I initially wanted to write this review with two or three stars because my nails looked bad, but the staff was super kind.BUT after seeing how damaged my nails are after removing the acrylics AND finding that my nails have a yellow/green tint to them, i couldn’t give them more than a star.i’ve been getting acrylics for years & have never had a tech prime my nails to a point that they were red a week later (pic) and my nails were horribly shaped.i’m so glad i got these off asap before the fungus got any worse.

Comfortable atmosphere very clean. Their friendly staff is the reason why this salon will be my go to. They did an amazing job on my full set.

During my lunch break I went to this place, I asked for a full set of nails. Very good atmosphere and lovely people. They always does a great job!

This is by far the best salon in the area. I drive 40 minutes from Nashville to see Kisa and Tony. It’s always an amazing experience and they do great work. Highly recommend!

I will not be returning, ever. I brought my mom here for her birthday present. We both got gel manicures and pedicures. I booked appointments in advance, upon arriving they had no idea what we were there for. The two employees who initially helped us spoke no English so just ignored us when we asked questions. The staff was rude and seemed bothered by our existence. At the end of our service when we tipped the employee stated out loud directly to us that we did not tip enough money… not once but twice. Completely inappropriate. When we tipped 20% of each of our bills BUT regardless no employee should ever say anything like that to a customer.Worst part is I paid $170 and my toes look awful, and I had to refile my nails when I got home. I am very disappointed.

$140 TOTALI just went there TWO days ago, and one of my nails broke. They did my pedicure and full set at the same time, and all of my nails are crooked and different lengths. The lady that did my pedicure clipped my skin multiple times, and one of those times, she made one of my toes bleed. The guy that did my nails did not cover my whole nails with polish, even after he put four coats on. I went back TODAY (TWO DAYS LATER), because of the nail that had broken off, and I called them before I went to see how much it would cost to fix one nail, and they didn’t give me a price until after I got it fixed..... it was $10 😡! That is outrageous for just one!!!!! One good thing I will say is the guy that I think is the owner is really nice. However, I will not be back.

I was one of your first customers today (7.9.21). I love this salon but the girl who did my pedicure this morning in the black and white pants, could have not had a worse attitude. I did nothing but work on my computer and keep quiet and was very thankful and polite and she was so cold. It actually made me leave here in a bad mood. Im supporting your business (repeatedly) and I have no clue why she should be so rude. She needs a pep talk. I explained what I like and they gave me exactly that. Ill definitely be returning for my fills. The salon was clean and the staff was friendly and busy. Cost is reasonable for knowing that Ill leave completely satisfied.

The menu says one price. We went with the number 6, which was listed at $60.00 per pedicure, the most ultimate deluxe package. When we went to pay, they charged us $80.00 and $85.00, because apparently gel nail polish was an extra $25.00 for each pedicure - which was not posted anywhere. What should have been $120 for 2 pedicures ended up being almost $200.00... That was with a $5.00 discount for my mothers birthday. Our friend went with us, and she got the number 4 that was listed at $40.00. When she went to pay, they tried charging her $35.00 extra for the gel nail polish. If you go, ask for final price before you agree to get service here. Also, they were very pushy about getting a higher tip. The pedicures were wonderful but way over priced with all the additional costs.

My first manicure in over a year. I came to get a manicure and was very nervous about it but my technician was kind and patient. I was comfortable. I love this gel manicure

The owner was very rude. After My hands were soaked in a very strong acetone it did take off my 2 tips that were placed 3 weeks ago. That was very unexpected. He then cut the rest of my nails down to the shorter ones. After trying to discuss this he was loud and very rude. I will not go back.

Whatever you do do not get the lash extensions, the guy was very harsh on my eyes and my lashes look terrible.

Lavender always does a fantastic job but today really blew me away!! I’m pickiest about the shape of my nails and Tony did an AMAZING job with them. I said I wanted black and sparkley and he did just that. Love love love this place and will continue to come here!!

Very cute and relaxing place.

I came in in the middle of the day for a pedicure. I waited in the seat for 30 min and no one came to check on me. My water was freezing. And I asked when someone would come and do my toes and she said ten min. Then someone came and my pedicure lasted under 20 min and then they walked away while I was drying and no one checked me out or said j was dry. The worst experience for my first time here. I didn’t even get the chance to choose the different level of pedicure I wanted. It was one of the worst experience I have had in a while.

Came here with my daughter in August and will not return. I schedule pedicures as a treat for myself and this was not a pleasant experience.

I spoke to tony on the phone who said it would be $55 for full set of gel acrylics. i got them done yesterday and one already came off. he filed into my finger multiple times and didnt even bother to even out the shape. they are so thick and lumpy. he then charged me $60. i got these done to treat myself but am going to take them off today. the only thing i like is the color - which he complained about doing multiple times. if I hadnt spent $70 I would not be this upset

Gave me wrong shape and color twice, the dip broke on two nails within 6 days, also their eyelashes came off after a few days

Just got my first ombre dip by Tom. Love it! And Tom is the best... He always makes sure I love my nails before I leave otherwise he does whatever is needed to make them perfect.

Christy Le did a really great job! I had the works... Pedicure, dip manicure, eyebrow wax. She got me in and out quickly while doing a very thorough job. She listened to what I asked and wanted to make sure I was happy. I would recommend Christy any time! Ive been to Lavender Nail Bar on several occasions and have had great experiences every time except for one, which they rectified immediately at no charge.

TOM is hands down the BEST nail technician anywhere in the Nashville & Franklin area. If you go, be sure to ask for Tom, hes been mine and my daughters guy for over two years.If youve got a disaster that needs to be fixed or a problem of any kind, he not only knows how to sculpt your nails, he understands the anatomy of the nails and can fix nail bed issues and fungeses. He saved me a long time ago from someone elses mistake and my nails have never been healthier!

They do an incredible hot stone pedicure! With all the pedicures, you now get to choose which lotions and scrubs are used for you. The pedicure chair sinks are lined with a fresh liner and a new set of tools is used for each customer. The sanitary conditions here are top notch.

Im new to the area and am looking for a nail salon that can do a fill in and shellac color every other week. The woman did a fine job with shape and length as I need them short because Im an esthician. All was fine until the woman started putting the shellac on my nails. The bottle of polish was near empty or empty in my view. I made a comment on how thin it was as she struggled to get enough color on my nails. I then Told her that I would be happy to chose another color that was similar that was a newer bottle. She continued to struggle to get enough coverage on my nails. My nails appeared to look good When I left the salon but felt that the color would not hold up. That was Monday and by Wednesday the color started chipping and fading off. Its now 6 days later and my nails look horrible. Nope, I will no be returning.

POOR SERVICE, DO NOT GO HERE - I went to this salon with my mother two days before my wedding, so both of us could have nice manicures and pedicures. The overall experience was good and standard - we got the nail service we were after. The real kicker was after I checked out and left a nice tip. One of the staff walked out of the salon while I was sitting in my car and said they had mischarged me and needed $50 more. If I had driven away more quickly, I would not have been marched back into the salon and mortified. I would never have underpaid the total cost if it was originally shown to me, but I was made to look like I tried to get out of full payment. In a SERVICE BUSINESS, the correct response would have been to let the charge be what it was (which he could have taken out of the tip) and let the mother and daughter have the pass two days before the wedding. I will NEVER be back here and I am so disappointed to have been given a HORRIBLE and MORTIFYING experience right before my wedding. There are plenty of other options, I would recommend using them.

Honestly worst dip manicure ive ever gotten. I usually splurge and get a mani ya couple times a year. This time I decided to try out Lavender Nail Bar bc it was conveniently on my route. The only good this I will say about this place is the nail tech I had (Tom) was nice and thats all. His dip manicure I would love bc hes been doing this a long time was awful. I had never gotten the dip bc but I knew instantly it was not right. He did way too many layers which in turn made my nails extremely thick and the color beige I picked wasnt dark until after the amount of layers he put on ended up making my nails look like I had a fungal problem bc of the shape and color. It was so bad I honestly didnt even want him fixing them I went somewhere else today ( a week later) and paid full price again and this new place did it correctly and amazing. Also, during the first half of my manicure he had his phone going off repeatedly and was checking it every time it dinged a message. I was not thrilled at all and will not be returning again. If you want an amazing dip manicure go to Spring Nails on Mallory. They fixed my nails and are fantastic.

SCARY! The owner googled me, hunted me down at my workplace, & left a kind of scary message after I had written some suggestions on a note ( after I had a Nail Fill there). DEFINITELY NOT SOCIALLY GRACEFUL. I dont normally leave negative reviews. The manicurist did a fine job, but the chair was Really Uncomfortable. The fact that the owner did not just gracefully accept feedback but instead wrote me such an aggressive & scary message- Well I felt threatened.

Several friends and I came in for manicures and pedicures last week. I e usually been pleased with my service here but this time was different. The nail tech didnt trim cuticles, cut but hardly filed nails and the toenail polish is already coming off. I was disappointed in my services.
