This place probably made up their awards. My boyfriend I were interested in a car that the Auto Mall was selling. We went two different times to see it and talk to someone about it. Both times, no one was in the office. The first time the car wasnt there because its apparently the owners car and they were still driving it. Which I dont really get at all and should have been a red flag I guess. The second time it was there, but the inside was a mess. Mind you, we called ahead and spoke to Gus, who said hi and disappeared. We couldnt find anyone else so we just left. This place is a poor excuse at customer service. Stay far, far away!

I wish there was a way to give it less than ONE star. I am in the Big Brothers/Big sisters program and have been trying to help my little brother navigate adulthood . I took him for his road test last week so in his exuberance immediately went out to purchase a vehicle by himself....BIG MISTAKE. This dealership sold him one of the WORST cars I have ever seen in my 62 years if life. I took the car to my trusted mechanic Andy at Powertreads and he gave me the estimate..leaking valve cover gasket, blown rear struts, bad catalytic converter, and much much more for a total of $2500 which doesnt even include fixing the knocking sound due to a bad valve selector which would entail taking the entire top of the engine apart. WOW! When I,confronted Gus the salesman with this printed out estimate he went BALLISTIC, full BORE BELLIGERENT to the point where I felt threatened and called the police for fear of my life. I was IN SHOCK that someone trying to help an orphaned teenager would be treated like this.The owner(?) did come out to intervene, physically PUSHED a belligerent , out of CONTROL salesman into the back room and did refund my little brother his money and relieved him of any further financial obligations, so I am,grateful for that. However NOBODY should ever have to deal with this level of dishonesty, unscroupulousness, belligerence and hostility when it comes to purchasing a life necessity like a vehicle. Just wow.wow,,wow. I give it NEGATIVE 5 STARS. All of these other reviews must be fake. BUYER BEWARE

Im new to the area and was looking for a good used car actually a mid sized suv I looked on Google and seen that this dealership had a good rating I emailed the sale staff about a suv in their inventory they emailed me back that is still available my wife and I went there this morning the saleswoman told me it was sold she wouldnt even get up to greet me or ask me if I was interested in something I guess she didnt want my money or business I will never go back there again

This was by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I spent days on trying to buy a specific car from them. The first night I came in to try and test drive the car it had a flat tire and the screen to the radio did not work so I was told to come back at noon the next day and took off of work waiting all day only to hear from them at 4 in the afternoon telling me that the cars engine was having trouble when the night before my mechanic was went with me and he said it sounded good so they have their mechanic fix it and check it out everything was good to go and I was told to come on in again I had taken an Uber over there since I did not have a vehicle and stay there all day and into the evening only to have them tell me they did not want to sell me the car being I had not driven a stick shift in a long time and needed a refresher course. They told me they did not want to sell me a car at all and I was asked to leave because they wanted to close my phone was dead so I asked to use theirs but they said they were leaving so I was left outside with a dead cell phone and no way to get an Uber back home at this point I was so upset and just wanted to get home I hitched a ride with somebody only for that person too robbed me of almost $200 cash I had on me and then kicked out of the car. After walking again about a mile or two I got to a gas station and luckily they had a phone charger there. This place cost me so much time and money for absolutely nothing and jerked me around the whole way with absolutely horrible customer service and concern about me as a person leaving me outside of their establishment alone at night which is not located in a very good neighborhood as it is. I I am still going through Hell trying to get my money back for the insurance policy they set me up with and had had to pay for insurance on a car I never owned in the first place. When I called them the day after and told them to call the insurance company for me and send them a letter of me never getting the car Gus told me he was going to send it right away that they had already sold the car by the next business day at noon which I find hard to believe. A week later the insurance company had still not received the letter and I am still fighting to get my money back. I dont know how in the world they have won the customer service award three years in a row with the experience I had with them not to mention they only have about 20 cars tops on line and less in person. This place has screwed me left and right from the beginning between the time and money I lost from them 2 the experience I had because of them I honestly dont know how they sleep at night.

People please do not buy a car from this place at all they have bad cars period i bought a 2001 mercury sable just to have a second car to depend on they ask me for a 1000 dollars down they had the car with 83,000 miles and after i sign the agreedment Blaze the sales person at that location told me that that car was worth 700 dollars less that 2 months later the car broke down with transmission problems and they told me i had to pay 800 dollars to fix it...they should off repair for free or give me a new car at no cost but they didnt so i cancel my contract with them and gave them the car back: PEOPLE WARNING DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS PLACE THEY GOT BAD CARS!!! And trust me when i say dnt believe the reviews above they manipulate people by telling them that they will give them 40 dollars off their first payment like that they can get good reviews and deceive people in general trust me I KNOW.....
