I thought I would try this location after Opry Mills was rude. Same thing

I am beyond tired of trying to find a chance to go to the mall when they are open. The unpredictable schedule due to understaffing is a management issue that has made me waste multiple trips. I will be picking up my repair as soon as they decide it is convenient to open again and will not be returning.

Friendly staff and professional service, but lacking a local repair department like Jared’s.

After searching online at all jewelry stores in the area I found that Kay’s website was much easier to find what I was looking for without having to search for it. Between that and several coworkers referring me there I decided to visit. Dustin instantly was there to help and as nervous as I was looking for an engagement ring he completely made me feel comfortable and made it super easy and taught me all about the rings and stones. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else and will definitely return.

Extremely Rude (especially Heath Goff, Store Manager), Poor Customer Service; I will not be shopping with Zales ever again after this terrible experience.

I had been a long time Zales customer until my last purchase when I realized just how terrible the quality of their work/diamonds are. a week after purchasing, I realized my 5-stone diamond ring had a giant black inclusion in the center stone, visible to the naked eye and even from 2 angles on my cellphone camera. Zales refused to replace the diamond because “inclusions are natural”. I ended up checking out Genesis Diamonds which sells muchhh higher quality diamonds for CHEAPER than Zales. Half carat 5-stone ring at Zales (TERRRIBLE quality): $1339. AMAZING quality half carat 5-stone diamond ring at Genesis: $1295. Don’t be fooled thinking real jewelry stores outside the mall are going to be overpriced! You’ll thank me later 🤣

They are short handed & one of the new ppl working there they couldnt train her to clean rings. I was waiting forever. So I guess I will clean them @ home.

Although I was not a purchasing customer, Zales was a strong contender in my search for an engagement ring. Good selection of diamonds, but most importantly I was very impressed with John Key, the Jewelry Consultant who helped me. As someone who was new to the process, I could sense that John showed a genuine care to match what I was looking for to what he had to offer. An absolute professional who possesses the requisite knowledge and expertise, I strongly recommend you visit Zales in your search for whatever it may be. 5-star service.

Returned to buy a wedding ring when the employee told me I must wear a mask over my nose I informed him I have medical condition that I can have my nose exposed because of my asthma..He way very hostile about me pulling my mask over my nose and told me to leave his store..I had no choice but to try comp to buy my wife her future wedding ring..I will not return ever to this store..I follow the covid rules but this store manager was way out out line and aggressive..

I turned my ring in on December 27th to be resized. I received no notification about anything during the process, and every bit of communication I received was me actually going into the store to get myself.Long story short I called the customer service line and they called the store. I was told by the customer service line that my ring was still sitting at the store in the original state (the original size I turned in).Immediately after I got off the phone the standing in Assistant Manager, Lane, called and told me that (coincidently) the ring had just come in while I was on the phone with them and they were trying to match it up, and it was still the wrong size.I then received a call from Meredith, the District Manager, who assured me that the problem would be resolved that night because there was a shop close by. She was able to keep her promise and I received a call that night from Lane that I could come get it the next day. Finally the communication I was looking for!So today I walked in the store to get my ring and Heath, the store manager, got the ring and paperwork together. He has been well aware of this situation the entire time (since Dec 27th), he gets everything together and acts as if nothing has happened. No apology, no acknowledgement, no nothing. He acted as if I was the problem! When that was addressed his response was, “thanks for the feedback,” in a very condescending way.I do not recommend shopping at this store (Zales Cool Springs Galleria) and at this point with the brand Zales.

Great Customer service

Lifetime warranty on a ring I bought my wife. The thing was crushed when a dog bit her hand. Zales replaced it at no charge, no questions.
