Dalton was incredible. We had a group of 8, went out for 4 hours, and all had an AMAZING time! We will definitely be back!! I highly recommend using Dalton as your captain for your day out on the water.

Chase and the guys in service are top notch. I bought a new boat from another dealership and experienced issues. After pulling up to their dock they simply showed me I was creating the problems based on lack of boater knowledge. Rather than ridicule me or even take advantage of the situation for profit, they educated me (which is what the place I bought from failed to do). They have my trust and my business in the future. ***UPDATED*** The bottom paint that was applied quickly showed signs of failing and ultimately completely failed a few months later. The boat was hauled out for a mechanical problem at a reputable dealer in NOLA and the entire bottom paint had to be re-applied. We contacted Chase at Adventure Marina and requested them to honor their 1 year warranty. They claimed they did not miss their top coat window and blamed the failure on a blown generator that had happened 3 months prior. We contacted the manufacturer of the bottom paint (Sea Hawk) and the rep claimed that not only had they missed their top coat window but, they put a barrier coat over top of the existing bottom paint that should have been removed before they even started. Labor costs have skyrocketed since they are having to use a sand blaster to remove the multiple layers of product that has since turned as rigid as concrete. Adventure Marina has since stopped taking our calls and refused all Warranty work. We will be seeking legal counsel to resolve further. I would highly recommend taking your business to someone who stands behind their work and follows the manufacturers application guidelines. ***Updated*** We had our 36 Pursuit boat hauled out for service and a fresh bottom paint for the new year. Chase and the crew at Adventure Marina made it happen within a reasonable time frame and communicated clearly with us during the repair process. They were very accommodating to our needs.

Got a great deal on a new Tidewater boat here. We researched for over a year and talked to several other dealers, but always ended up back here. Been using their ramp and dock all summer and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Me and my family were visiting Florida and decided to visit Crab Island just down from this marina. These guys and gals were amazing! From pumping fuel to bringing our ice to the boat. We never stepped off our boat and they were always there smiling when we pulled up to the dock. Great people and a great marina!

I stored my boat here for a week and could not be happier. Everyone was so very helpful and friendly. I definitely plan to store my boat here again. Ms. Kathy was amazing and went out of her way to make arrangements for me. Andy at the tackle shop is so helpful and nice with advice and guidance. Ashley and Michelle were so helpful and welcoming.

Best place ever to purchase a boat from!! Very knowledgeable staff that went above and beyond to help my wife and I purchase and set up a new boat. The best part is no pressure at all, plus you can test drive the boat you are looking at. They even delivered the boat to us which is an hour away from them. Really could not recommend them enough. Do yourself a favor and talk to these people (we worked with Steve) first.

We have been going to Adventure Marina for several years to fuel our boats. They have always provided top quality fuel, but the great customer service they provide is what sets them apart from the other local marinas. PJ and Andy always welcome you with their great smiles. We just purchased a 2019 Tidewater Custom 280 from Paul. It was such an easy transaction and he went above and beyond to make sure we received the best deal and that we were comfortable with our decision. One of the biggest selling factors for us, was knowing anytime we have a future issue with our boat, we feel confident Paul or Chase would be readily available to assist us. I do not believe any dealer around could offer the personal touch that Adventure Marina does. They have dedicated customers in us for years to come!!

Stored my boat here for the weekend. Michelle in storage was super nice and helpful. I then had an issue with the motor, Chase the service manager and Mike the tech were more than willing to help me diagnose the prob as well as lent me some tools. Great customer service. Without them I would have brought a broken boat back home. Thank y’all for saving my trip. Highly recommend and will definitely be using y’all in the future.

I live in Mississippi and decided to look all over for a boat, after talking to steve , I drove to adventure marine and found the boat and a great price. My wife and I bought the boat and when I got back to Mississippi I found the fresh water pump was not working. Chase mailed me a new one at No charge. I would diffenitly recommend doing business with steve or Chase. Thank you all

Good place to take pontoon boat Rentals. They have variety of Pontoon Boats in various sizes. cheaper compared to the other boat rentals. will get good deals for four to six hours rentals. the driver should be in age Thirty and above to sign the rentals. enjoyed the pontoon boat ride.

Bought a boat here and the salesman Paul was extremely helpful getting me in the right boat fitted just for me. The parts department was extremely polite and helpful with any questions I had. The service department was clean and neat so I know my boat will be taken care of when it comes in for service work. The dealership as a whole was nice and made you feel right at home! I will be shopping here for any and all boat needs I have.

If you own a Honda outboard dont bother going here. I found out by a phone call. I thought mechanics are skilled to work on all motors, guess not here.

Ever went some where and PAID for a part that you needed to special order and when you go to pick it up they tell you it’s over $130 more than what you pre-paid for? Well go there and have it happen.Now they did service the boat in a reasonable but extended time but follow up issues were grossly under promised.Definitely recommend getting everything in writing before leaving (if you choose to use them)

We have been there for two years and decided to buy a new boat there because of the friendly people working there. . We feel we got a great deal and the people in every department could have not been nicer. Looking forward to a pleasurable time at a great marina.

Rob in parts was super helpful with an oddball part I needed on a Saturday. When no one else had it, Rob did. Should have gone to him first. Also some great advice. Very helpful and a great guy!

The boat launch is shallow so you have to get the muffler under water to even get the boat off of the trailer. Its $8 to launch, which isnt that bad but when we returned from crab island, there was no where to park. A pontoon boat hit a pole and knocked the slide off trying to park. They had a ton of rentals in the way. To top it all off, they had about a 16 year old boy running it, fixing his hair, sitting in the ice cooler.

A friend of mine told me about Adventure Marine. I had them do maintenance on my boat and also paint the bottom of the boat. The staff is very friendly! Chase was great! Would definitely recommend them. :)

Great Marina and excellent staff. Paul the President of Adventure Marine was the first person I met when I walked through the front door. He shook my hand and asked me what type of boat I was in the market for, then he walked me right to the boat I wanted at a PRICE that couldnt be beat anywhere else.Chase the Service Advisor answered all my questions and showed me the areas I should PM while operating in saltwater. The day I came to pick up my boat(after hours) Mike the technician stayed over and helped me lower the canopy. Very happy with my purchase and I would highly recommend Adventure Marine to anyone looking for a New or Used boat. They are a military friendly dealer, so if your stationed at Eglin or Hurlbert Field check them out. You wont be disappointed.

Weve always stored our boat here so we have only used the boat storage. Theyve always been convenient in that aspect.

THIEVES, especially the head salesman Steve! I purchased a used 23 center console boat from Adventure Marina in February 2019. I negotiated a better deal than the one the buyers order reflected, therefore they sent me a check for the difference in the two amounts. All was well... Not so fast! Being that I live in MS, they charged me MS state sales tax of 7% (which was a little over $1,000). When I went to get my trailer tag and register the boat, the ladies at the tag office told me that I owed approx $1,400 for sales tax. I explained to them that I already paid the tax to the dealer and showed them where that was reflected on the buyers order (invoice). This stealership pocketed the MS state sales tax they charged me!!! When I called Steve to ask him if they would please send me a check refunding the sales tax I paid directly to them, his response was we already sent you a check for $800.. He is correct, they did send me a check, however as I explained to Steve (and he 110% fully knew this), the check they sent me was for the better price I negotiated, not a refund of the taxes they charged me and now wont give it back to me. They have sold many boats to customers in MS, and they positively knew that MS and FL dont reciprocate tax dollars.. unfortunately I didnt know this. Now im out over $1k that they literally stole from me. I would bet $ this is why they gave a little better price, knowing they would make up over $1k by charging me MS state sales tax, and then not sending it to the state of MS, and being unwilling to refund it to me. There are many new boat dealerships, if you dont want to get ripped off my best advice would be to run from them as fast as you can! These guys are the absolute bottom of the barrel, they are absolutely as crooked as it gets and will steal the shirt off your back! What a shame. I will absolutely be seeking legal counsel to recoup the $ they stole and wont refund after having Steve tell me that they would not refund the tax $.Joel Buchanan

Outstanding Service from Paul to Chase, the most user friendly and prompt marina I have dealt with, I will be storing my boat there and will sleep easy knowing its in good hands, probably one of the last families that understands its hardworking and dedication to do well.

I have had to return my boat multiple times for problems that stemmed from a simple tune up. First they incorrectly re-wired the battery which damaged the electrical system and required the sending unit to be replaced, then I returned for a fuel leak caused from replacing the sending unit. They claimed they performed a sea trial after fixing things, but when they put me back in the water, I could not shift it into gear, so I wonder how they were able to perform the sea trial. After a quick fix of the cable, I was able get underway. Halfway across the bay my engine died. Turns out the belt came off and I had to be towed back to my dock. I had the engine inspected by a third party mechanic and he discovered they had actually damaged my engine. To top all this off, they lost some of my boat accessories while my boat was there, and these were never found. They did not offer to replace them or reimburse me.

Very helpful and accommodating folks. But they didnt have a Yamaha hat. The BEST motor made. Lol

We had a rented pontoon on 4th of July weekend with 3generations of our Family having a blast! For some reason the engine sputtered and quit-assuming we were out of gas we called the dock and told them our location-Derrick was on the phone and talked his way to us in a flash! He put in a large amount of gas he brought with him and worked for about ten minutes trying to restart it. When all failed he worked hard to get a tow rope safely on us and towed us in after sharing some great info on fish in the area - housing- weather-etc... very personable man. We were told we had a credit for another day or another boat even as busy as they were!He made what could have been an unpleasant experience into a fun adventure!We all agree we will go to them again and highly reccommend them,!(Excuse spelling-won t allow me to correct )Thank you Adventure Marina !!!From Grama and the gang

HORRIBLE service! Took my boat there for Mercury warranty work as my 150 with 40 hrs put a piston through the side of the block. I dropped the boat off on July 5th or 6th needing a new power head. As of July 20th they still had not even read the computer to get the ball rolling. Their reason was they didnt have the proper computer program and had to order it. Then when that supposedly arrived they didnt have the proper wiring harness to hook up to the Mercury 150 4 stroke! I pulled the boat and took it across the street and the same day the computer was read and the powerhead is ordered. What a JOKE! 3 weeks and still hadnt even read the hours on the motor (a 5 minute job) just to just the process started.
