I went for the first time today for a haircut, Cambria did not disappoint! Love her and she did an amazing job. I will definitely be going back!

Daughter had a appointment for June 6 2020. She made the appointment on Facebook and they sent her a confirmation. She arrived for her hair appointment and they told her that they don’t have her in there book. She shows them her confirmation on the phone and they just said sorry we can reschedule you a month from now? I guess with elite the customer is always wrong and they don’t respect there customers. I told my family it is time to find a new salon that respects there customers. Such bad business. They could at lest try to do something for her.

Lisa is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. In touch with spiritual energy and a great person to be around. I always leave feeling renewed.

Im new to Franklin and needed a hair cut, and needed to get in for a same day appointment. Jennifer was able to set me up for that afternoon and gave me one of the best hair cuts Ive had in a really long time! If you need a new stylist, she is great!

Not happy!! I only wanted about 2-3 inches off my hair. Gave free range of the layers to Jenn. My hair was in the middle of my back and now its to the top of my sholders in the back and a little longer in the front I told her that my hair is shorter than what I wanted! She took over 6 off. I will not be returning to the salon at all. Do not recommend this salon.

Brandy is my stylist! Shes amazing, but all the staff there are great! Friendly, personal environment. I absolutely wouldnt go anywhere else for my hair.

I have been coming here for years and I always leave satisfied! Whether it is a massage, hair cut, wax, facial, or mani/pedi, they will never leave you disappointed!

Employee says how much nails are to get filled on phone ($25), but fails to mention that there are no qualified personell to do nails ($50) or fills after my girlfriend drives all the way there. Absolutely ridiculous!
