Ive had maybe 5 manicures in my life. It was a mother/daughter treat (visiting from out of town). The owner done both of our nails. This was not a manicure.. She quickly cut my cuticles (cutting me), slapped the gel polish on with 2 layers of glitter on the ends. It did not look professional in my opinion. My daughter got gel tips. She quoted $35 for mine & $45 for daughters. I didnt complain b/c I thought maybe my expectations were high..? She charged me $95 (math didnt add up) & I also gave a $5 tip (Idk why!). I never leave reviews, but the main reason we chose this place is the 5-star google reviews! Pics posted!

I came to get my acrylics off. This typically is a 10-15 min process. However, it took an hour. I sat waiting for the majority of the time. Mind you there are two customers and two workers. I left with my nails looking horrible, because they weren’t clipped to make my nails even. Also, there was cotton and old nail shavings underneath my nails.

I have had my nails done here so many times and I love it! I’ve never had gel nails last so long and look so good while lasting. It might take a little longer but the quality you receive is very worth it!

Scheduled and appointment for a mani pedi and they did fantastic, certainly would go back.

I have such a hard time finding salons that do a good job AND have good massage chairs. I would give these chairs an 8 but the gentleman who did my nails did an absolute perfect job. He was very particular. Average priced, they do a great job though.

I dont ever feel the need to write reviews but I had to write this one. Color nails has the worst customer service. I came in for an eyebrow waxing and I waited 47 minutes before I decided to leave. I would also like to point out that they were fully staffed. Their prices are also outrageous! I wouldnt recommend going here.

I had the best experience at this salon. Before I came to visit Tennessee, I had gotten my nails done in Houston. The nail tech there didnt give much care to my nails and a green bacteria formed. The nail tech in Tennessee took off all ten of the acrylic nails and redid all of them with dip powder. I was in the salon over four hours and she didnt complain once. Not to mention I had to get a pedicure as well. She was amazing and is well deserving of all of these accolades. If only I could fly from Houston to Franklin every two weeks.

Ive used this salon for over a year and have always found it to be excellent. The staff is friendly, skilled, and efficient. After paying more in other cities, the prices seem reasonable to me. I will continue to enjoy this establishment and encourage others to try their convenient location.

I never write reviews, but in this case I need too. My daughter and I decided to have our nails done here instead of our normal nail salon.. I have no idea why we came to this salon.. you should see my nails... TERRIBLE!! My nails are so thick and I had to go back and try to have them fixed. Now they look like thick tic tacs., no where do they look natural! My fingers are so irritated and red from all the poking,or at least I hope that’s what it is!! The worst part is that my daughter treated me to this, with her hard earned money . For what they do , you are being over charged!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!

My experience was very good. First time here. I didnt get top of line, but it was still very thorough.

Kim did a fantastic job of making my nails look beautiful. Two weeks prior to my visit, another salon applied thick, fake looking SNS dip. Kim took her time cleaning them up and applying the NexGen powder. She explained how she was going to do everything and focused on keeping my nails healthy and beautiful. I will definitely make this my regular nail salon.

Very welcoming atmosphere...the owner Kim is so kind and friendly...it was clean and very pleasant in there...I only waited about 10-15 min. for a pedicure since I was a walk in....My pedicure was $30, I felt it was money well spent...I will definately be going back...all employees there were very friendly....Great experience there....
