Both men were extremely helpful and accurate with estimates for replacing a watch battery, fixing a Pearl necklace clasp, and adding a link to a pendant. All of this challenging work was completed in less than one hour. Both specialists were polite and did excellent work!

I’ve gotten my ring cleaned here several times. I’m always impressed with how willing they are to do this for me at no charge. They inspect the ring before using the high-powered jet stream to clean it. Service has always been professional and friendly.

Had a large 14k coin ring resized up. Dropped it off (Cool Springs location) late in the afternoon and it was ready the next day. My father gave me this ring 35 years ago, so it had accumulated a bit of light wear all over. Appears they did a cleaning and light polish during the resize. Fits perfectly again, and it looks and feels brand new. When it comes to service, I have high expectations...and Im thrilled. They were absolutely wonderful and Ill highly recommend them to anyone. They were very fast and very kind. I watched as the young man working was helping an older couple in front of me. He was so patient, kind and respectful. I would go back for this reason alone, but they did fix my watch while I shopped so that’s a bonus too.

I have used Fast Fix in the past, but this particular occasion was really met with better than expected results. I had taken a King Baby sterling silver bracelet in to another repair shop, and lets just say it came back less than I would have expected. I stopped by Fast Fix in Cool Springs, and just so happened upon Amy, who was very familiar with Baby King. The previous person who worked on it had even removed the black highlights from the face of the bracelet. Amy assured me she would take great care of it, and boy oh boy did she. I am not even sure this had this much shine from the factory. It is amazing. Cant say enough good things about Fast Fix, and also Amy.

I have a wedding ring that one of the diamonds had been lost and the ring no longer fit. The jewelers at Fast-Fix Jewelry were able to stretch the band and replace the diamond with an exact match. It looks brand new!! That work is beautiful and they were able to do the work quickly.

I am always pleased at the kindness and professionalism of the employees at this store. Also, today my 7-year-old son had a watch with a button stuck on it. The staff was certain they wouldn’t be able to do anything about it, but they took the time to listen to him and then open up the watch to show him the problem on the inside.

Took my watch to have the glass replaced which that turned out good so far. Got the watch back wore it for maybe two days and now there is all kinds of stuff rattling around inside from where they didn’t put it back together correctly. I can see little gears in places where they shouldn’t be. For the money I paid I’m very disappointed in the work they did or didn’t do I should say.

They are nice and fix things in a short time.

Over the past few years, Fast Fix at Cool Springs Galleria has replaced the bezel of one of my watches, changed the battery in another (removing the back of which proved well beyond my skill set) and, most recently, replaced the lobster claw clasp of my mom’s pendant chain. Each time, they have fixed the items quickly, correctly and at very reasonable prices. I recommend them VERY highly. (This Fast Fix also has a good selection of watches and jewelry for sale.)

I had a silver chain that was broken. I was going to just buy another one but couldnt find one of the same quality. I stopped in to Fast-Fix and they said they could repair it. The repair cost was reasonable and they did a fantastic job. You cannot tell by looking at it that it had been soldered back together. It is a little stiffer in that spot, but I am very happy with the repair.

I took two tangled balls of necklaces to this shop on the hopes that just maybe they could help. I’d been trying to untangle them for months working on them without success. I was flabbergasted when just an hour and a half later I revived a call that I could pick up my jewelry. I am astonished by how quickly and perfectly my tangled mess became my beautiful necklaces again. These guys are fantastic and very fairly priced. I went with my mom who was getting a ring sized and asked about getting 3 zippos engraved. They told me that the black on lighters might chip easily when engraving and it was $25 each on engraving. I went to a different place that was $60 worth tax for all 3. So I feel this plane is over priced

I had a broken nose piece on my eye glasses. I called Fast-Fix to ask if they thought they could repair them. They asked if I would bring them in so they could evaluate the breakage. We talk for about 5 minutes and I had confidence in them to reweld them.They called this morning to say they were ready to be picked up.I picked them up this afternoon and they did not need to be adjusted to fit me.They welded them back in exactly in the same spot.My hats off to whoever welded them today.GREAT JOB !!Thanks

These guys are great. They seem to know what they’re doing on a lot of different types of watches. Today they fixed a Tissot for me, and I inquired about getting some of ecodrive watches fixed. The only thing we didn’t discuss was some of my automatics, but I think they could handle it.

This was probably the quickest repair and service ever. Had a single stone missing in my ring that needed replacing. I was on a coffee break from work and it took maybe 5 minutes to check in get an estimate and head back to work. They had it finished by noon the next day. I think it again took maybe 5 minutes to pick it up and pay for it. Even their chip readers are faster. I was really impressed.
