Went here for the first time today and can’t wait to go back! The salon is super clean and organized. Chairs are new and well kept. Nothing feels worn. Great selection of polish and the technician had exceptional attention to detail, while also being quick. Had a dip mani and normal pedi... and a tall glass of Chardonnay. I think the total was $70, without tip. My nail technician was Kayla!

I just moved to the area and made an appointment here for the first time! The minute I walked in I was greeted with a friendly and professional atmosphere. The owner did my nails and was personable, knowledgeable about the dip manicure process (I learned so much!), and had great attention to detail. I will definitely be going back here as a regular!

My husband and I love to get mani and pedi’s at TJ Nail Salon. The staff is always nice and do a great job. We’ve called to get an appointment and they have stayed late to get us in. TJ Nails is always clean and make you feel welcome. I highly recommend this salon.

It was so wonderful here! The atmosphere is nice, the chairs are nice and all the nail techs are great and professional! Wonderful colors too.

They always get to me on time. I always ask for Kayla because she gets me right every time. I love the staff they are so friendly and welcoming. Been going here for years I don’t trust anyone else. And acrylic gel is $55 every time and the more you come back they usually knock down the price because you come back. I would recommend 😇

I have been going on and off for 5 years now. Overall, I have always had a great experience. They have great prices. The owner, his wife and Kayla are my favorites by far. Everyone is usually really friendly. Do not get Dan- he refuses to do any design asked for, and does not do well with shaping. He is super friendly, but not the best tech. They could approve of techs that can do designs and are short staffed at the moment. Still have to wait even with making appointments. Overall I love the family environment.

Went for the first time ever today out of convenience. Not a great experience while there. Then by the time I got home, every toe was smudged. I’ll never go back.

Ive had consistently great results at this salon. I love that I dont have to venture into Cool Springs for quality service. Their prices are on par for our area. My gel manicures last for a solid 3 weeks, longer if I can keep from peeling them. I really love Kayla and Susan, and was sorry to hear Susan is no longer there. The one technician that I tried to avoid is no longer there, either, so I am much more comfortable just walking in now and avoiding the awkwardness of requesting anyone but her.

This place is really hit or miss. Had to have them redo my nails completely one time because they were so bad. During a pedicure one girl cut my foot and it was bleeding, she told me to put it back in the water (they dont use liners in their tubs, didnt like that) and then she sprayed rubbing alcohol on it with no warning? Sometimes its ok, you just have to be careful who you get.

Called and made an appointment. When I arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time, was told to pick a color, which took a minute. I waited, and asked about 10 minutes later if they were close to getting to me. She said they were busy and I should have made an appointment. I said I do have an appointment, and she said oh then I should have made it for a less busy time. I left. Decided once could have been a fluke. Called and made an appointment for another day. Showed up at the scheduled time, and it wasnt very busy, but only a few people working. I asked how long before they would get to my appointment time, and was told 30 minutes. I left and never went back.

I was in a hurry, they understood why and helped me out! My last gel polish had grown out and was starting to chip, I needed to get it removed and new polish put on in less than an hour. I thought no way on a Friday! Yep! Danny was expeditious and very friendly! He did an amazing job. And their prices are way better than I expected.Ill be going back.

I love TJ Nails. I have been to multiple salons in my area and my gel manicure NEVER lasts as long as when the folks at TJ Nails do them. I drive 45 minutes to TJ Nails.

I was greeted when I arrived, which I a big pet peeve of mine. Offered a beverage & magazines as I waited. The wait was not long at all (about 7 min.). Hilary did my manicure and pedicure & she was awesome! Very sweet personality, I highly recommend her. My overall experience there was really great. I had been looking for a nice, clean place to get my nails done & I finally found it. Ill definitely be back again! 👍

Called and made an appointment for my mom & I... showed up on time and it took an hour for them to even touch my mom’s nails, and 45 minutes for them to get to mine. Not to mention it didn’t seem like the owners cared that they made us wait. Was also unusually hot & humid in there. We used to come here and it was great, but seems a lot has changed in the past 2 years.

They always do a great job! Fair prices. Ive never felt like they were talking about me in a foreign language.

Honestly not a fan of this place, paid $45 plus $5 tip for nails that have cracked in the first day, went and got them fixed and now a couple days later and I have multiples cracked. NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD MY NAILS CRACK WITH DIP POWDER. Horrible service. 0/10, will never return.

Short staffed. They told me I didn’t have to wait and made me sit my hands in the acetone for more than 45 minutes until someone finally helped me. Then when the girl finally helped me she gave me attitude. Terrible experience. Really horrible customer service.

The worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. Nails were unevenly shaped and cut too short. When I asked the nail tech to shape them the same, she started arguing with me so I got up to leave, she chased me, told me she didnt care, I was cheap and charged me $20 for a full manicure that was not given. I highly recommend you dont go here. I never will again.

I was a first time walk in customer on 10-5-2018 at TJ Nails and told them what I wanted so I was assigned to Danny. He was not very engaging and very very unconcerned and slightly Rude while I was asking questions during. After he finished a mediocre job on my nails, he never said thank you and he just disappeared from his chair and walked away leaving me to assume the mediocre job is done and just pay as you go.Wow
