the location. While I had been previously disappointed with quality of work under previous owners, this new team is A1! Conveniently located in the shopping center and next to drop in childcare, they are offering 20% off all services through the end of March. Please go in and support them! They’ve earned themselves a repeat customer in me.

I’ve been going to the Nail Bar in Franklin for a number of years and they are always consistent in their quality and the staff is friendly!

NO ONE will answer the phone for appointments!!! This has happened several times!! The recording says “mailbox is full” so you can’t even leave a message. Unbelievable. That being said, if you can get an appointment (which is required bc of Covid) & get in the door, Nikita does a great job. In this area, nail salons are everywhere so I’ve had to find another salon.

It was a spectacular experience they took their time and made my nails look fabulous.

Let me start by saying that my nails looked wonderful (Edit: just one week later, two nails have chipped. $87 down the drain.) I will not return. I didnt get the warm fuzzies when my nail tec said to me I dont have the energy for this. I should have stayed home. Very rude, and the experience was uncomfortable due to comments like that.

I was so amazed at the emergency pedicure I had last week, I came back for my manicure and brought my husband. Fantastic atmosphere, great service, excellent staff.

Dont go to this salon. I was there for an appointment Friday, December 13 and my wallet was stolen while I was in the restroom. My Christmas money and gift cards I had bought for my family as well as drivers license, credit cards, insurance cards, etc. were stolen. I have filed a report with the Franklin Police Dept. I hope the person that took my wallet enjoys Christmas with the stolen money.

My experience was horrible. I had walked in with no appointment. Ms. May told me to come back in 45 minutes so I said okay. I came back after 45 minutes. Ms. May acknowledged welcome back. I waited another 35 minutes. I asked Ms. May if Maya was ready she said she just over booked to call for appointment. Worse customer service ever. I owned by own business for 12 years. Horrible customer service.

Wanted to be pampered a little so I went for a mani. 10 minutes from start to finish. Never had one so fast and she cut the cuticles so close that they bled and were sore for several days after. Spent 22 dollars and won’t go back.

I don’t recommend this place. I’ve had a few other bad experiences here but today was my final time visiting there. I sat at the bar for 40 minutes and no one ever came to do my nails. Very poorly run by the front desk person/manager. After 20 minutes I went to ask the manager if I’d been forgotten. She said someone would be with me in 5 minutes but that was a lie. I was there with my sister getting hers done too otherwise I never would have waited so long. Big thumbs down for me.

This place is astecicly please, front desk girl was really nice. The girl who did my toes didnt engage with me what so ever, so that was wierd. Felt like she didnt even wanna be there. Your in customer service girl, you gotta earn that tip! Gentleman who did my nails was super cool!

Don’t ever let Maya do your nails. I just left with uneven nails and bleeding cuticles. While filling out the check she literally stood over me watching. Also, the front staff didn’t seem to care a bit. I don’t think I’ll ever go back after this experience. Happy Wedding Weekend to me.

In town for business and needed a pedicure, this place was so cute. Loved the decor and atmosphere, had a glass of wine in my hand as soon as I sat down. Great service, would highly recommend !

Good experience overall. All types of nail services offered & a very cool vibe. Snuck in a quick mani between meetings so they are efficient! But it was my first time there & I felt a little lost with registration on an iPad since the receptionist stepped away.

Not talking but the music. It looks cool inside but the smell is a lot, like any nail place. But this is my favorite place to go.

Absolutely the rudest place Ive ever been to in my life. Ive been a couple of times. Kept thinking it would get better and I liked the girl who did my service. Nope. Front desk is always the rudest people. Tonight I went by and they said, Sorry, were closing early and were turning people away. About 10 of the techs were out back smoking and it was full inside. Cant make an appointment. Cant take kids in there. Its like an assembly line nail place. No thanks. Ill go somewhere were they appreciate my business. Like across the street... or down the road... lots and lots of options.

The place is beautiful, but the work was not worth it. As a first time costumer I assumed they would do quality work but once I left the salon, within a few hours the polish chipped off... A lot. I specifically asked them not to make the polish layers thick. They never offered a redo. Wont be coming here again sadly.

They DONT ALLOW CHILDREN !!! We just went with our 8m old to get a pedicure but hubby and I were told oh, umm, yeah, so we dont allow children....... and we walked out..... first place with this rule

I have found this business to be professional, and overall, their nail technicians are very good at what they do. I dont care for the narrow bar that is used for a manicure, but love the chairs for pedis. I will return!

I have lived in Franklin for over 10 years and have never had such horrible customer service. The front desk staff was pleasant, but Mya, the nail tech was RUDE and inappropriate. AND my pedicure looks like a 5 year old did it. At the prices they charge, my nails should look fantastic.I have been to this shop 2 other times with no problems, but I should have known from the other reviews that at some point, the experience was going to be bad. Cute concept. Bad execution. This place needs to get it together. They lost another customer today.

My visits here are very inconsistent.. sometimes its a great experience and other times its the opposite. During my most recent visit all appeared to go well but the shellac/gel on my manicure did not even last a week! I dont know if they are thinning out the polish or what, but its definitely not worth the money spent (especially when the same manicures with the same shellac/gel used to last me three weeks or more).

Andrew did my manicure and pedicure. He did an excellent job and was fun to talk to! I will likely come back. Only downside is the cost, although there is complimentary wine and massage chairs!

Their goal is to get you in and out. If you want to feel like a number and want to have an overpriced experience this is the spot for you. Very unsatisfied with how little time they were willing to spend on explaining their services and what they had to offer. Never felt comfortable in this place and left with my nails not looking any better then before I walked into their business.

Totally lost me!! I went regularly and I loved the atmosphere and the tenders until I spend $60 on a dip manicure and it peeled within a week. I went back as soon as I could and was greeted by the front desk girl going through her personal things looking at receipts and things from her wallet. She barely looked at me. And she was rude. Later I learned she was the manager. You are kidding me!! When I explained what had happened she told me I should have called sooner to let someone know it was peeling. Um yeah, what would that have done?? Then she asked me who did the manicure. Im sorry. I don’t remember. Then when she had someone come to take off the dip, the nail attendant kept asking me who had done my nails. And annoyingly so. She kept telling me to look around to see if I could remember who it was. I was so mad!! Just take the rest of the damn stuff off and let me leave!!! I will never be back there and I’m really sad because I liked it there!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Very cool concept and trendy place. Nail technicians were very good and a lot of fun. The front desk staff were rude and seemed too busy to answer questions for us first time guests. There was a sign at front desk that said cash only for tips, which is an inconvenience for almost everyone who never carries cash. They were rude about that as well.

I paid 60 bucks for a full set and gel polish..... thinking ok this is too g to look fabulous not at all first of all way over priced the lady that did my nails cut 4 of my cuticles not juyst a little I was bleeding she had to stop, and when it was over not an Im sorry or a discount no she left my nails uneven with dips in the polish and missed spots completely never ever go to the place you can get a better experience and 60 will cover a full set and almost a pedicure

Didnt have the nail color I wanted. The person was not helpful and I felt like I was bot her. Some of the other people see to be nicer, but still not a lot of help.

I have been going to this nail salon going on 5 years and I don’t even know where to begin. The manager is not friendly or professional. Mai runs that place and is the only one that tries to help you. Recently, they lost my business. I would book appointments and always have to wait and have spent hours waiting for my tech to get done. This last time really killed me. I had 4:30 appointment and at 4:10 I let them know I was going to be late and I was told they already took someone else that overrode my appointment time before it even started. I just felt like I’m never seen as the priority and always on their time. They have very talented techs but spending 3-4 hours on a Friday night is something I rather not do.

Always feel rushed to get in and out of there. The front desk reception can be rude. They forgot about one lady who had been waiting an hour and stopped my manicure and then I waited additional 30 minutes until they completed her nails. Sometimes everyone seems nice, other times, they can be short tempered and unorganized.

I was refused service for my 98 year old grandfather and myself pedicures. All the two receptionist were interested in was finishing the conversation they were having. They open at 10 am it was 3 mins to 10 and she wouldn’t allow me to walk my grandfather in to sit and wait to be seen. I asked for a price list she gave it to me pushed me out the door and locked the door behind me. Very very rude and unprofessional. I have a hard time dealing with anyone mistreating my grandfather because of his age. I left very upset and i will not return

I dont know every time I come here they seem to be short of technician the fact that they dont have much customers and the place is quiet. First and foremost the receptionist is unfriendly I dont know whats her issue as every time I come here she always sulks and not friendly at all...I came here 6 mos.ago and the technician who did my nails did a good job but the technician who did my feet I was not happy about it...Anyways to summarize this review I will not come back here and even when you enter the place one can already smell the string smell of the chemicals so if youre not a nail salon goer you will not be happy entering the place. I had been to many nail salon but I never encountered a smell of strong chemicals in this salon.

I LOVED THIS PLACE. My two friends and I went for pedis. The place was packed. We had to wait 20 minutes but we showed up without appts and it was worth the wait! All of our toes looked fabulous. Quality mani/pedi; fun place for a girls afternoon!

Wanted to love this place, and have given it multiple tries. But honestly, I’ve walked out disappointed just about every time. Even after I was turned away bc I was carrying my (5 week old, sound asleep, covered in a car seat) baby with me, I foolishly tried again.Today, I chose a polish color for a pedicure and asked my technician for as close to a match as possible for my dip manicure. Not only was the color he chose not even in the same family as the one I chose (I chose a bright coral-red for my pedi, while my mani ended up a dark wine-burgundy), I then had to change my pedi color to get anywhere near a match, and bc he took so long with my mani, settled for just a polish change instead of the full pedicure I’d hoped for. He didn’t even finish my manicure...I had paid and walked out the door before going back in and realizing he still needed to apply a top coat to my mani (which was applied by another technician bc mine was nowhere to be found).Speaking to a “manager” didn’t help either, as she basically laid the responsibility on me bc “I chose the color” and that even if I wanted to change the color of my mani, I’d be additionally charged. Terrible service, terrible customer appreciation, and sadly a waste of valuable time.

I was super excited to try this place out when my sister told me about (she had nothing but positive things to say about this nail spot). The atmosphere was great and all... but unfortunately the experience was not so great for me.To keep it short and sweet, two of my toes are in bandages because the nail tech literally buffed them so hard she ripped my nail and skin off. And then sit down for my manicure just for three of my nails to bleed as well. Definitely was not worth the money spent. The place was overpriced to begin with and wouldnt of minded if they actually had people working there that could do their job.

Close at 8pm, however wouldn’t do a manicure when I arrived at 7:38pm (men’s no polish).....said they take their last client at 7:30pm. But advertise closing at 8pm.

I got a gel manicure and a pedicure last week for my birthday. It ended up costing $88 because they dont warn you they charge extra for soaking off existing gel.. On top of paying more than I expected, 2 chipped and completely came off within 4 days. After finally getting a chance to return to have them fixed, they used the wrong color! I was scolded for not remembering the number of polish I used. How was I supposed to know your work was going to be so bad that I would need a touch up a week later!! I will never go back to this salon again. Over priced shotty work and rude people.

Andrew gave me an epic dip. We talked and laughed. They offered a complimentary beverage. Only suggest more bright dip colors.

Have never had an issue..been a customer 2+yrs..front desk usually not as friendly. Got a fungus on my nails mid December(was detected on one nail in the fall as a new set was being done)one tech talked about my tech in regards to her awareness of the fungus months ago-it disappeared but eventually returned. All was taken care of this past Friday evening(2/1/19). Today I went back(2nd time since Friday)as there was a split I noticed Saturday. My tech advised it was possibly due to the polish. So I was told by front desk today that I complained a lot when in fact I have NEVER complained once about any service I have received Nor about the fungus-I allowed my tech to do her job&advise me on how to go forward in taking care so this wouldnt happen again..she apologized as shes been the Only tech to touch my nails,but for My tech to not communicate with me&front desk tell me I must have hit my nail in which the case wasnt the issue.accountability was NOT taken in the matter that there was lots of drilling&filing of my nail to remove the fungus&that could have been the issue&cause for the split. I was very distraught, Very embarrassed&Hurt today as I have always given positive feedback& referred lots of co workers&friends to Nail Bar Coolsprings. You can not run a business& treat customers the way I was treated& talked to today. the fact that the techs talking about the situation made matters worse and this was discussed amongst other customers is not professional at all

Will not be coming back. The lady had such a bad attitude when she could tell that I was unhappy with her work. Two of my nails were stinging and she put about four layers of the dip powder on... now it looks like I have about a pound of nail polish on my nails. Not cute. Don’t even want to bother going back in to get it removed. Will be going somewhere else. Not worth the SIXTY DOLLARS I WONT GET BACK. Insane.

I tried this place for the first time 2 weeks ago. I spent $108 for a full set and pedicure. They charged an extra $25 for gel polish and an extra $5 for shaping. Ive never been charged anywhere for shaping and never more than $10 for gel polish. After one week 2 nails just popped right off! I did go back and they fixed it for free, but 2 days later one of the nails she fixed popped off! And after 2 weeks they are all lifting! I usually go about 3 weeks for fills and never had a brand new set pop off like this. A total waste of money!

One of the best looking nail salons in Nashville, but if and when I pay their kind of prices I expect better. Their reception is less than professional, and their color selection leaves a lot to be desired. The last time I went, three of my girlfirends weren’t happy with their nail colors either. Any time i’ve come to this salon (because someone else is excited to go and try it out), I have had to file my own nails and fix my cuticles afterwards. They charge you for every little thing, and I have not experienced this kind of upcharge anywhere else. I won’t be going here again, and everyone should head on over to Viva Nail Salon on Old Hickory (just off of 65!).

I usually never write reviews but I am quite frankly still irritated by this experience 4 hours later. If you go, dont go to Tori. I dont know if she was having a bad day or what, but the whole time I was in there I felt as if she was rushing and she seemed to be annoyed by something. I had to ask her three times to fix one of my nails because it was crooked. Three of my nails in total were crooked. The paint job was subpar at best. I asked for ombre on my ring fingers and she said they could do them with glitter and I said okay. Then she painted my whole nail with the gold glitter. I told her it was supposed to be ombre and her response was: Why didnt you say something before I painted it. Im sorry, what? Then she said it would be an extra $5 to do it after I already paid. I am extremely disappointed in this experience. This was by far my worst nail salon experience. I didnt even want to go have them fix it so I traveled to another salon to have them fix it (they did a fantastic job). This was $60 down the drain.

Worst experience with their acrylic lady. She was rude, aggressive and getting extremely frustrated. Worst nail job ever, When I complained, Nail bar feigned surprise and apologized but still did not offer to either refund or correct her mistakes. Will never go back..

Nice location, reasonable prices, creative concept, very nice facility and atmosphere. Male nail techs didnt make you feel rushed, it was more of a pampered experience verses the female techs Ive had.

I had a mani and pedi with Andrew. He was excellent, attentive and funny. High end decor and unlike so many nail salons, Andrew did both my mani and pedi. Took a little longer but at least I didnt have to be a contortionist as one person did my hands and another my feet simultaneously. It will be my go to salon for the duration of my time here in Nashville.

This place was a huge disappointment. Ive been coming here for awhile, spent hundreds of dollars, all because the atmosphere was nice. The services were ok, nothing special. My last gel manicure chipped within a week. However I was willing to overlook one bad manicure. Then today I hurried out of work and got there by 6:45, and was told I couldnt get my usual mani pedi because they close at 8. My services have never taken over an hour before so this is a load of crap. I drive 40 min, and pay their higher prices just to be treated like that? Never again, you lost a regular customer and many referrals today. Start treating regulars better.

I was very disappointed in the service I received. I arrived at 6:50 (they close at 8) and asked for the mid grade (on the rocks) mani and pedi. I was yelled at by the manager and told I could only get one service since I came in SO LATE. I opted for a manicure. I didn’t get the service I asked for. They did the low grades manicure without any of the special features I had asked for. They charged $40. The manicure was $20 and they changed $20 for gel (which I wasn’t told upfront) there is NO WAY a different polish should cost $20 more!!!The technician who did my nails was on his phone several times while working on my nails.

Was refused service today when I asked for 2 pedicures for me and my daughter. I had my son with me as well and she said we dont allow children in the salon who arent getting services. I cant imagine being a single mother and being refused service at any business. Really sad.

Opening times not correct. Arranged to go into work an hour late to get my nails done with my elderly mother. Only to arrive and find they only open an hour later. Bad advertising. At least get your basic opening times right.

I will NOT go back. 1st- the receptionist skipped over my name with the next 6 walk in guests. When I approached the counter-my name was already checked off and they skipped me!After 4 days of normal wear - my French pedi began chipping and peeling off. I can generally go 3-4 weeks with a good pedi NOT 4-5 days.I called and the the manager said theyd charge me $12 to fix it!!I will NOT go back and I will be sure to tell others about the pedi.

Went here before prom and got a French manicure. Worse French manicure EVER! Looked like a childs work. Will NEVER be going back here. White lines were messed up and didnt finish all the way. Very rough feelings about this place right now.

Its overpriced and the guy made my toe bleed when he was buffing my toenails. Took weeks to heal.

I will NEVER go back here. I went for a pedicure and the guy scrubbed my foot so hard that it bled ALOT. I still had to pay full price and my foot hurt for weeks.
