WOW!!! This place is AMAZING! I went in for a signature manicure and Elizabeth gave me just that. By far the best manicure I have EVER received. They have a customer for life in me!

I don’t understand the appeal of this place other than it’s trendy modern looking. The chairs are very stiff and uncomfortable, they don’t massage, and no spa whirlpool for your feet. To me, that is part of the experience. I ordered the $45 “signature” service, which was supposed to be 40 minutes long. Lasted 30-35 minutes. What I received would have been considered a basic pedicure at most nail salons. Also, I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment but waited in the chair for 15 minutes after my pedi time. The water had gone cool and my feet were just sitting in a bowl of water. However, my nail attendant was friendly as was the front desk lady. This place was constantly recommended in some local groups I’m in, but I prefer other places and won’t return.

Super clean, great environment, and smells great (doesn’t smell anything like a nail salon which I LOVE). Love the products they use. This is my first time here, and I will be back again!

I bought a membership when Prose first opened and get two services per month at a discounted price. I am saving money and love getting the very best in manicure and pedicure services. Staff is talented, knowledgeable and fun to be around! Prose is super clean, with beautiful and “spa-like” surroundings. So relaxing! The products they sell are terrific, especially the Foot Oil!

Getting pampered at Prose is an amazing experience! The staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. The salon is so clean and inviting. I love that it doesn’t have that chemical smell that you typically have at other places. Definitely my favorite place!

Had an amazing gel manicure that lasted! The lady who worked on my nails was super sweet and very thoughtful/detailed about making sure everything was just right with my service. Plus, the environment is super clean, and they even clean your ring for you while you get your nails done.

PROSE is the cleanest nail salon around. I go weekly for an Express Mani. My hands were extremely dry due to extra hand washing and using hand sanitizer. Their Healthy Paraffin did wonders for both my hands and cuticles. The staff is friendly and welcoming each visit and the facility is bright and inviting. I highly recommend you visit PROSE.

Got my nails done here at PROSE! This place is incredible! It’s literally PERFECTLY clean- which is so important to me! Plus, Shelby is super fantastic! She’s super knowledgeable and cares about the health of your nails!Plus, they have an incredible membership program! If you get your nails done regularly at all, I highly recommend the membership! It’s a huge discount!Seriously telling everyone I know about this place!! They even give you a warm neck wrap!

LOVE PROSE-Franklin! The space is amazing and impeccably clean and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I love how the boutique focuses on healthy hands and feet, so no harsh chemicals, jets or drills and the products used are healthy for you nails and skin. Which also means no typical chemical salon smell either! Gel mani’s last nearly 2 weeks before a chip and basic polish pedi’s last 4-5 weeks and still look great. Their membership options are great! If you get your nails done more than once a month, sign up for one of the memberships. They are flexible, so you can rollover unused services, and even put a hold on your account for a few months if there’s a time you don’t go as often. I always leave PROSE happy, relaxed and with beautiful hands and/or feet!

I had a great manicure and pedicure at Prose Franklin! The most important part though, is that after I took the polish off my nails, my nails looked so healthy! I never have this at other nail salons and have avoided getting professional manicures in recent years because of this. The dips and gels at other salons damage my nails to the point it takes months for them to heal. Prose only offers products that are good for your nails. So glad I bought a membership!

My daughter and I both got a mani/pedi at Prose Franklin. I was so impressed! It was a beautiful salon and everyone was so welcoming! But most importantly, it was so clean! The instruments are sterilized. I watched the staff clean the entire time I was there! And they specialize in healthy nails using healthy polishes and techniques! Do yourself a favor and give them a try! Even if you have a favorite nail salon! They may become your favorite too!

Pedicure chairs are so uncomfortable!! My feet could barely reach the bowl. Had to slouch the whole time, no pillow was offered. Manicurist was rude and unfriendly! My nails look terrible. They charge extra for gel removal and did not tell me until after she had my fingers wrapped in the acetone. The front desk was trying to hard to sale their monthly subscription, even after I kept saying no or not interested. OVER PRICED!! Don’t waste you’re money like I did.Thank you for the comment below. As a reminder first impressions are everything.

Great pedicure, and Lanasia is awesome!

With a philosophy of nourish, renew and inspire I wanted to give it a try, plus they had a first time $35 mani special ($45 reg price). Was greeted by the friendly staff, the new place looked modern and minimalistic, and they even offered a glass of wine, water or tea. They showed me the colors choices for sns, which compared to other salons were very limited, so I actually decided to get gel as there were more colors.I had sns that needed to be removed so first the nail tech filed the tops of my nails to remove the top layer with a file (not an electric drill). Then like the other salons, she wrapped my nails in foil with cotton soaked in acetone. When I asked why it was taking so long to remove my color, she finally put warm towels on my hands to speed things up. It took more than 45 minutes to remove my color. I asked why they didn’t use an electric drill to speed things up and she said it was healthier for my nails so everything was done with the hand file. After she finally got the sns off the tech started shaping my nails, applied cuticle remover and pushed back my cuticles. Finally, we were ready to apply my new gel color. After the color was finished there was a brief hand massage, which was a nice way to end the manicure. The lotion did smell wonderful.All done and ready to go, I went to pay and they told me they waived the $25 sns removal fee and the gel was an additional $10. So my mani would have normally been $80 without the tip. I typically pay $40-$45 plus tip for a ‘traditional’ gel/sns or pink & white manicure.This is a membership based business with a $59 or $99 annual fee to receive discounts, so I would strongly suggest getting a membership if this is your thing.Now there are a few reasons why I gave my experience a three out of five. First for me, I want to get in and out in an hour and a manicure that takes more than 90 minutes is not for me. Second, my nail tech had her phone on the table next to her and every time she got a text or call she had to stop and look at her phone, which was about every five minutes. She even took a call and excused herself and when she returned she laughed saying it was only a sales call. Finally, they don’t offer acrylic which I will admit I prefer.
