We rented a boat on Sunday 7/25 for a day at crab island. The checking in process was smooth and the 5 deck hands (Caid, Brandon, Bryan, Josh and Tyler) got us settled on the boat quickly and made sure everyone knew the rules and where all the safety equipment was. We had a great time in the sun and we were back and off the boat within 10 minutes. Best day of relaxation in awhile

Rented a pontoon for the day and had a wonderful time. The dock guys were really helpful and a lot of fun to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to rent a boat and enjoy a day on the water. Cade and Drew did an amazing job helping us with the boat and our items.

OMG WE LOVED IT! First off I just want to thank Crab Island Watersports for the amazing experience. We had a blast. The water was so clear and blue it was beautiful. All of the doc hands did a tremendous job helping us with all of our stuff. The boats we very clean they looked new. This young man I think he said his name was Kyle was running the show. He was so mature and respectful and he was just on top of things. Overall we had and amazing experience and I just wanted to thank you all again!

Rented 2 jet skis on Memorial Day. Unfortunately, 2 hours in 1 jet ski malfunctioned. Customer service was great & they made up for the riding time we lost. Friendly, knowledgeable & clean business.

This is our second time renting a pontoon for Crab Island and the first time using this particular company for the rental. We’ll definitely use this company every time now! The ladies at the check in were very helpful and made checking in a breeze.Kade was our guide around the boat and was very knowledgeable and kind! Brian assisted him and was just as helpful. Brandon and Carlos, like the rest of the staff, was very cheerful and interested in making sure we were happy and satisfied. Definitely a great group and we can’t wait to come back!

This company has it going on. They have the best service you can find. Colin and Kade was amazing. Fun going and excellent customer service. We would recommend this place to everyone. We deciced last minute to have some fun and rent some jet skis. Man were they fun! The staff was helpful in navigating the Florida boating test we had to take and then getting the correct papers printed out before heading out. The only negative is that the fella who sets us up on the jet skis pointed towards some vests on a rail and said put some on but we had to kids and none fit. I had to go and find him and ask about kid vests just to be pointed off the way to a shed with the kids vests, would of been nice to know that when being directed for the vests the first time. But if that is the only complaint, oh well. The jet skis were a blast! We will be doing this again for sure!

Booked a wave runner in advance. Very easy to book. Easy to get to on Fort Walton Beach. Nice employees. Well maintained jet skis. Booked a 2 hour rental. Rode over to Crab Island and hung out for a bit then headed back. Had a great time and would do it again. Seemed much cheaper to rent here than in Destin.

We had an amazing time! The boat was new and the staff was WONDERFUL!! This was our first trip to Destin and they explained everything about the boat to us in detail and made us feel very comfortable! I cant recommend them ENOUGH!!

This place was awesome! We were taken care of. Caid helped us out loading and unloading our stuff on our boat and man we brought our house. Kyle and Diana were also helping out you could see there priority was making it a joyful experience for everyone renting from them. This is the place to rent from if you want to enjoy the water in Florida.

After much investigation, chose Crab Island based on positive reviews and the age and descriptions of their equipment. We were not disappointed! We rented a pontoon and 2 jet skis. Only frustration was the people ahead of us were late getting back which caused us to have a 45 minute additional wait to head out, but they worked with us on the time to get our half day! Would definitely use them again!!!

We have rented from this location twice with in a year and everything was excellent each time!The staffs were very professional and attentive. The pontoon boat was in near brand new condition. Just one minor issue that the stereo was out, but we brought our portable speakers with us and adapted to that. Our trip was near perfect thanks to Crab Island Watersports.

This was the first family trip we had taken since COVID , and I must say that the staff made sure it was one for the books! Justin, Caid, and the whole team made us feel like family. From the young ladies driving the golf cart making sure all 14 of us and our things got down to the boat, to telling us the best places to fish as well as dock our boat at Crab Island, the team was fab! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I mean everyone was so nice and professional. The boat was very clean. I am definitely sold on this company and will be using them each time we come to town. Thank you all so much!

Caid taught us how to drive the boats with a lot of help and Collin helped us so much with the paperwork and getting ready to get on the water I would highly recommend these two guys to help out you out the next time you rent jet skies

Unprofessional. I would not recommend this company. They told us the weather should clear up and we should be fine. Shortly after launching they called us to return due to the lightning. We agreed but before getting caught in the storm and getting lost for less than an hour. We had no choice but to return with all our belongings and towels being drenched.Getting back she asked us to add a gratuity and while I gave $100 I asked them since they asked us to return will we get a prorated refund because of the weather. She hesitated and said the front desk will let me know. Apparently they claim they told us that we should not go out and that once we take the crafts out there are no refunds. Absolutely noone in my group heard them say anything of the sort and if they had, we wouldve certainly canceled our plans than be out of $1300.

Had a great experience at this place!! Caid and the other guys (I forgot their names) were great!! They were fun and seemed to love what they do! I highly recommend renting from this place. And as a local, I will be back soon.

Crab Island Watersports gave my family a great day out on the water. We rented a pontoon and 2 jet skis. My brothers had so much fun jet skiing (safely because of the awesome instructions beforehand) and I enjoyed laying out on the comfy pontoon seats. That boat was awesome! So spacious, clean, and had an great sound bar in the back! My parents enjoyed the relaxing day as well. We will be back!

We had a party of 13 rent the double decker pontoon with slides. We had an unexpected incident (at no fault of Crab Island Watersports) occur at the beginning of our trip. Deanna, Josh, Drew and Cade were ridiculously quick on their feet and made sure we were taken care of in every way possible. Because of them were able to continue on with our day and had a blast on crab island. If I could give them a 10 star review I would. We will definitely be back.

Cade and Colin were awesome. It was my first time on a jet ski, but they made me feel completely at ease. I would definitely do it again if I come back to Destin/Ft Walton Beach. If you want something really fun to do check out Crab Island Watersports and talk to Cade and Colin!

We had a great experience renting from Crab Island Water Sports. The boat was new, clean, and so much fun. The staff were friendly and helpful. They escorted us from our car on a golf cart to our boat and helped us load and unload. It was so easy to rent from them and the day was a blast!

We rented pontoon on June 5, 2021. It was perfect. It was new and very clean. Some of the nicest rentals on the water. The dock staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them.

Absolutely breathtaking experience! I visited Crab Island Watersports for the first time and I was very impressed. First off the staff there is extremely nice and very helpful. We had got a couple of jet skis and they had them ready to go in no time and we were on our way! Not to mention those jet skis. WOW they were so nice. They even had bluetooth speakers on them making the experience 10x better! 10/10 recommended Crab Island Watersports for everyone all ages.

I wouldn’t let them have no start. We rent the boat for whole day and went there at noon. They don’t care the storm coming , they still sent you out the boat. We only use the boat less than an hour because of storm. We have to return back because the rain was hard. We asked for refund only some. Not all . But they said no refund and responsibility for the weather. Bad experience ever . Don’t ever sign any paper before you ask for the weather refund. They will not let you know about that and never warning you the weather. Bad company and I’m sure you could find better company in destin.

Great experience with is company, 2021 pontoon boat exceptionally clean. Chelsea was extremely helpful when I needed to change time. Caid picked us and our dogs from the car and was very attentive needs. Highly recommended and prices were fair.

Bryan was so amazing from the start! He gave us (4 adults and a baby) a ride with all of our belongings to and from our boat rental. Unloaded and loaded everything to and from the car to the boat. He took us by the ship store and gave the kids popsicles for the boat ride. After arriving he was there to dock us and he unloaded our boat I am so impressed with the service here and I highly recommend anyone coming to explore crab island!

My family and I rented a nice and clean double decker pontoon with slides this past weekend. It was our first time out at crab island and we enjoyed every minute of it. Boating can be stressful. These folks are aware and from Anna helping us get checked in, to Caid getting us loaded onto the nice clean new pontoon. It was top of the line. We rented a wave runner and pontoon. There is everywhere else then there is this place. We are locals (Niceville) and this is the spot

I can’t recommend crab island watersports enough. Everybody we encountered was helpful and knew what they were doing. The hut girls were awesome. Our dockhand helped us on and off the boat- it was smooth sailing. We’re staying on Okaloosa Island and it was so close to our condo and such a short distance to Crab Island. We enjoyed the nice and relaxing cruise to see the gorgeous Crab Island water. The boat we rented was in great condition. All in all a great experience out on the water. If you’re trying to rent a pontoon in the Crab Island area this is the place to go.

07.18.2018Im not sure what all the 1-star reviews are about, but we had a great time with these guys! I called the day before and they had one pontoon boat for the time slot we were asking about. Our price was dropped due to them only having an older pontoon boat available; which we werent concerned about just as long as it floats, the motor works and it had a bemini top.Spent 4 hours on the water from 1:30pm to 5:30pm. The boat served us well. We had no issues. I loved that the gas was included into the price. Highly recommend

Brandon and his staff at Crab Island Watersports do a great job at getting you out on the water. The pontoon boat I rented was in good condition, it ran flawlessly and had a solid sound system equipped with bluetooth. I would highly recommend renting from these guys, especially if youre staying in Fort Walton or on Okaloosa Island. Its also much less stressful than going down to the Destin Harbor in peak season to rent a boat/jetski.

Wave runners were new, fun, and fast. We rented 2 for two hours and had a blast. Went all the way to crab island. My sons (7 and 11) said it was the highlight of our vacation.

I was invited by family to hang out on the boat he rented today, much thanks to Ashley and jack for the great pricing rates and help with any questions our group had. The boat was clean and had full gas and we enjoyed our time at Crab island. I look forward to coming back!

My Family and I reserved a Pontoon boat 2 months in advance for the Sunday before Labor Day. Everything went smooth until we arrived . Upon arrival the owner tells us he only has 5 boats and the one we rented had a slight skip in the steering . which shouldnt be a big deal in his words. He offers us a 75$ discount and we take it seeing that all the other boats were already taken . But it was a total Disaster ! The boat wouldnt steer right unless you turned the engine off and back on . Also the motor was only running at 50% / around 15mph max . So if you can only Imagine not a fun Labor Day wknd I must say ! And after complaining profusely we never got a good enough response from the manager . I will NEVER rent a boat or personal watercraft from this company EVER again !!! There are way to many good rental companies in the Destin/Fort Walton area to have to deal with issues like this while on your Vacation
