I bought tires at this location about 4-6 months ago & was told I could come back for a free alignment if/when needed until Oct. 2021. I ended up having to buy tires last month ( I bought a different brand at Pep Boys this time) for the front end. I still had a free front-end alignment promised from this location, so I thought I’d give them another try for that type thing. I left my car today. They called to tell me about other issues with my car (said I needed two new tires on the back, which I do, & some maintenance lights were on). The thing that got me was when the guy said that a front-end alignment would not correct my car pulling to the right. He said that IF I put new tires on the back that would repair the pull (IN MY STEERING) to the right. I told him I didn’t want anything done at this time EXCEPT the free front-end alignment. I asked if they had done the front-end alignment yet and he said “no.” I told him are they going to do a front-end alignment and he said, “yes.” He called me back about an hour later & said that my car was ready. My husband and I went to pick it up. My husband drove it. Then I drove it. We concluded that the front-end alignment had NOT BEEN DONE. The car steering still pulled to the right, it was exactly the same as when I dropped it off. I’m not ignorant about cars. I know enough to know that the front-end of my car is what is pulling AND that older tires on the back end have nothing to do with my steering wheel pulling to the right. I know what the lights that were on in my dash are about. I know what my BACK tires do. I will not go back to this location again. The job they said they would do was not done. I’m glad that I did not spend any more money there.

This is the worst place I have ever been for service. I had to go back three times within a year for my brakes and rotors. My car was still squeaking and shaking really bad when I stopped. Finally went to Firestone today and got the brakes and rotors done and it’s like a brand new car off the lot. For them to be the same company they definitely do not do the same quality of work. If I could give them 0 stars, I absolutely would not hesitate to do so.

Was told they would call when my tires they ordered would be in and never called, by noon i called and they said they recieved them but forgot to call. Brought my car in at 145p and still waiting at 300pm and car is still in same parking space. No updates as time went on they just let you sit there as frustration builds. So as an area manager myself id say they staff is NOT being directed for time management. Wouldnt come back. Be careful if you dont have all day for 2 new tires. Poor service., UPDATE, the manager understood unusual wait time and made it rite! Well played sir!

Their front desk is friendly and willing to listen to you. I would like to have a little faster service. I went in for 4 new tires and the actual service time for my car was longer than i would have liked. Not overly busy at the time I was there.

The place has shady business practices. They try to come off friendly, but use scare tactics to try to get you to spend all your money.I went in for a tire plug and not only do they refuse to fix my current tire for the $20 quote I received on the phone, but now I am stranded with a completely flat tire and they force me to buy a new one. They then proceeded to try to get me to replace all 3 other tires that are only 6 months old and in good shape. They then tried to tell my car needed an alignment to fix the damage from being done to the new tires that they were so eager to put on. I reluctantly bought the one tire so I could get back on the road, and now when I drive at higher speeds my cars front end bounces left to right. Now I have to go to another shop and hope to not get railroaded.Also, if you get your oil changed at tires plus they do not put the accurate mileage for your next appointment. They put it at approximately half your required mileage.

Been here twice and both times I was taken very well care of. Ken did a great job getting me in and out and the prices are unbeatable. Keep in mind you can easily walk around Edison Mall while you are waiting. Ive been to several other tire shops in the area and this one is hands down the all around best! I highly recommend Tires Plus!

One day I forgot my lock key for my tire rotation and I don’t live more than 5 mins away, so he took the time to bring me there to grab it. I was traveling for work and my right front tire went completely flat. Put on the spare tire and went to these guys after the incident and they took care of my tire AND an oil change that was due in about an hour! Quick and efficient and I was back on the road in no time!

Wont go anywhere else. They are fast, friendly, and honest. The staff is incredible; one employee gave me is Hot Spot password when mine wasnt working. Setting an appointment is easy. Maintenance on my car is always quality work. They recommend services for my car (just hit 100k miles) but never push me. They understand I am on a budget, and print out costs ahead of time to give me an idea of what to expect for future services. Great place!

My (Black) husband just walked out of this business after he was treated unkindly by the staff working there. Two (White) male employees were standing at the counter apparently on hold with phone calls. My husband was the only person in the store. He stood directly in front of them in awkward silence for about 5 minutes, waiting to be addressed by one of them. Neither one of them even looked up to acknowledge his presence. Needless to say, he left the store and chose to purchase his new tires elsewhere. It is 2020 and Black people no longer have to support businesses that treat us disrespectfully. I will tell all of my friends (Black and White) to not support this business. It is 2020. When will the hate stop.

Rude no gloves or mask was on employee who drove my car out and no sanatizing of car or keys. manager yelling at employee in front of customer s. tires asked for online did not have when I went in for my appointment. did not inform me about it till I was there to get tires on. cost was 100 more for tires then. next time I get tires will not be from them.

Terrible service! I took my Jeep for repairs and next day it overheated. Took it back and they fixed it again at no charge.This time I had a rear seal leak. A couple days later it was running terrible!! I then took it to a real mechanic and they said there were wires that were not hooked up and shorted out the engine. When I asked Tires Plus for a refund, they refunded repairs but not rental car. Tires Plus said I should have brought it back to them to make it right! Why? They couldnt do it right the first 2 times why would I bring it back again! Ill walk before I take it there again!

Gave them a 5 star before. Was not too happy with the Customer Service today. Previous time they show me what was done to the car and were very courteous. This time the front guy was not a good customer service person and I have to request them to show me what was done to the car :( also requested me to pay before showing me the car.

Tire Plus appears to have a new team running the operation. My experience was positive. I was treated well, particularly by Jerry. The price for my service (new tires, alignment, and oil change) was very fair - lower than I could find elsewhere. Overall, I was happy with the experience and would have no problem going back again.

I decided to get four new tires on the truck. Ive used this company before. I asked that the one of new tires be placed on the rim I had in the back of the truck. Then to have that rim and tire placed on the wheel of the truck where the spare tire was at. Then all they had to do was put the spare into the bed of the truck. I was then charged an additional fee for that. Really?!!?!? I spoke to the manager about it, and he apologized for the misunderstanding and corrected the bill. After all, it was still only for tires mounted and balanced.

I had a leak. Problem resolved (puncture, no nail/screw). Not terribly busy, so in and out less than 30 minutes.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION. COMPLETE RIP OFF!.I took my vehicle in for just a routine oil change. Five minutes later I was told that I needed an alignment, two new tires, belts, spark plugs, had an oil leak, in addition to an oil change. My vehicle is 3yrs old and I have never had one issue or problem with it. Total estimated price ($657.00).The shop manager tried his best trying to guilt me into thinking that if none of this work was done by their shop, I would be jeopardizing the vehicle and my safety. I reiterated that all I needed was an oil change and the manager appeared as if he was irritated because I would not pay for his recommendations. I Will NEVER take my vehicle back to this Tires Plus location. Horrible Horrible Horrible business practices!!

I picked up a nail on the tire of my brand new car (less than 3000 miles) and was told at another tire store that it would have to be replaced. Jerry at Tires Plus was going to sell me a new tire like I requested, but measured the location of the nail and informed me that a patch would suffice, which saved me about $150... money that I didnt have. Im very happy with the service I received and am now a Tires Plus customer. Plus, they got me in right away for when I had scheduled it and kept in contact each step. Thank you guys.

Had a 10 am appointment on a Tuesday morning. Dropped me car off and asked how long they said 30 mins. Went and got my hair done for 3 hours and came back expecting them to do done on my car. They did not start working on my car until I came to pick it up, waited another hour for them to finish. It look them 4 hours to do a 30 min job. Not impressed!!!

They are a little salesy, but honest and do a good job. I trust Tires Plus over any of the other local tire shops.

Rip-off artists!! DO NOT go here. The window in our car fell into the door. They said would be $59 dollars to take the door panel off and check it out- this takes literally 15 min or less (we realized after). They told us the window regulator needed to be replaced. $220 dollars FOR JUST THE PART! Then $150 in labor. The part per AutoZone is less than $100 dollars!! And if youve ever changed one of these its less than 1 hour- so your telling me OVER DOUBLE PRICE FOR PART AND $150 FOR 30MIN OF LABOR. Insane! We asked Beth why the part was so much more expensive and she said conveince fee. Haha RIP OFF ARTISTS cant warn you enough. Ridiculous.

I had just gotten my oil changed at another location, where the mechanic noted that my tires were shredded and about to explode. I didnt know of any body shops open, so figured I would drive home slowly and take care if it in the morning. On my way home, I saw Tires Plus still opened, and went in on a whim. It was about 6:45p and they close at 7p - I told them I had a minor emergency, and was hoping they would just switch out the worst tire with a spare to get me home. They immediately saw the need and agreed to change out all four tires right away. They stayed an hour late to get the work done and gave me a reasonable deal - $551 for all four and service. I greatly appreciated their willingness to get me on the road safe, while being efficient. I will always go back to Tires Plus for all my maintenance needs.

Set Appointment for 10 am two days prior.. Made sure they knew what kind of truck it was and that I was on time schedule.. the said emphatically No Problem.. Paid for tires up front.Wanted an alignment, tire change.Dropped off truck at 10 am They said would be done by 1 pm. There was hardly any cars there to be worked on.Got back at 1. only two tires were done, no alignment.Manager made all sorts of excuses from tires were heavy, hard to change, its tough out there.. ect..I bagged the Alignment as I had to get back on the road.I will never go here again. The Tires plus place on Tamiami seems like a better one.Terrible management. This place could be a machine with the right leadership.Good news.. the guy who did my tires seemed to be pretty good.. Good balancing... Nice work. just took forever.. thats the second star.

Came in for an oil change, to have a coolant leak looked at, and find out why one tire was loosing air for a Jaguar and pointed to it in the parking lot (a quick comment). I explained exactly where I saw coolant leaking from under reservoir. I was quoted $40 and change for the oil change and was told it would probably not be that. Waited an hour and a half before they took car in (which I was warned of when I came in due to busy saturday and I was a walk in), completely understandable. This is when they realized they just put the last vehicle I had brought and needed the info on the Jaguar (this I figured just an honest over look). It than was at least another hour and a half in the shop. I had no problem waiting as I figured they were working on the issues I reported. I asked if they had found the leak yet about half way through the wait, and the counter guy said they were probably looking for as he saw it on the lift. Again I asked just shortly before they finished and I was told they would come to me when they found something. At last they said they were finished and I then asked again about the coolant leak. The counter guy then said he was getting the papers on it and said there are a lot of problems with the car (its a 97 jag and Im not surprised). He than said there was nothing about the leak or tire. He had no idea about what the mechanic did other than what was on some papers. I than began to express with much aggravation why they hadnt checked the leak and about the time I waited for just an oil change. I was than told again about how this car had lots of problems (impression was they were telling me I had apiece of junk and why was I complaining). This entire time I felt as though they were blaming me. The manager told me that I came in on a busy saturday and I was a walk in. Just a statement like that was why they didnt check the leak. I continued to protest and than he told me that it would have needed a pressure test and that was a diagnosis test (Im assuming he was implying additional cost). So is he saying again its my fault for not telling them how to find the leak? I finally just gave up as they had no explication or any apology or offer to look at the issue. I asked for the other problems they found and I got a quote for a $1000 brake job, over a $1000 dollars in tires (I asked why and seemed not to know and then said probably tread, tires are getting close to end of life but no info on tire that was loosing air), and a new coolant cap (which does not leak but you can still see leak from under reservoir clear as day). Oh yeah, the oil change price, over $50 (I didnt even bother asking). Now, I would have seriously considered the tires and brakes with tires plus if at the very least something different had happened during this process (like at very least an apology and an offer to look again, even if it cost me for the test). I have done a lot business with this tires plus. Many oil changes, almost all my tires over the last 10 years living in Fort Myers with all my vehicles. This is the last time me or any another friend or family member will do business with tires plus.

Good morning, I wanted to share with you the horrible service that Im getting at your branch at fort Myers Florida next to the Edison mall before I use legal steps.For the past month I took 3 different cars to your branch.Kia amanti: I had a problem with fueling... took it to your guys, paying somewhere around the 300$ and nothing got fixed. Went back and Freddi the manager started to tell me stories and eventually gave me my money back after understanding that I paid for a service I did not get.Chevrolet (van) venture: had weird noise coming out of the steering wheel, what to your guys, and I been told there is almost no power steering liquid, and been told that putting the liquid back will solve that problem, again, I paid around 300$ to fix that problem, when I came to pick up the car it still had noise. One of your guys came out and told me that the new guy did an awful work and there are many oxygen bubbles and they need to get out to stop the noise, Ive been asked to wait for a couple of days and if the noise wont stop to come back. It didnt. I went back and been told by the manager Freddi that it should be solved in 5-7 days. It didnt. I called he branch today and spoke with Freddi, again, he was starting telling me stories about that he replaced some item (never been told about it) and he want it back. (Cant really trust him and your employees for not stripping my car). Eventually he hung up on me to my face. Not really a managers behavior.Lexus sc430 : took it to check my top. One of your guys caused damage to the interior of the car and when I told Freddie about it he told me to go to Lexus dealership and get a price offer then he told me that obviously its gonna be on them or he will get the part and do it by him self that was over a month ago.I came back to Freddy with a price offer from Lexus skillion in Fort Myers Florida for $1700 for that piece to be replaced he told me hes going to take care of it its been a week havent heard of him and I know that he told me that he will fix it because its their fault I am not gonna pay for this obviously.Thank you very much please contact me in the next two days or of course Ill have to take it to legal measures thank you

I was very happy I went to TiresPlus! We got 2 new tires supplied and installed for $116 which I thought was an awesome price! They had us in and out of there in no time and its right by the mall! (Who doesnt love that?)The week after we needed new brakes and rotos installed as well as a tire alignment. We called them Thursday evening to set something up and they said, Why dont you come in now? Well get it taken care of! We arrived around 5PM and they were working on my car until 8:30! My car is a 93 Fort Escort that was raised in the snow. Therefore, the bottoms covered in rust and about to fall out from beneath it. So they ran into a few problems and things were stuck and rusted but they stuck around for an hour and a half after closing just to make sure I was taken care of. I thought that was awesome! They gave me a price of $320 at the beginning and stuck to it even though my car took them to hell and back.I especially appreciated their honestly. Joe noted that our calibers needed to be replaced as well and gave us a price to do the work. We asked him if it would prolong the life of our car at all and he was straight up with us. He said that is most likely wouldnt be worth it to spend the extra money. To just use it toward a new car altogether.TiresPlus is reasonable, honest, and friendly. I definitely recommend them!

Took my 1992 Jeep Wrangler to have 1 foot of steel break line replaced (leak). It leaked from rubbing against the motor block. The part should not have cost more than $50 plus $90/hour in labor. I didnt expect the bill to be more than $200. Tires Plus advised I needed the hose to the caliper replaced and my brake lines needed flushing. I agreed to have the service done for a total of $376 (with taxes). The shop claimed 2 (!) hours of work to replace a one foot break line and a 1 foot hose. When I picked my Jeep up I found the brake line rigged into the jeep (sloppy) and it was not mounted tightly and rubbed again against the motor block. The brake hose was not installed securely. This was a poorly performed job and I will never take any of my cars there again. This shop does not seem to be honest in their charges nor do they do a good job. The brake flush was not necessary, but couched in a manner suggesting to me that it is part of the brake line replacement. It is my opinion that this shop takes advantage of women or customers who are not mechanically inclined. Im very dissatisfied.
