My daughters and i love Idol Nails. We drive 1 hour and 15 mins. Go every two weeks and get told all the time how pretty our nails look. Its all because of Ms.Tracy - absolute attention to detail. The staff is incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. We tell everyone we know about Idol Nails.

Let me just say that normally I’m not the one to ever post or write a bad review, however this was my first time going to this nail spa salon and it was not a good experience. I paid for a basic pedicure but didn’t receive any foot or leg massage, no scrubbing, etc. It literally just felt like I should’ve just paid for a toe nail polish which was very disappointing. I’m used to my pedicures lasting at least about 30-45 min. but with them it literally only lasted 10 min. I will most definitely not recommend their business, because it was definitely a waste of money so please save your time and spend your money elsewhere. I would rather have went to a nail spa that’s closer to where I live, but unfortunately due to the pandemic most of them are closed at the moment!

I go to idol nails every 3-4 weeks to get my Nails done because they do such an great job. Tracy V. Is who i see to get my nails done, She really pays attention to detail. She does amazing ombré on my long nails. I get compliments on my nails all the time. Very friendly staff.

My experience here was so good I made an account just to leave a positive review! My friends and I were trying to get our nails done while visiting Nashville, and after a bit of looking around we landed upon this gem.Immediately upon coming in, we were greeted by the friendly staff and they took care of our needs very soon after. They were careful in asking us what we wanted and made sure to get the details right. It was a pleasant experience for a good price; my friends and I are completely satisfied with how our nails turned out!

Do not get the dip nails. My nails seriously looked like dollar store nails. The nail was thick, it curved downwards and it was sloppy work. The nail was so wide and I was too irritated to get it fixed. My pedicure was good though. I went back a couple weeks later to get the dip taken off and my nails were sore, had red spots from blood underneath and were so brittle they cracked if I hit anything on them. I’ve worn acrylics for years and never had my nails look so horrible. Never going back.

I absolutely love these sweet folks! Ive been going since the beginning of the year, and after the first visit theyve always welcomed me back like a good friend. My nails always look great, but I just love the friendly community theyve created there. The salon is clean, offers lots of options, and I always look forward to going back.

Let me first start by saying the ladies are very nice and always do a great job and this place is definitely one of the cheaper nail salons in Franklin but they are always under staffed! Be prepared for long wait time to start service and even once service is started. They often hop back and forth between clients which is very frustrating. You also will still wait even if you set an appointment. Quality and friendliness is on point compared to other pretentious salons that only talk and do good if you’re a regular just be prepared to be there for longer than necessary.

Excellent service and such sweet ladies who work there! I was rather picky on where I should get my nails done, and I had to get them done as soon as possible because I was going on out of town the day after. Choosing Idol Nails was a great decision! Tracy, the owner of the salon, is such a kind-hearted lady and will make sure you leave your visit pleased with the results. I loved the way my nails turned out, and had gotten soooo many compliments from family and friends. Even the customers at my work have asked me where I got my nails done! Best Nail Salon in town. Go see Tracy there. She’s awesome. I have followed her for about 19 yrs now at the other 2 salons she worked at. So happy for her to be salon owner and operator now. I could very easily drive 5 mins from my house to get my nails done a several other salons, but for the perfection and the price, I’d rather drive 25 mins to Idol Nails to see Tracy 😊

Loved it. My usual place is now closed on Sundays so I had to find somewhere else as I dont have that flexible of a schedule and just dropped in. Ive already scheduled my repeat appointment in two weeks!

My nails look pretty, they were very nice and the building felt very clean. My only thing is they got a little close with the buffer in one spot, she apologized but still a little uncomfortable, but not bleeding. They also convienced me not to do acrylic tips cause the dip should make my nails grow. But I will next time

This place was nice however the staff is rude I felt like they were talking about My daughter and I and made it unpleasant! I will not be back! Rude!

Worst pedicures my wife and I have ever had. 45 for sugar scrub and and wax pedicure. Hardly any massage time, no pressure. Other pedicure places in franklin much longer on massage time, and usually 2 massage times per pedicure. No toe dryers...this place was empty on a Saturday afternoon, which should have been a red flag. Heavyset pedicurist was bossy to other staff, and pedicurist I had was very inexperienced. Both massage chairs didn’t work....

Long time customer...no matter the name of the spa, they always give great, patient and professional service. Never been disappointed in over a decade. Fees are extremely reasonable for the service and atmosphere provided. Strongly recommend!

They are the best nail salon I have found since moving here 4 years ago. Very professional; clean, sanitary and stylish salon; high quality nail polishes, timely appointments & walk-ins, good customer service, great final result- whether it be a manicure, pedicure, polish change, or full set. I have always had a good experience here. I feel like a valued customer every time I am here and not just a body in chair #3. The quality of the service, nail polish, time in the salon, and finished nails is WELL WORTH my money! Definitely 5 stars! :-)-never a long wait as a walk-in-immediately seen with an appointment-all polishes are OPI, even the gel polishes (I love the uniformity of the selections.)-quick, quality service-good customer service (They offer bottled water or soda while you wait.)-pleasant technicians-relaxed environment-reasonable prices-nail look lasts until next visit/appointment

I have brought my daughter here twice, service is outstanding. I suggest however calling for an appointment first because being as good as they are, they also get pretty busy pretty fast. They do walk ins but I recommend calling first! Amazing, very quiet, and peaceful!

Fourth time Ive tried to make an appointment and they always say well we have someone can you come back tomorrow? Walked in four times previous to my trying to schedule an appointment to have them tell me to come back 30 minutes later and theyd be free to help me and when I went back they said oh sorry too full Come back tomorrow. If they want business thats not the way to go about it. Always telling customers to come back makes them find other salons and trust me Ive tried to give this one a chance SEVEN times. Only actually got helped once and while they were helping me they turned away customers because they said theyre just too busy when really the woman was cleaning up so they could close. Ill stop trying to give them my business and take it somewhere they actually care to have customers.

Very disappointed.... Walked in with no one waiting. Three techs with customers, told them I wanted a pedicure, the lady remarked, you want to come back. No time frame, nothing!! I could understand if there were several waiting for services, but there wasnt! Not good for business, will never go back there!

This was the worst nail experience I have ever had in my life. Went in for a pedicure & got a little kid paint job, no foot massage, no lotion, basically sit in water & slap some nail polish on for $30, would not recommend to even my worst enemy

My experience with Idol was completely and utterly awful. He was insanely rough and careless. He cut my cuticles so low and was extremely rude. He never asked which shape i wanted, or even the length. He started clipping them short THEN asked how short i wanted them???? He didnt let the polish coats dry before adding another thick coat, leaving the polish thick and sticky. I stayed for over 30 minutes letting them dry, but as i stood to leave I nicked my thumb on the chair and it ruined the nail. It literally took over an hour for them to be completely dry, thats not okay! I came in here expecting it to be great because of the reviews but they were terrible.

I have never been treated so rude in my life! I went for a polish change, asked the tech not to use a drill on me numerous. So she brings out this plastic bag full of pure acetone and Im like what are you doing? She kept repeating herself probably like 10 times she told me, this is how we do here, if you dont like go to where you go before.Well, I should of got up and left at that point, but Im like how hard can it be to take my polish off and not damage my nails. Just let me say, she brought that drill out 3 times and kept drilling my nails with a metal drill bit. Finally she broke one of my nails with the drill. So I told her, now you broke my nail, I asked you to not use a drill on me, this is why. My nails get to thin really fast. She had a bad, mean attitude towards me the entire time , but then it got worse. She asked me to leave after my nails had been left, thin, weak and no polish. So I got up just in shock and left. She quickly followed me out the door in an aggressive way, but heres the kicker. Another girl that worked there came out and threw a handful of salt at me!!! Total disrespect of a person, I could not believe it. If I had not been so traumatized by how am I going to get my nails fixed, I would have and should have called the police and filed charges against these people. I wish I would have taken pictures, but like I said I was in shock and desperate to get my nails fixed, so all I could think of was that. All I can say if you go here, dont make them mad because they are a special kind of evil.
