In town for a day and needing a pedicure, so I found them by Google search with great reviews so I walked in. They were busy but were able to get me and a friend in immediately. Great service!

Stopped by Ombré Nails after a friend recommended it. It’s clean, the workers were so kind, I got right in without a wait and they did a great job! I brought in a picture I found off Pinterest and they matched the colors and design exactly. Excited to go back to this spot!

Jenny is incredible! I always have a hard with with people recreating nails from Pinterest Especially because I like my nails a lot shorter . She killed it ! So happy - I will definitely be her new regular, my friend also got her nails done by gon and they look incredible

Went in with my two daughters- they accommodated all of us together. We got pedicures and my daughter got dip/tips, one daughter got gel, and I got dip polish. All of our nails came out awesome. Would def go back. Also, I liked the measures they were taking to keep everyone safe during this corona time.

I will start with, the staff was nice, but that was the only positive. If you’re trying to avoid those salons that charge you for every little thing, I’d definitely avoid going here. I got a hot pink dip without tips and they charged me $53. The price is not what frustrates me it’s the fact, my nail tech Kim, charged me extra to “shape” my nails. Last I checked filing nails is part of the job. I’m sure some of you are thinking I had some long crazy stiletto nails, nope. Just slightly rounded to give a natural look. I read reviews and was hopeful this salon would not be the typical nickel and dime you chop shop, sadly that’s exactly what they are. If you’re looking for quality and the most bang for your bucks I’d highly suggest going else where.

I have gone to this location several times and have never gotten consistent results. There has always been something wrong. This time the color is patchy, it’s not smooth and he cut the nails down too short after I said I would rather them be a little longer. And a couple of the nails were put on crooked. Everyone there is very nice and they are pretty quick. But I probably won’t be going back.

Tom did such an amazing job on my nails! He really listened to me and made sure to ask questions after I mentioned that I’m super picky. He worked extra hard to make sure they were the right shape, and color! Affordable price for the great quality, and a friendly atmosphere; I recommend Ombré Nails 100% and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I and my two daughters have been getting my nails serviced by Anna and Tom for 2 years now. I have watched them grow to now owning their own business (OMBRE NAILS). Attached you will see a collage of some of the work she and her colleagues has performed on our nails. My most recent visit was yesterday 01/23/2018. I was taken right in, seated and offered a beverage. I received and pedicure and a fill-in. The basic pedicures here make you feel like you have escaped to the beach. The atmosphere is luxurious, relaxing, modern, and very spa-like and after a long days work it was just what i needed. I can truly say that I have experienced lots of nail salons over the years, and this salon by far is the best I have found and experienced. Some salons look good and appear to be very up-scale, and have great ambiance, but the quality of services received hasnt live up to the hype in regards to the quality and longevity of my nails with out re-service and price for services offered. Ombre nails gets it all right with a smile on their faces and much gratitude. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality service at a reasonable price.

I moved here 2 months ago trying to find another nail tech after having the same one for years! I tried this place for the second time and have not been disappointed! It’s hard to get shaped nails perfectly equal and consistent and Anna does such amazing job giving me EXACTLY what I asked for. Best nail tech I’ve ever had! Definitely my go to place now! I went here my first time not sure what to expect because of the mixed reviews. I was very impressed with my time here. It wasnt very busy for a Tuesday afternoon. I was ushered back as soon as I walked in with no waiting. My pedicure was very warm and relaxing and exactly what I needed with all this back to school stress going on. I got my nails dipped for the first time ever, I usually do gel, and absolutely LOVE it. Gon, my technician, did an amazing job and made sure I was happy with his work before I paid. I will definitely be coming back again!

I love this place. It is clean and has a modern meets luxury decor. The place is usually busy so I suggest making an appointment. Kim is my go to pedicure gal. She does a great job. Also they have a large dip selection. i think its nice they have the colors in a book instead of the wheel of nails. It just feels nicer and you can see most of the colors at once. They always offer a beverage and the staff is very friendly.

I have been to this salon twice & both times have been horrible. The first time I thought the girl was in a bad mood so I gave her the benefit of the doubt, turns out thats just how they treat their customers. She barley did 2 coats on a simple dip manicure & filed them so uneven. This next time I went, I looked at reviews & chose someone who was mentioned many times, Anna. She did one of the worst jobs I have ever had. She was rushing me the whole time (even though I made an appointment), barley let me look at any colors, and was extremely rough, even nicking me a few times with the drill. She barely filed my nails & when I had asked her to file them more straight, since they were so uneven & slanted, she did a half-fast job at it. I will never be coming here again, an absolute waste of my money.

Highly, highly recommend. Its off the beaten path behind Starbucks on Cool Springs Blvd. Very friendly, highly professional. And much less than Green zhills salons. I had the micro french manicure dip. I love it. Ive gotten so many compliments.

I love this place but seriously if you go, do not get Kim. every time she does my nails she files them unevenly and has to re-glue tips on almost every finger. she has always hurt my finger with the drills. everyone else here is amazing but she does a really terrible job.

They stay open late during the week, which is amazing being that Im a working mom and sometimes I can literally go and get my nails done after work or during lunch. They do amazing Ombre Nails and awesome coffin nail shape. Its really hard to find a place that does great acrylic and the newer nail shapes in this area, I normally have to go to Antioch to get the new nail shape done right. Ombre Nails does both! I will be going coming here from now on! More than satisfied with my nails and the great service.

I got there at 10:26. Told me 20 minutes so I waited. Took my to the back and waited again. Didnt ended up leaving until 1 and didnt even get done what I had wanted because I was over it. They are way over priced. Paid 50 for this well 45 because 5 for was taking my old set off.I got acrylic. They charged me for length and my nails are super short. They are suppose to be coffin style And they definitely not. Ugh just not happy. I am so mad I wasted my time and money. I should have just waited and went to my regular salon in clarksville.

I have tried other nail salons but I return to Ombre Nails. The salon is clean and there is no waiting with or without an appointment. And Anna is the greatest.

This is the third time I have just walked in to have a manicure & once a mani/pedi. Ive been helped immediately each time. Once they put one guy on my hands & one on my feet to get me done in time. They know how to get gel polish off without destroying your nails. Ive different techs every time & they were always good, young or old, female or Male. Photo is my natural nails with gel this time.

This place was amazing! Id been to another nail salon in Nashville and just felt I could find a better one. This one has exceeded all of my expectations.I decided to go in on a whim after work (they accept walk-ins!) and immediately was greeted by two lovely people. Id done a little research on their website and went with a deluxe manicure and it was worth every single penny.The lovely lady who worked on my nails was patient, kind and above all super awesome. I dont think Ill ever be able to go anywhere else after this! Reasonable prices, amazingly quiet and clean, I cant recommend it enough.I cant wait to come back!

I stopped in here today on a whim when I was just walking by. I have to say Ive never been greeted so warmly. The hostess immediately gave me a book of Ombre designs to choose from while I waited. My nail technicians name was Thanh. She did a BEAUTIFUL job! The design I got reminds of red ruby slippers in a glittery snow globe, LOL! Ohhhhh so pretty! Also, the salon was GORGEOUS and very clean. I loved it! Ill be back! :)

This place is THE best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I even drive from Nashville to here to get my dip and pedi done. My mom introduced me to them, and it is the only place I come to ever since she showed me. They ALWAYS take excellent care of me and do an amazing job on my nails and toes! They do great work, take their time but are also efficient: I didn’t even have to pay for 2 nail repairs, either. Very sweet people, too! Highly recommended!!!

Ive been getting my nails done for almost fifteen years now. As a result, Ive become extremely particular about how they are done. At times Ive been known to drive over an hour and a half to get them bi-weekly. Since moving to Nashville two years ago, I had been going to a salon located in Green Hills. Three months or so ago the salon in GH had to cancel my appointment unexpectedly and I was left frustrated and searching for a salon to take care of me that week. On a whim, I walked into Ombre nails, as it is super close to where I live and I was running some errands in that shopping center.I cannot say enough wonderful things about this salon and in particular one of the owners, Anna, who has been doing my manicures and pedicures ever since that day. I had been getting gel polish for about three years and she convinced me to give CNS dip powder another try, despite the fact that I had a previous bad experience with it. Holy he**. My nails have never looked or held up better. Or been healthier.I am a somewhat obsessive cleaner, constantly using all different cleaning products as well as my nails to scrub floors, dishes, etc. I used to have to wear rubber gloves to do all of my cleaning in order to maintain my gel manicures, but not anymore, thanks to Anna. She is precise, talented, and always willing to go above and beyond to meet my needs. Everyone else in the salon is lovely as well.A few weeks ago I damaged two of my nails. I walked into the salon one day and Anna fixed them and refused to allow me to pay her.I love this salon and Anna and have become a customer for life!!!

Best Nail Salon in Franklin hands down! Finding a salon that can do Ombré dip is not easy and they do an amazing job every time. The staff is always so friendly and they have a great selection of colors. As with any great salon I would suggest making an appointment ahead of time because they do book up.

Ana takes excellent care of me and my nails. When I called to make my very first appointment, I let the receptionist know that I am quite particular. I asked whom she would recommend for me; she suggested Ana, and I have been consistently very pleased with every visit. Ive been a client for about a year. Ana is delightful and always happy to hear my suggestions and honor any tweaks that I want to make to shape, length, or colour. She has a warm personality and a can do attitude. Ombre nails makes and keeps appointments, and I consider that a major plus. They speak excellent English with guests and among themselves. The salon is clean, and they only choose TV shows that would be considered kid friendly. The complimentary beverages are a lovely touch.

Super impressed by Ombré Nails. My nail tech was amazing and I would highly recommend her (go see Diamond!). Super cute and clean shop. I was especially impressed by the care that Diamond took when doing my gel manicure. She made sure I liked it and made sure that the nail polish wasn’t too thin (a pet peeve of mine). I will definitely go back.

Tom did a wonderful job on my nails! He was very quick but detail-oriented, and my dip nails turned out PERFECT. 10/10 would recommend.

So before Thanksgiving I went to have my nails done 2 days after I lost one of my nail I called them so I asked if they can fix it?And yesterday another one fall off and today as well 😏 imagine paying $50 and didn’t enjoy them for a week even ☹️I am doing my nails for 20 years almost I never experience anything like that in any Nails salon in my life .I’m sure they have poor Quality products .Sadly

I have been to several nail places, as I am very picky when it comes to my nails, ombré nails is by far my favorite place. They have done a wonderful job since the 1st time I went. I’ve been coming to Ombre Nails in Cool Springs for almost two years and love it! Anna, Tom, Liam, Kim, Anthony, Ashley and all the other staff members are very kind, helpful and do a great job with both pedicures and manicures - I’ve had both dip and gel services done (personally I prefer dip). They are a professional salon with employees who care about their clients and the quality of the service they provide!

Im not sure why this place is so popular. It looks nice, but there is acrylic dust in the air and a strong chemical smell. My son and I had to leave while my daughter got her manicure. We both are sensitive to strong smells. I did have a pedicure recently here, and while it was nice, the tech put a blob of thick polish at the top of my nail.

I had heard a lot of good things about this place and I’m glad they are all true.It’s super cute and they have a really big selection of colors for sns/dips!They were all super nice and my nails look absolutely amazing!!!! Thanks again!!

Nice staff. I was a little concerned though when the lady that painted my toes after my pedi didnt put gloves on...after the main pedi is finished they pass off the painting to someone else. Everything else was sanitary.

I visited Ombré Nails for the first time today and it was a very nice experience. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. It was very apparent there were lots of repeat customers. I did not have an appointment but I didn’t have to wait long. Tom did a great job on my dip nails. He listened to exactly what I wanted done. They are very pretty and a great color. I will definitely return and recommend them.

Tried out a new nail spa today and this place is GREAT! Wonderful and friendly customer service. First place that really listened to what I wanted and did not rush me. I did a full set of acrylics with gel polish and a deluxe pedicure. I felt relaxed and am very happy with my results. I’ll be back!

I showed up as a walk-in just after 5pm and was seated at the pedi station immediately. My technician was a gentleman named Liam who was very professional and meticulous! He asked frequently if I liked the look of my nails as he worked, as I had mentioned I had never gotten them that long or with ombre coloring before.The rest of the staff was very polite as well! Everyone else in the shop seemed happy with their services. The shop was clean, well organized, and stylish. Im definitely going going to go back.

My boss treated us to an outing at Ombré Nails. The staff did an awesome job tending to all of us in a short notice. We were all able to get our mani and pedi at the same time! It was wonderful! We didn’t feel rushed and had a great time. We will definitely be back for another visit!

The past two times i’ve gone into Ombré Nails i sat in my chair for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to come over and work on me. Usually this wouldn’t be an issue for me and i’m very flexible, but when I make an appointment in advance i hope to get my nails actually done around the time of the agreed appointment, not an hour later. Really sad because i liked this place a lot, but won’t be returning

Its been awhile since ive been to this nail salon. I went back a few days ago because i remembered really liking this place but my experience was ruined this time around. As soon as I sat down to get my nails done i was being pushed to write them a google review. I was told to write one 3 different times in the middle of me getting my nails done. So, here is my review. My nails were fine i have no issue with that. My issue is that the guy doing my nails (Tom) was so aggressive and rough that i went home with the skin around my nails burning, he didnt speak a word to me other than about the google review, and left me under the nail dryer for way too long and acted like I wasnt even there and started working on another customers nails. I had to just get up and leave not knowing if they were done or not. But before i left he made sure to ask for that google review again and continued to tell other people to do the same. Due to this experience, I will not be coming back.

I get acrylic coffin shaped nails. Love how they shape them and how quickly I was taken care of. Highly recommend.
