First of all, the place is filthy. Absolutely dirty and they reuse nail files and everything feels crumby and oily. The guy that did my nails was rude, mumbling under his mask, refused to shorten my nails the way I asked, and nicked my cuticle so many times without so much as a, oops. But the one thing that blew my ever loving mind was when he the audacity to inquire about it vaccine status after I coughed into my sweatshirt because I had inhaled the dip powder. I said that’s none of your business to which he replied, you should. Vaccine is good for you. You need it. You should get vaccine. Loudly so that other people could hear. I looked him dead in the eyes and said , “you are in no position to ask about anyone’s medical history or give medical advice of any kind.” That shut him up but the last few minutes of my manicure were cold and quiet. Which at that point, I preferred anyway. I will never ever go back here and will tell everyone I know this story. Totally inappropriate and unacceptable. And overpriced. I have never in my life felt the need to actually warn people publicly but this did me in.

I tried to make an appointment 2 weeks ago for today to get my lashes done. They would not let me make an appointment assuring me that I could just walk in and someone could do my lashes. I just verbally confirmed that I could come in on Monday the 19th for lashes and they said yes. Today when I got here only the man who does nails was there and told me no one else was coming in today. The prices here are good but service inconsistent. So if you want a service done on a specific day or for specific reason my an appointment elsewhere.

Words can not describe how terrible these people are. DO NOT GO HERE. I got the whole bundle of threading/eyebrow tinting and ended up with no brows, burnt skin, and swollen eyes. Just because the rude lady left on the dye for more than 30 minutes. I never got tinted brows before and had no idea how it worked. The next day, I woke up with my eyes swollen shut and brows burning and all fallen off. I asked for a refund back of $58 and the owner made a whole hassle about it... just to get $58 back instead of suing. My vacation was ruined along with my face. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE NO MATTER WHAT THE PRICES ARE, ITS NOT WORTH IT. I have given them so many chances through out the years spending over 100s of dollars and they always never fail to screw things up. At this point, the place needs to be taken down. Please be careful.

I went this afternoon and the rude lady with the bold eyebrows messed up my eyebrows completely. She had an attitude the minute I walked in she took most of the hair off my eyebrows. She also never showed me the results and rushed me out of there due to her messing up and not wanting to take any blame. I will never come here again. I would rather go to the place at Walmart.

This is the only place I go to get my eyebrows threaded. The ladies are so nice and do a great job. I strongly recommend this place for all your eyebrow and eye lash needs

My mom and I got our nails done by the male Tech. The nails are thin and beautifully shaped. He did not do a base coat but thats okay. all of the prices are clearly stated on the sign. Gel is in the ditional 40 on top of a $28 acrylic. Im very happy with the results and well be going back.

I paid $88 for services and the lashes were done horrible!!!! Didn’t last two days! You would expect for it to last longer due to the price. I will never visit here again. I also wanted my eyebrow tint light and it looks like a permanent marker!!!! I want my money back!!! Such a disappointment especially when you live an hour 20 mins away.

Just got my eyebrows threaded and she destroyed them! It’s going to take a couple months to come back from this horrible hack job. I won’t be back. Hoping my friend in California can fix them before my brother-in-law’s wedding next weekend. I’m so upset I could cry!

People please please beware of person name with SEEMA working in this location.She has ZERO professionalism and only thing she cares about is the money she will get in TIP, i have never seen such GREEDY women behind money.I am pregnant in my 3rd trimester, so took an appointment with her for Facial and waxing well in advance,When i reach there she immediately went out of the shop saying she have some urgent work and asked one of her colleague (who recently joined and was learning) to start with my waxing and withing 5 mins she came back and started taking other eyebrow customer so that she will get more customers and better TIP amount.When i asked her to start my facial she straight away said no and continued with other customer and moreover she took facial order for other customer right in front of me even if she dint book an appointment before, what kind of professionalism is this?DISAPPOINTING...!!

Got my lip and brows threaded here. They did great and it was quick for a walk-in!

I paid $55 to have mink lashes done at this place and less than down days later my lashes were coming off. The result individual lashes lasted longer. This place is usually my go to place but never again!!!!! Times are hard to get poor quality! I want my money back!!!

David does a really good job with nails.. he is really patient and does a pretty good job. Eyebrows were done by preethi and she was good too.. everybody is so sweet.

This brow and nail spa is not it. The male nail worker did not wash his hands and had to correct himself plenty of times after painting my nails. He used his finger to correct. This took 4 hours to get off and I am ashamed I spent MY hard-worked money. I am getting a refund.

I wish I would Have read the reviews before going in. WORST PEDICURE I’VE EVER HAD! I’ll be very shocked if I don’t end up with an ingrown toenail from the way he cut them. Not relaxing at all. I was burned by the gel curating light. That’s a first for me. He kept roughly grabbing my legs to put them under the light. Was supposed to be $28 + the addition of gel. I was Charged $50!. They told me gel was an additional $23, but i was given a deal and only charged $50. I’ve had my nails done countless times at various locations throughout the U.S. and I’ve NEVER been charged $23 additional for gel. They make up prices as they go. I’ve never been so mad leaving a nail salon, and I’m not one to complain. I’m normally an excellent tipper, and he would have received a tip, even thought i was dissatisfied with the service. However, he got nothing after making up his own price. I shouldn’t have paid at all. After reading reviews it would appear making up prices is a common practice at this place. DO NOT GO HERE!

I went in to get acrylics for the first time. when i went in, there were two people working. One guy was working on my moms pedicure and my nails while the other girl working in the salon was on the phone the entire time. He finished up my moms pedicure and started on my nails. when he clipped my nails, he kept getting my skin in the clippers and cut me once and almost did it four other times! He asked me if I wanted them shorter or longer and what shape, I told him I wanted a short almond shape. He did not listen to me and gave me long and pointy nails (not what I wanted and not what I asked for! ). some of my nails appear to be put on in a weird way. its safe to say I will not be going back to the salon. And my mom said that her pedicure was absolutely awful because they basically soaked her feet, clipped her nails, and painted them; no massage and when there was, one it was barely anything. despite the experience we had, we both think our nails look beautiful.

DON’T GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE EVER! I came here today to get my eyebrows slightly touched up. I had thick eyebrows and an arch but some excess hair I wanted off. But the lady took off EVERYTHING they are now very thin almost the same thickness as a line. She threaded them very thin I was in such shock that I thought it was a nightmare. I couldn’t process it I cried and cried I’m still not over it, my whole shape is gone. It will probably take years to grow back. PLEASE I advise you to save your eyebrows, I could’ve done better myself with a razor. IM NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN, I WOULD RATHER EVEN HAVE RACCOON EYEBROWS THEN WHAT SHE DID TO ME! Had my brows shaped and tinted, and the tint was absolutely horrible. They didn’t match at all, as one looked pretty and the other was not done well. One was darker than the other and she left one a complete mess. She even left me with big chunks of dye on my one brow and gave me attitude when I asked if she could clean it up. They were more concerned about getting to a new customer every 5 minutes than giving you the time and attention you are paying for. Never again

The lady attacked my eyebrows!!! I can’t stop crying I’m so traumatized. My boyfriend doesn’t even recognize me. One eyebrow is very long and thin and the other is short and thick. They look a complete mess! I hate it there. Please do not go there to get anything done they will mess you up!!!

I get my eyebrows, and sometimes full face, threaded here regularly. They always do a great job on them and I drive 40 minutes every few weeks just to get them done here!

Smh...I usually get lash extensions done somewhere else, but the lady that does my brows insisted that I give their Minx lashes a try. I did and I regret it so much! My lashes literally look like I let a child play in them! They rushed, didnt have brushes, they didnt give a single care about how horrible they looked and still requested payment. Not only that but the first sloppy tech poked my eye with a qtip and got glue all over my lid and under eye area. Im furious and disappointed to say the least. Needless to say they lost a loyal customer that tips well...

One smaller than the other tried to color it in so I couldnt see! Will not be back. Would give a 0 I did give her a tip which I truly regret doing.

I often go for eyebrows & upper lip threading. Excellent service. Recently had a facial done atleast for 25 mins with gentle massage and it was very relaxing & calming. There are other services too.

If there was an option for zero stars that’s what I would choose. Terrible service. They lied and said the acrylic lady wasn’t there when she was finishing with another customer and they just didn’t want to take on more service because if was 45 min till close. Terrible terrible terrible!!!!

Okay so employees here are always rude and unproffressional. When I first went and told them what I wanted, the lady threw a cotton ball at me and told me to take my own polish off while she sat back in her chair on her phone. I went to get my acrylics filled in and the lady told me after scraping my nails a few time with an emory board, that it would cost twice as much as the girl next to me for the same thing. When I tried to explain to the lady that the last time I had been there it cost considerably less, she cut me off and said that I should leave. Super disapointed and if I could have given them negative stars I would have.

This is one of the worst nail salons I’ve ever visited. Had no idea how to do a very simple nail technique and led me to believe i had no idea how it should be done.

Terrible service and overpriced. The male technician cut me several times with equipment that they didn’t wash and was clearly used on countless customers, and yanked my arms around more sharply than necessary. I wouldn’t have tipped him at all if he didn’t hover over the iPad, watching my tip selection. Get your nails done elsewhere.

This place is absolutely awful. I was in to get my eye brows done and I witness the owner of this place being racist. He turned away two females because of their color. The ladies wanted a pedicure and the employee was ready to seat them, when he said they do NOT do pedicures. Later the employee confirmed that he does that often. This is disgusting and they do not deserve any bodies business.

Worst place to get your nails done. The man that did my nails burned Me with the drill....then on top of that 30 mins later when I was in target half of my thumb nail broke and then today my index finger broke. Way too over priced as well. Their sign says 18 for a full then he told me he has to charge extra to take my polish off. Extra for gel Ive heard of but never to drill it off.

I went in for waxing and I got half my skin ripped off and didn’t even get the hairs. Red and scabbing over everywhere would not recommend to anyone.

If there was a way to give it a negative star I would. I couldnt understand the staff and the one American in the place was in a mood. So unprofessional. The attitude from the staff was unbelievable. This place is very unsanitary. When in for two pedicures. The stations looked uncleaned as my pedicure station had hair floating in the water. To where I had to ask another staff to rinse it out again. I wasnt even given a proper pedicure. There was no leg massage. This place is very overpriced for the service you get it. I will not be going back. Very on save an unclean place.

I purchased a $50 gift card for Christmas to use in store for brow threading. I have not be able to use the gift card on two different occasions now. I am extremely angry that they took my money but won’t use my store credit. Never coming back to this one
