I came into this shop to get my nails done. Not only were they rude, overpriced, and unhygienic, but the acrylic they put on was so strong that my finger nail completely came off with the acrylic the same day. When I went to the ER, they let me know that the work they had done at the shop infected my toe nail. Do not come here unless you want an ER visit shortly after. Would rate this 0 stars if I could.

Kalong did an amazing job!! My acrylics are perfect - not too thick - beautifully painted with flower artwork. Definitely my new go to place!

Always enjoy my pedicures. Love the massage and hot towels they wrap my legs and feet with. Clean with nice massage chairs.

Great nail salon! They take appointments which makes everything so efficient. It is one of the cleanest nail places Ive ever been to. Pedicure chairs are amazing, they offer you something to drink, and there are large tvs for watching while getting your service done. I will not go anywhere else, the work is amazing.

Ken is amazing! This is a 2 week old gel mani. There is growth at the cuticles but the edges are perfect. No chipping. Beautiful designs and the detail is spot on.

Too expensive for not a good enough job and terrible service and attitudes.

Everyone was so friendly. My tech was Andrew. He was very precise and did not rush. My gel mani was perfect and my pedicure was even better! I absolutely enjoyed ME time at Q Nails. Definitely will be back.

I have been getting acrylic nail fill from here. They take their time and have done a very nice job every time. I like that they don’t over book so they can take their time on you and not rush!

I’ve been very happy with the service I’ve received. Andrew is very precise and the end result is great and lasts a good two weeks until I need my next fill.I went there today but it was all locked up at around 4:45 with no sign on the door that they closed early or were out for a break. I called and no one answered. I had to go to another salon. I drove back by around 5:30 and they were still closed.

Very happy with the way my nails were done. Lots of attention to detail. Ill go back!

It was my first time visiting Q Nails and I was really happy with my experience. I was greeted right away and the person at the desk was really helpful. I was happy to hear they do not share nail files and other tools from client to client. It was clean, reasonably priced and I was happy with my nails. I will definitely return.

Best nail salon around. The staff is very nice and helpful. The choices of styles, colors and options is wonderful. The prices are very fair and they offer a very good range of choices and price points. Pedicures are done very well and very clean. Manicures and very professional and last 3 to 4 weeks (gel). I wont go anywhere else.

The nail technicians are really nice. The owner is courteous. 😊

If I could give this place less than one star I would. A few instances I questioned what was being done because it seemed rushed, he told me thats just the way he does it. During my pedi, my water was ice cold, and he seemed unphased when I said it was. He started to pick at my cuticles with his finger nails and then started to paint. I asked if he was going to do my cuticles and all I got was a short response of no. As he went on I stated that I didnt like how far down he started. He ignored me and kept going. He then started filing down the nail polish and he kept getting too close to the edge and making contact with skin. The last time he did burn me and he didnt flinch, another woman working there instead asked if I was okay. I said i would be fine. Upon finishing I asked him what he thought, he said they were fine. I asked him if was proud of the work he did. My nails look like they were done a week ago and have grown out even though they were done moments ago. The man who works the front desk came over and told me that I was just stressed. I asked if o could step outside to get some air because I could see myself losing it and just reacting. I came back in and said I hated my nails and was told I would have to come back and get then fixed because there was nothing that could be done about it now. Aside from not having the time nor living in the area I would never go back. I should mention that I was there with my mom and sisters getting our nails done for my sister wedding in 4 days, and this ruined that experience for us. My mom stated that she would never be coming back and the man said I get she had a bad experience but your nails are fine my mom stated yes I like my nails but the handling of this situation is what turns me offThroughout all of this, not one apology was ever given. I will never be going back.

I took my mother for a Mothers Day present.I was very impressed, clean place. They really do a good job for $40. The leg and foot massge best ever. Will be going back.

Tried to get in with a nail tech I had for a while after I had surgery. Owner/manager was rude saying tech was only taking clients on a rotation and was booked indefinitely. I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE! RUDE OWNER/MANAGER. ALL ABOUT HOW MANY CLIENTS HE CAN PACK INTO A DAY WITH ONE TECH WHILE YOU WAIT. NO PERSONAL SERVICE OR CARE. BAD BUSINESS.

Had a basic pedi and shellac mani and it looks great! Tech did a very nice job and took his time even though I unknowingly came 45 minutes before they closed for the day. Place was clean and reasonably priced. Will return.

I got a manicure today and there was an older man who did it. I did not get what I asked for, he kept grunting at me like I was inconveniencing him, the polish is uneven and my nails are different lengths. Just a waste of $35. I felt like there was an inordinate amount of oil left on my hands at the end. No lotion was used. The manicure was rushed and sloppy.
