Yesterday was the first time I visited this shop. Not only was I surprised by how neat and clean this place was. It was also beautifully decorated. The man who did my nails (Trouble is his name I do believe) was Fast, communicative, and did an amazing job on my nails. I am so in love with my nails I will for sure be coming back!

Chip off the fill the next day and got wobble. I think they overprice. I did not ask the price on how much their fill in. When I pay it she said $48, I didnt complain of the price because it looks like nicely done. I even gave her a tip but the 2nd day nails start gets wobble. I dont wanna comeback again!

Ive been looking for a nail salon to keep coming back to and I believe I found it! My nails look wonderful, the place is beautifully updated clean and all of the staff were very friendly!

This has been my go-to for about three years now. I have my favorite ladies, one of them being the owner (I believe), she is most definitely the head honcho around there. She always goes above and beyond on my nails & is a pleasure to talk to. There is a reason for a potential long wait, they are that good! Call ahead & you’ll know when exactly to go.

They cut my daughters nails a few times. She asked for one thing and what they gave her looked nothing like it. They refused to fix her nails and charged her $60 for it. I do not recommend this nail shop.

High in demand nail salon. So make an appointment if possible. Busy as soon as they open but they do amazing looking nails!

Not only did I wait for 2 hours but charged me 45$ for nails for a color I didn’t pick out .then the lady burned my skin so bad using the drill she made me bleed not once but twice on 2 different fingers. she said my real nail was too short. okay so why does that mean drill my skin away if it was too short all you had to say was you couldn’t do it .I will never go back to this place again after the way I seen people get treated . I wasn’t the only person she did this way I watch several people walk out . I DO NOT RECOMMEND

INCREDIBLE! I got ombré nails done with their dip powders for my graduation ceremony and the tech who did my nails did amazing-I didn’t get her name, but she had a pink ‘Carolina’ mask on!

Got a manicure done and it was awesome!!

I went in for a gel manicure. I made a appt for 1:00 . When I arrived the person I requested was busy and going to be another 25 min. I didnt want to wait which is why I made an appt to begin with. I was given to a young boy named Some I beleive. He is in his 20s . I sat down and he got his tools ready and I asked him not to use the dremel tool cause they used this on me before and went to far and made my nail base to thin and my fingers were sore for weeks. He threw my hand down and said, Well how am I going to get your polish off then! I said you can soak them then take your tool and scrap it off. He got very upset and was very rude. He then got up and left me sitting there for 15 min. I finally asked if someone else was doing my nails or what? Finally the original person I wanted did them. He did a good job but I never received an apology or anything!! I will not be back!!! Worst customer service ever. Save your time and go elsewhere!!!!

Very nice polite people. The fella who did my pedi was a little too chatty for my liking. I normally like to just enjoy the massage chair and read.

Trouble has been doing my nails for awhile, hes so funny and does a great job! 🌟 U not only get your nails done but he sings too! ive always had a good experience with Alexie Nails, ive taken my daughter, mom & friend here, thats how awesome they are. Everyone is polite and I recommend my new friends here 🥰

The salon is bright and clean so thats a plus. Everyone was friendly enough but thats where my happiness on my 1st visit. I asked the young woman who was my tech for a french manicure with w colors of standard polish. I brought my own polishes along with my top voat, all are brand new OPI. She informed me that what I wanted was not possible unless I went with a gel polish. That is not true, I get it done all the time at the other Salon near my place of employment. She did a good job with my manicure except that when she filed my nails they were left very ragged. When she started to put on polish it looked terrible but she said something I didnt understand about hair on the file?? She went ahead and put the polish on and set me under the dryer. She never came to check on me, which is actually fine. I came home, filed the tips of my nails so they arent jagged and they look ok. The price was good and I gave her a $5 tip. In guess I will keep getting my mani on Friday after work or keep trying salons in Franklin. I wont return.

Service was great. But I did not like the new chairs. Not comfortable.

First time here. It was clean. The lady I had she didnt talk to me. Nail polish isnt even on my nail all the way. I have glue on 3 of my fingers. She didnt even get the finger nail polish off my hand she put on. When getting the new set she didnt even clean underneath. She didnt even take her time in a hurry.

My mother-in-law and I come in often and we’ve never had any issues. Trouble is extremely professional, friendly, and always ensures your needs are met. He does an excellent job, keeps his staff on point. Definitely recommend! ❤️❤️

Nice place, friendly staff. They do a decent job, especially with waxing. Communication can be a little difficult but they want you to tell them exactly what you want done or fixed and theyll do it! Great place.

I came here a couple weeks ago for the first time to get my nails fixed from a previous horrible nail experience and they did an amazing job. My nails are not too chunky and they always make sure my nails are a good shape. I will continue to come here every two weeks

Good job on nails but water bowl was cold, never cleaned under my nail, no hand massage. Table was dirty with nail dust. NO EMPLIMENTS WERE IN ANY CLEANSER.. WONT GO BACK

I go here every other week to get my nails done and they always look great. I have never had an issue. When you go in request Trouble!!!!! Hes the best!!!!

Trouble is awesome, never been disappointed when he does my nails. However, went in last week and waited 3 hours for a fill. The guy didnt see if my nails are the same length, uneven polish thats already chipping off after a couple days. And he also burnt me with the file several times, every finger was irritated and bleeding.

I had a terrible experience with the older man he threw a fit when I asked what he was putting on my nails. Then he threw back his chair and said I could wait for Touble at 11:00 and this was at 9:30I asked if he would call the owner and said he didnt have the phone number. Finally the young girl came in and finished my nails. She was very polite but a shocking experience before that.

Nails fell off in less than 2 weeks, Fiance went back in and they said to bad and she would have to pay for a filling! Guy wouldnt even tell my fiance his name... he just told her to get out.Your response is false. We can show proof they were done under 2 weeks ago! If your going to lie to cover up your mistake is one thing but people need to know the truth. This was her FIRST time back regarding the horrible nails you did. HORRIBLE BUSINESS OWNER

The man was in a hurry, Checked his phone several times while doing my nails. My finger was glued to my nail and when i pulled it apart it split my skin. He also left glue all over my fingers.I fell i most definitely did not her what I paid for! And for some reason my a few of my nails are sore. I would not recommend this place nor will I be going back.

I go for pedis. They do a good job and the staff is great. I will keep going

I have only ever been to one other nail salon and it was for a friends wedding. I prefer this place over the other anyday. I have had a female worker twice and every other time a male here. I actually prefer the male workers. The only complaint with the females is they seem hurried and are a little rougher.

The gal that did my nails was nice but she didnt do a good job. I ask for squared but they were very uneven and pointed on one side so i ask her to round them. She got very upset when i told her i didnt like them. They ended up ok but i had to help her. Im going somewhere else.

Terrible Service. The man who did my nails was EXTREMELY RUDE. Actually complained when I asked for my nails to be rounded rather than square. He put way too much acrylic nail powder on- looks globby and uneven. He did not see if my nails were the same length so they are all different lengths and shapes now.... So dissapointed not only in the service, but the job as well!!! Dont go there- waste of time & money.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could my husband and I came in for a manicure and a pedicure. Very customer service and cold water pedicure .We asked to change the water and they just stood there working on customers that came in after us, saying they would change it in a minute. We literally walked out.

It was terrible. She made my nails bleed and she didnt care that my blood was on the file. Then she took two phone calls while doing my nails and then was having conversations and wouldnt do my nails. And my nails arent even how I wanted them.
