Went with my daughter for pedicures. My daughter is four. They got us in that day. While I was getting my pedicure they also did a manicure for my daughter and created sweet designs on her nails. They were interactive and wonderful!!! I would recommend this location hands down!! Thank you for making our experience special and for making my daughter so comfortable and treating her to a special experience.

Every time I go (every 2 weeks for about 2 months) I request Brenna and am never disappointed. She’s a nail magician and the sweetest!

Had a not so great initial visit but thought I would give them another shot. Requested a specific tech for fill appointment but got the same person I had a not so great experience with. Cut nails too short. There are visible bumps and the top coat started chipping off the next day.

It was my first time stopping in (I was a walk in) and the service was great! Not only was my nail tech extremely nice, she also did a great job on my gel nails and ensured everything was applied perfectly!

I was excited to finally get my nails done after a while, I showed the workers the nails that I wanted which was acrylic nails rose gold and one clear. The lady was so rude she immediately said that I cant do acrylic nails because it takes 2 hours and it takes a long time to do. What the heck???? I told that to my sisters and they even said that doesnt make any sense, just because it takes long. Sounds like a lame excuse to me, after that I was already a bit annoyed. So i started looking at gel sets to do. When i looked at the gel set I wanted one nail with a flower design. The guy said I cant do the flowers because my nail will not fit the flower mind you I naturally already had a decent nail length. They did not do what I wanted at all and snapped at me while I was there twice. Definitely not okay and was a waste of my money considering the fact that I didnt even like it and it was not what I wanted. They did not even talk nicely to me or consider what I wanted.

My nail tec lady was very sweet and pleasant, she did a great job on my nail fill, she also massaged my hands at the end, I highly recommend this place, the price was very reasonable and clean, very happy 😀

HORRIBLE! The lady who did my nails (she never gave me her name) did not ask me if I prefer white tips or clear tips and by the time she had already glued a couple white tips on, it was too late. All I got was gel polish and the full set was 60 dollars. Ridiculous. No glitter, design, stones, nothing! 60 bucks! And it has been a month and every single nail has popped off which means they were applied very poorly because my sets do not do that! I will never return back here and will deter anyone else from doing the same!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

So being a single mother during COVID I couldn’t wait to treat myself. Unfortunately I had no one to watch my baby, but knowing she’s extremely well behaved I took her with me. While doing my nails the nail tech told me not to bring my baby next time. They charge $50 for a full set but didn’t do any cuticle oil or lotion? 🙄

This was my first time sitting in Peters chair. He did such a phenomenal job with my nails. He is so detail oriented. You can tell he loves his job and customer satisfaction and quality are his top priority. I’ve been getting my nails done for a really long time, and this is the first time I have genuinely felt satisfied with my nails. I will definitely be making Peter my permanent nail tech.

The best nail salon in the area! I came in for the first time two weeks ago, and Tracy did my nails EXACTLY like the picture. I have gotten so many compliments on her amazing work. Today, she did my nails perfect AGAIN! I recommend this nail place to all the nail lovers! You will not be disappointed in the quality work.

The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because the guy that did my pedicure was incredibly kind. My birthday is tomorrow so I know for a fact I scheduled my appointment for the day before and I am not responsible for how that gets written into the book. I entered the shop and let the lady/receptionist know I had an appointment. She looked in the book and let me know that they had me in the book for Thursday and not Tuesday. I told her I know for a fact I scheduled it for Tuesday. She then let me know that she would just do my nails. As she did my nails she was excessively aggressive, not polite at all and had an attitude the entire time she serviced me as if I had done something wrong to her. I thought maybe she was having a bad day but two other forks walked in of another race and she was very bubbly and welcoming with them. This salon was recommended to me by a friend and I am extremely disappointed and will never be back.

Id been coming here for multiple big occasions in my life over the past year. Peter has done my nails for birthdays, my engagement and also my engagement photos. Id scheduled an appt a couple days before my wedding and he cancelled my appointment and didnt offer an alternate time or anything. It was very hurtful because I was so excited to see him work his magic, but obviously my patronage, tips and even referrals werent enough. Sad to say I wont be returning.

Peter is amazing at what he does! Hes artistic and thorough. Some people complain about his pricing, but I guarantee you will not find a nail tech that can do what he does for less.

I always come here to get a fill and pedicure and absolutely love the service. I always make an appointment with Peter for my nails and he does an amazing job every single time. Especially with the shape of the nail! The rest of the staff is very friendly as well. Atmosphere and polish selection is great and. I love the music they play. I would recommend making an appointment because they are always busy, but that’s not a bad thing! 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

I got my nails done by Peter for the first time in a while. I could not believe how much attention to detail he put and how much time he took in order for it to be perfect. I was more than satisfied. First time that I have loved how my nails came out.Thanks Peter!!

I been doing nails here at Glitz few times ( Petar did my nails ) I just did set off nails on Friday, on Saturday I start seeing that my nails has redness and that is swollen. On sunday it was so painful that I was trying to take it off my self, on monday morning which is today I want to Petar and ask him to take my nail off. I have bad infection and my doctor Prescribes 7 days off antibiotics .So I will not go there no more.

Peter normally does a great job on my nails when hes in a good mood. I have had a couple of bad experiences with him having an attitude if I explain to him that my nails arent quite dry yet. He yells and is dismissive of what I have to say. This last time I was there he did shellac and the clear coat wasnt applied correctly. So my nail was messed up and I tried to explain this to him but he had an attitude.

The nail technicians that work here are all wonderful. I keep coming back because everyone is so friendly and talented. Its very clean and doesnt have that strong odor that Ive smelled in other salons. They offer a wide variety of services at great prices, any nail color you could dream of and they are always on top of the newest trends. I personally make appointments with Peter but everyone does amazing work! You wont be disappointed after visiting Glitz!

This is my favorite shop to go to. Peter is the absolute best, he always brings my vision to life. This place can do anything youll see on Instagram as well! Definitely check this place out.

I am a regular customer of Tracy’s and absolutely love coming to Glitz. They have great customer service, and are so friendly. I always get gel manicures and not once has my manicure peeled or chipped! I recommend making an appointment because they do not always have a large staff.

I recently just moved to Franklin from Texas. Thought I’d try this salon out because it’s only 7 minutes from my house. By far one of my worst experiences ever. The employees are rude. They make you feel uncomfortable, as they are constantly speaking loudly back and fourth in their language. The salon is dirty!!! Would not go back or recommend.

I went there on Monday and I asked for an appointment I was busy so i couldn’t go, so I decided to go the next day and Peter screamed at me and my gf “WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR YESTERDAY NOT FOR TODAY”! Great to know I will never be back at that place worst customer service for that.

I’m a nail tech I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this I had to leave....I know the difference in chemicals used on nails. I asked the owner if they used MMA. Which is illegal for nail use. It’s the liquid you use for acrylic nails. He told me no...this is what we use and just showed me a no labeled bottle. I wanted to get my nails removed and start fresh. So we started to remove. And bingo!! MMA reared it’s ugly head. When you soak MMA Off it get all shiny and is very difficult to get off. Regular acrylic it get very gummy and is easy to remove after soaking. I will never go there again for anything. I don’t like being lied too.

My mom gos here and I plan on going to some time. Great place!

Ive never had nail technicians be so rude to me. I made an appointment, and when I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, my technician had just started someone elses nails and told me I have to wait. Then they proceeded to yell at me that I didnt specify on the phone I needed a fill. When she finally started my nails, she looks at them disapprovingly and said I went somewhere else and they did a bad job. She was the last one who had done my nails, but she continued to argue with me saying she doesnt use that type of powder etc. I was astounded at how mean the staff has been to me.

I called and asked if they could accommodate 4 girls for mani’s and pedis that evening. They said yes and we set up at time of 5:45. They called me and asked me to come in early. We arrived at 5:15. They only had 2 people working! I was not anticipating spending twice the amount of time there and we were on a schedule. The 2 workers were rushed and my daughter said her pedicure was painful. She was filing and really rough about it. I was watching and I feel they did a crappy job. They charged me adult prices for my Little’s girls pedi. I ended up going the next day for myself to platinum nails in Muskego and they charged me $54 for a mani and pedi compared to Glitz’s price off $62. The experience was much better! They even offered me a glass of wine! I would go there in a heartbeat again. I do not recommend Glitz at all.

I had a good experience, I would go back. It was clean, much nicer than the last place I went to. I have already made my next appointment. :-)
