If I could give this place zero stars I would. So first, several years ago I came in with my kids when they were younger and after about 10 minutes they told me I needed to leave and to not come back with my kids! Ever since then I have refused to go to that place ! Well, I got to thinking and thought maybe they have changed. NO! They did not change. I went there a few months ago and my nails were so uneven from the length to the acrylic being uneven to the polish being all over my nails and fingers! They were so rough with me that I was scared to say anything because I didn’t want any controversy. So I thought maybe they had a bad day or something! So I went back today and low and behold they did the exact same thing. The guy did my nails he was rough and even got a new file to file and I don’t even think he filed my nails he just filed my skin the entire time! Everything is uneven and I even cried because I paid $30 for something I am now having fixed after waiting an hour just to sit in the chair for 15 minutes! I am completely disgusted with the way they treat people and their hands and feet! He rushed through it so quick! I will never return to this so called of a salon again no matter how desperate in need to get my nails done again! I’m horrified at the fact that they are even still in business! I should have waited for my normal nail tech because he does an amazing job everyone and he knows how I like my nails! I hope they close shop because they don’t deserve any money from customers when they let them leave with their nails looking like mine! I have pictures as well but I am not sure how to post them!

ZERO stars! Horrible experience. Not friendly at all & very rough. No air conditioning on an 86* day and I had to listen to people arguing on some court tv show the whole time🙄 The lady cut the loose nails from my fingers with cuticle trimmers instead of using the dremel. Then the man cut my cuticle with the dremel (only apologized after I told him he made me bleed, and then blamed me for it, said I moved too much & said I was sensitive) He polished 3 of my nails before he realized he was using air dry polish instead of the gel. Then while he was polishing them I noticed a small dark dot of something on one of my nails that didn’t belong there. I asked him what it was. At first he acted like he couldn’t see it, then he told me that was my fault as well because I move too much and it turned the polish. (Wth does that even mean?) then he sighed loudly, grabbed the cuticle trimmers and removed it. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼NEVER AGAIN!!

I will NEVER go back to this place ever again. All I got was my nails painted gel. I was a new customer and the guy was very rude and rough with me. He filed my nails down so thin and made my cuticles bleed. I pushed my hands back multiple times after telling him he was hurting me, but he would not listen. He had another woman finish painting my nails and she left nail polish all over my nails and the gel was uneven. This was the WORST manicure I’ve ever had. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!

I will never go there again! I spent 40$ on just polish and the person who done my nails rushed and they turned out sloppy. The polish started chipping the next day.

My nails came out think, and was so wild with the drill that my cuticles had scabbed over afterwards. No no no do not go!!!

The nails were crooked, they easily shipped, they dont really do designs, and they only lasted for a week. I wouldnt recommend coming to this salon.

I went there today for the first time. I got acrylic french tips and i am extremely upset. I first went in and he was being extremely rough with my nails and tore up my cuticals i kept having to pull my hand away and when I did he would pull it back and went straight back to doing it! He made them Very uneven crooked and has glops in random places on my nails. The pant is uneven and gloppy on places. You can see my nail underneath the acrylics because the way they painted them. I am extremely upset with this and I only went to get them done because it was my birthday the next day!

They cut my cuticles. He got mad I was getting a phone call. Yelled at me told me to get off my phone . I brought my 5 months old daughter in he was upset about it. He broke my toe nail off. He was very rude. Charged my friend double she still hasn’t got her money back it’s been a week. My other friend brought her daughter in and her nail polish came off soon as she went to her car !!!!!!! Don’t go here don’t waist money here. My nails are now infected also.

Very very bad service. We had two eyebrows and they only did one & turned off the lights and told is she is not doing another one.The one eyebrow she did was sooooo bad, she waxed off the whole side.I never write reviews but trust me save yourself they are very very unprofessional.

Went here for my first time tonight. Had a great experience. Did not feel rushed at all, they asked if I liked them multiple times throughout, and did exactly what I wanted! I usually go to the mall and always feel rushed and get cut multiple times, and my nail shapes don’t match. They were so nice here and did such a great job. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel like the 2.9 out of 5 they have right now is very undeserving! I definitely recommend!

I gave them a 3 rating because of the quality of service for a fill in I can see indents to where my nails needed a fill in (on top of a new fill In) my pinkies are uneven 🙄 I guess that’s what I get for not looking at the ratings before hand 😐.this is my first time here So I was hoping for a great experience unfortunately not.. i did like the quietness of the place and feeling relaxed..

Horrible will not be back! They do not care about what they are doing all they want is to get you gone as soon as they can... made my toe bleed from just pulling on cuticles instead of cutting also trimmed toe nail way to short and made me bleed there too. Lady was more focused on her phone than what she was doing couldn’t even paint had to remove and reposing 3 times! Would not recommend to anybody.

I love coming here! They are always so nice and willing to redo my nails every time I have a break, I don’t like the color, etc. I’ve been coming here for years and each time I attempt to venture somewhere else I always end up back at them. Most definitely worth the drive and wait

I went here to get French tips. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said $30...there is $45 dollars missing off my card. I wont go there again.

I have been to this salon 3 times in the last 4 months to get gel polish on my nails. First time was great. The man that did my nails paid attention to details. The last 2 times I have been there the lady did my nails. The first time she got the polish all over my skin and didnt take it off. She even bumped my thumb on the machine and didnt fix it. I had a line on my nail from that. This last time she didnt even put the base coat on. My fault I didnt say something but I shouldnt have to. Same day they were chipping. Now 3 days later and I have 4 nails half way gone. I will never go back to this salon. Dont waste your money.

I have been here twice. First time I had acrylic nails done, they were absolutely beautiful. Although the lady who did my nails was rude. She told me to wash my hands after she was done filing them which everyone was doing (not the rude part). She told me once in a very low tone so I couldnt hear her, then she pushed my hands towards me and said in a loud irritated voice Go wash your hands. Which I thought was really rude. The second time I got my nails done I got them same lady she filed my nails them switched me to an other client. although they looked nice my pinky nail feel off the second day and was not secured. So I rated it a 3.

I dont normally complain about service and Ive never posted a review but my experience was so poor I had to warn people. I asked for a full set of nails and wanted them pink with white tips. I was charged $50 for pink powder instead of standard $30 for white powder. The man was smacking my hand, slamming my elbows down on the table and bending and twisting my wrist un-naturally while yelling at me to relax. He told me not to watch him and look at the TV otherwise he was going to cut me with the nail drill. He burned my nail a few times and glued my fingers to my nails. My nails were crooked and he cut them uneven. He talked on his phone and then left to pick up his son having the woman finish me up. She also talked on the phone the whole time ignoring me. I noticed afterwards my polish was full of bubbles and the sides looked gray where the powder was too thin. I had spaces between the nails and my cuticles where he didnt push my cuticles up and he didnt trim my nails so they were long and visible under the fake nail. The nails are not smooth and they look thick with ripples. I have red burn marks from the nail drill. I spent $60.00 including the tip. Never again!

Relaxing, quiet, no wait or kids running around. In & out in 30 minutes for a pedi & it looks good. This was late Saturday afternoon. I go regularly.

I just moved to the area and wanted to get my nails done because they needed a fill and because where I moved from would be to long of a drive just for that. Only one person doing manicures the other 3 pedicures. Well I waited 10 min then got told to sit down then proceeded to wait another 10 for a person to finally get to me. When that finally happened the girl who did my nails said I needed a full set because the set I had on was to old which I was okay with and agreed. Keep in mind I had long nails to start off with so this girl cuts my nails short so sort in fact she actually cut to the part of skin that grows under your nail. I said ow once what does she do just keeps on going so I continually say ow and tell her what shes doing assuming shed stop. Well she didnt and actually tried to cut that part of my skin off with these plier looking things. Then after thats done she leaves and another lady comes over to put tips on my nails which wouldnt have needed to do at all had the first girl not hacked my nails off. Then puts the tip on files my nails and for a good 5 seconds because she got glue all over my hands she was trying to file off the super glue she got on on my fingerprint area of my hand. Then she leaves and now some guy comes over to finish my nails and Im thinking okay almost done cause all I want to do is leave at this point. He at least was gentle and did a good job on the part he finished I just wish he would of asked me if I wanted the whole nail painted or just the tip of it. All in total it took an hour and a half to get my nails done her when normally at every other place Ive been to is a half hour unless theyre super busy. Paid $35 dollars for terrible nails, pure pain, and glue all over the palms of my hands. NEVER AGAIN!!! I will be finding a different salon. If you care at all about youre nails dont go here. Its literally the worst salon Ive ever been to.

Got a pedicure and it only lasted 5 minutes. The lady flew through it all while talking on the phone the whole time. I don’t recommend this place unles you need a fast pedicure.

I had my nails done for a masquerade ball. They were beautiful for the first 9 hours. However, when I got home I went to reach into a drawer and my thumb hit the lip of the next drawer up. It was so poorly attached that it popped off without any pain. Looking back on my experience there, the no refunds sign makes sense now. They would never make any money if they had to keep giving it back.Also, the woman who did them, Julie, was very rude.

The lady was in too big of a hurry. The nail polish looks awful. Big waste of money and very disappointed.

They made my mom bleeding. Her 3 times and me 1 time but all my fingers burned bad. All he did was tell me to relax when I was in pain. I am for sure not going back there.

Honestly wouldnt even give this place a 1 star. I went to get my nails done and I always get the ombre. I asked him when I sat down if he had ever done it before and he said yes, the only reason why I asked is because not everybody can do them. I have had the same set of nails for 4 months, I always get a fill and they look wonderful ( done from my regular nail tech). Long story short, my nails were thick and uneven, the acrylic color didnt match one nail, he made two of my fingers bleed.I told him I wasnt paying for them because they looked horrible and I refused to walk around with my nails that way. So he said that he would take them off and I told him that it was fine because I wasnt paying. He aggressively starts chopping my nails off, cutting my real nails down too which I did not give him permission to do but he did it out of anger.I asked if he could have someone else come over and help him fix them and he told me that nobody else in the salon new how to do the ombre.I basically had to end up walking out with all of my nails crooked and chopped off with super sharp edges. DO NOT EVER GO IN TO THIS SALON.They were very rude and unapologetic about my experience, basically didnt care. I cried the whole way to work.

I will never go back to this place. First off I told them not to clip my toe nails and she did, and it looks like my 7 year old neice painted them. Well thats making my neice look bad because she could probably do better.

Do not get your eyebrows waxed here. She took the arch out so now I have to draw my arch on. I’ve gotten nails done 3-4 times here and there is always SOMETHING wrong with them

I noticed purple lines on my nails after my acrylics had came off. You could clearly see they look like a cut. I go to cosmetology school and asked my instructors about it & she told me they went into my nail bed and could have given me blood borne pathogens since they’re probably doing it to everyone else’s nails. I went back and he refused a refund, even asked if I could get them off and he said no & he would charge more. He could have given me and my friend something serious like aids, so now we have to deal with huge bruises under our nails and spend $30 there each for one set. Waste of time and money. I don’t recommend going there at all.

I came in to get my very first gel mani/pedi. They man did a nice job both. However, the price I was quoted at the door was then increased after I was actually sitting in the message chair. I have since called every other nail salon in the surrounding area, and have realized that I was ripped off!I over paid approximately $20 plus tip.So, if youre a newbie...watch out that your technician doesnt change the price on you half way through your foot message. Always ask first, as their prices on the way are confusing to read, as well.Im not going to demand my money back. I think word of mouth will speak for itself at this point.

I wish there was a quality for worse than poor because I would have chosen that. The staff/owner was so rude and talked trash about a defect on my body right behind me where I could hear her. Her husband could not stop sniffling and wiping his nose all over. His hands were shaking so bad the paint job is uneven and sloppy. I dont know if its drug use or what but they are incredibly unprofessional and disgusting. I would never go there again. To top it off my nails look horrible!!! And to think I wasted $35 to look this bad.

Had my nails done at different place , went there see they fix mess and put new set on looks good very nice to me my nails look good . I am very happy how they look

It was absolutly dreadful. I went in for new tips.....6 days later went back because a tip broke and two others were seperating. The owner refused to fix two of them and only fixed the one that broke. At the end when I though she was fixing her mistake she then told me I had to pay for it. I looked at her and told her I wouldnt and she preceded to yell at me and told me I was rude. That I broke my tip and it was my fault. If I would have broke my tip that would have hurt. But these nails are weak and not put on properly. She was so rude! She does not know how to treat clients or future clients. I will never go back and NEVER recommend that place. Not a very clean establishment!

This place honestly sucks. Everytime I come in here there are only 2 workers. And I end up waiting 45 minutes to get my nails done. I dont recommend.
