Rushed to the acrylic. She glued all the tips on crookedly. The worst was the middle finger on my right hand. I pointed it out, was told she would file and fix it. Of course that didn’t happen. Asked for a narrow square shape, still got wide thicker square. Definitely won’t be back.

Do not come here!! They are not very nice and the quality is awful. The only thing wrong with mine was that the color I got was a different shade than I asked for but I didn’t notice until I already left. My friend had her nails cut three times and the shape of the nails were botched horribly on almost every single nail. She was just getting a fill- how do you mess up that badly?? The paint was also messed up on some of her nails. Looking at the reviews we didn’t bother trying to get her money back. The prices were reasonable but you get what you pay for.

Nz does amazing, very kind. Went back and brought a friend to get her nails done, lady at the front with glasses was being very rude, rolled her eyes at us, and also told my friend to “relax don’t look dumb”

Update: wow never again! I got a mani/pedi recently. Ive had lots of mani / pedis before, but this was my first time at this salon. I wanted a regular Pedi with polish, and I got gel polish. I wanted a manicure with no polish, just buffing. And ended up with gel polish on my fingers too. I think no matter what, you will get gel polish. I havent had a gel manicure before, but I dont really want to fight someone off of polishing my nails. A salon experience should be relaxing. So I figured, okay why not, Ill try gel polish. But now its time to take it off -- oh my gosh. Never again!!! I followed some instructions I found on a beauty magazine website, and it was really time consuming. My nails underneath are also damaged. So Im taking the recommended five minutes to soak my toes in coconut oil to write this warning to you. Stay away! Unless you want gel polish!This all could be remedied with a simple menu card of services, to show a picture of the service and the price. And this way, the salon technicians and customers would overcome any communication challenges. So one star, for having a problem that would be easy to solve, but they just didnt bother. And the worst pedicure I have experienced in over a decade of regular salon pedicures.Original review: We had some slight communication challenges about the services I wanted, but the quality of those services was great. I was a little surprised by the final bill (higher than expected) but I didnt complain because the results were good. I treated myself for my birthday, but probably would not go on a regular basis because of the challenges in selecting the services I want, and being clear about the price.

Very clean, reasonably priced, follows CDC Guidelines for safety. Male technician is very gentle and thorough.

Had a nice experience. This is not a top notch, beautiful, upscale salon. But Ive been twice now and my nails lasted a lot longer than they ever have from anywhere else and it was cheaper to boot! So if you are after longevity and not a million color choices and a soothing spa like experience, then go check them out. I think youll be pleasantly surprised. In a non memorable strip mall

They stole my money. Thieves are who work here. I was told they were charging my credit card a certain amount and they over charged me and would not give me my money back. I don’t live here in Tennessee and was visiting but I would rate them a negative rating of no stars because they stole my money and wouldn’t give it back. I asked clearly what the price was before handing my credit card over. They do a horrible job on eyebrows. I would not recommend you to go here.

Horrible experience. Cut my nail and made me bleed. Rude service and not polite staff. Gel nails still tacky and manicurist kept pushing his nail under mine to get polish off. Dissatisfied and no tip given. Waste of time.

Horrible... while i was there this sweet teenager came in, her nails broke to the point of bleeding from getting them done the day before. They wouldnt give her a refund. Kept just telling they would fix. Another lady was getting pedi. She got cut on her toe.My color gel is already coming off. Not even been on for 48 hours... oh and completly uneven. When i said there not even i was told i just broke it... When? While sitting there? If i run my finger across the color you can feel the bubbles in the color.DO NOT GO HERE!

By far the best service and manicure! Johnny, Sylvia and his team are professional and the salon is always friendly and inviting.
