Nice store although salesman made me feel as if maybe I couldnt afford to be there until I said i had an account. Which is why after I walked out I turned around and went back because my bag was not closed with a ribbon thinking initially they may have been out but initial impression weighing on me I went back and they had ribbons he just chose not to give me one I thought this was a customary thing but I guess I was wrong. If I am in town again I wouldnt return to this location

We think its about the worst excuse for a business you could run ! Cant depend on them to be open and we had an appointment confirmed one time with no one there. Corporate wont even let store have an bc answering machine, so there are never any recordings to tell you whats going on ! Stay away ! Were now worried about warranty work ?

Fantastic customer service. General Manager Charles Brown was phenomenal! We stopped by for a routine cleaning & inspection for wedding rings and also had a Gucci timepiece that had a broken clasp. Within just a few minutes everything was fixed and sparkled like new. We recently moved to the area and nice to go to a place where people actually care about the customer. We left that day with a new friend! Thanks again Charles Brown and staff for your help and time.

We could not have asked for a better shopping experience. We were greeted warmly when we arrived and given the time and attention needed to find the perfect piece. All of the staff were so helpful especially our sales rep Lisa , she was knowledgeable and so fun to work with. Would give more stars if I could. Thanks for a wonderful shopping experience.

I am very very upset with this location. I went to make a payment on my dream bridal rings today that were on layaway and found out through the sales person that my rings were sold to another customer yesterday. Those rings were chosen for me by the lady who helped me to put it on layaway. She said she got me the best quality out of the few they had in the store and now it is GONE. I am very unhappy and can not trust this store.

Not only did it take this kays 3 weeks to take my ring down a size they damaged my prongs! My ring was bought from them and not even a month old! Now my diamond is missing! On top of that my mother paid hundreds of dollars to have her rings sized (family heirlooms) because they told us the wrong price! It took 2 months to get her rings back because they broke one then kept saying the other was in the shop. When we asked to speak to a manager the manager hung up on us! We later found out they had lost the ring and were trying to find it. We had to call corporate to get anything done! We thankfully got our money back and are taking my ring to a different location to get it fixed! When we finally got all our rings back and asked for the paper work so we know exactly what was done to my mothers ring they refused them to us and said we couldn’t have them! I will NEVER EVER EVER shop at a Kay again. They’ve permanently lost my family’s business.

If I could give a negative star I would! My boyfriend and I went into Kay Jewelers yesterday afternoon, we plan on getting married but he is determined to find the perfect ring! Needless to say this is an exciting time for us, upon walking into their store an employee starts harassing us on what we want, we told him multiple times we are just trying to get an idea of what exactly we want, apparently this answer wasnt good enough because very rudely he said well we offer financing! (I am in no way looking down on anyone needing financing) its like he was shaming us for only looking and not buying it was crazy! Tell you this tho my bf will purchase a ring and it will be everything I could dream of and it will be no thanks to Kay Jewelers of Cool Springs.

Dont waste your time going here. You will likely not be helped and regret you spent the time, gas money, and calories walking here. Evidently, it is very difficult for them to help more than one customer at a time. If youre lucky, they may acknowledge that you exist and want to make a purchase, but odds are they will be oblivious to your presence.Look at the other reviews if you need any more data.

If you want to be demeaned by employees, this is the Kay location you should go to. I needed my wife to go in to verify all of our warranty information at this location for our record-keeping purposes. (Note: Although we didnt purchase our jewelry from here all of our warranty information is stored in a central datastore.) Not only did the distasteful employee act like we were not paying customers, whom have purchased from Kay numerous times, he acted as if it was a large inconvenience for him.Customer service is important, for this terrible absence of it -- we will never return to this location. Do not feel too important to help customers.

Few months ago we went to this location, Coolsprings Galleria to look for engagement rings for me with my boyfriend. The lady who greeted us was very friendly and smiled the whole time. I can not recall her name but it started with S, she was the best sales person I have never seen, not pushy but very pleasant and informative. We probably looked at 30 rings and she was not bothered by it. I work in retail and I know she works on commission, so before we left she added my boyfriends information into her tablet and added the top 2 rings I loved to my wishlist. It was so nice of her to inform us about upcoming sales they have and what financing options they have. She was so good that I wanted her to come work for us. I wish I could leave a 5 star for her but the reason for my 1 start (and I wish I could leave a negative) is that we came back to look at the rings again another day and the lady (S) was not there, so another person greeted which we found out later she is a new manager at that location. She had blond curley hair. She was pushy, rude and did not even bother to look at our wishlist to find what we have picked out. I asked when S will be here, she seemed bothered by it and said she doesnt know. Every good experience I had last time, this time was the opposite. If we return to buy my ring here is ONLY because of my first experience. She said she has done this for a long time; maybe it is time for her to retire because she seems not happy working there!
