Ive been a customer at this location for 6 yrs+. The management at this store has always kept the store honest. I can always trust them to put my best interest first over their dollar signs. Ive taken my car in & had them tell me I dont need work done when I thought I did. My tire pressure light came on and I stopped to have my tires checked. Two nails were found in a tire and they were able to patch them. I was kept informed during the process.

Going to a tire place/mechanic can bring on a lot of anxiety when you’re a female. Lou was very helpful on the phone, while John assisted me when we got there. Amazing service. John was super nice and got me right in without an appointment. Was about to hit the road for a 2+ hour drive when I noticed a nail in my tire. SO thankful for this store and crew. The mechanic who did the work was also very friendly and nice. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone.

John and Brian in this store are the most professional yet down to earth people I have ever met working in customer service.I had to take my wife to Tampa intl at 8 am the next morning and I was looking for 4 tires to be mounted and balanced ad 6pm ( yeah my fault I know). They stayed after to help me and I cant thank them enough. I owe them both dinner. 20/10 would recommend.

We have been going here for years. We do like it here but if we were a new customer today they probably would have lost our business. Before attempting to drop my husbands car off this morning, we checked every site (website, Facebook, etc...) for their hours. Everything said 9am so we get here at 9am and the door is locked. My husband knocked and waited at the door for 15 minutes while the worker stood at the front desk. I finally call and the worker, the man standing at the counter, answers the phone and tells me they open at 9:30. I told him the hours on the door say 9am. Instead of apologizing for the mix up he just says oo yea we need to fix that.. And rather than acknowledging the customer at the front door, the worker choose to ignore him. Just poor business behavior.

Had to get a new set of tires for my van. I was able to schedule an appointment online the night before. The manager Jomar was very kind and provided me with all options available and thoroughly explained the road hazard coverage. He also kindly kept me updated throughout the process when delays had occurred. I recommend this location as they ensured the experience was a pleasant one.

This is one of the best tire stores I have ever been. They saw a situation with my car went out of their way to help me get back on the road. If you go to Colonial & 6 mile Cypress store ask for Lewis the Manager, he does an excellent job with customers and his staff is Second to none!I use them for my Jaguar, Lexus and Ford Edge and never have a problem!

I came in like two weeks ago. I asked for advice on my car because Im not really good with them and they were close to me. My plastic thingy from the front was removed. Idk what its called. Idk the guys name but he waived the $35 for me and Im grateful for that but he gave me very bad advice. He said it would cost me $300-$400 to fix what was broken but after going to a different store I was able to fix it for $50 at the dealership and the cars been working fine for the past week.

I have been a customer here for about 3 years now. I went back because the customer service was always excellent, service was fast and the prices were right where they should be. Today though, I took a problem I ran into while working on my motorcycle. I had a bolt stripped into my throttle body and I spent about 6 hours and countless trips to Lowes attempting to deal with it myself. Even though they are not a bike shop it was still my first stop. Santos was spectacular and spent over an hour trying to get this that thing out. It wasnt easy but it ultimately didnt stand a chance. They got me back on the road quick and did with all smiles. That man should get a medal and this place has customers for life in me and my wife. Your search for the best shop in town is over.

Sorry Idk why i had only given 3. When i came here for a locked lug nut you were unable to help me but still went out of the way to recommend several locations. It was a rough day but the crew went beyond their jobs and helped guide me to where i needed to be thank you.

Doug was outstanding! My truck was just in the shop for 2 weeks getting warranty work done on the engine. When I got it back it was shaking. Dealer told me it may need an alignment. So I brought it in here, and after talking with Doug he figured out it was most likely a tire balance, not an alignment. I was thrilled because thats actually a lot cheaper. He easily couldve pulled one over on me and tried to sell me a bunch of diagnostic charges. He ended up finding a bent wheel. He then put that tire on the back so I wouldnt feel it so much in the front. He took so much time with me to make sure I understood everything going on. It was my first time here, but after this wonderful customer service experience with Doug, he has gained my trust and I will recommended anyone to anyone!

I had a blown out tire. I towed my car to the tire choice in Fort Myers. This is the worst place I took my car. The guys there were playing around and racing one another. The manager John has no customer service etiquette. He didn’t help me at all. My financial situation is not good at the moment, so I asked me to get me a tire that will take me back home. He said he had an affordable tire but that it will take like about 10 minutes to get. I spent two hours in that store and the tire never showed. He just wanted to sale me the expensive one and he knew I needed it. I had a sick sister that I had to attend to and I spend all this time in that store wasting my time. They are horrible.They have no manners and they don’t know how to treat customers. I forgot to tell you my sister took a video in which show they racing and fooling around.

Amazing staff! They were incredibly helpful and super friendly. Came in to replace a tire was informed that there was a bigger issue and that the tire rods needed to be replaced as well as the tires otherwise I’d keep having to buy new tires every few weeks. Glad that they made me aware of the situation so that I wouldn’t waste money on tires every few weeks. Would definitely recommend checking them out.

Ive been going here for a couple of years now, after getting a great tire deal I get all my basic service done here. Luis is the new manager and he is awesome! These guys work hard and Im very happy with the service I get here! Everyone Ive met is sincere wants to make their customer happy.

This place is absolutely amazing!! They were so kind to me. I went in for a simple oil change and found out that my car was no longer able to be driven because of my engine. They calmed me down and told me to look on the bright side that I was no injured while driving it. They asked me how far I lived from there as if they were going to drive me home if needed. And because it was a lot to take in all at once they told me to lock my car and that it was in a safe place and I could keep it parked there at no charge. I definitely recommend this place for anything you need done they have an awesome staff and constantly look out for their customers whether you’re new or have been there before.

They solved my problem but they left my car interior full grease 😕, employees arent very friendly 😑.

Great experience, awesome staff. I went there trying to figure out why my tire wasn’t holding air. Luis (in charge of the store) got me in quickly. Once we figured out it was much worse than we thought, the tire had to be replaced ASAP. They couldn’t get the tire in stock for a day, so rather than telling me to call somewhere else, one of the managers Doug called around to 5 different stores until he found me a tire. He acted as a person, rather than a business to make sure I was taken care of. I will be going back there next time I need anything for my car.

Ehron is the quickest and most efficient mechanic in town. I would not pick any other place to go to for my mechanics or tire work on my car. Ive been going here for 5 years and never had a complaint. Thank you for your service.

Staff knowledgeable and professional. They lead with customer service. This is my second experience with their service. Workmanship very good both times and price was good too. Got my vehicle back right away. While they are very busy they are accommodating to all customers. I would recommend them. As a woman its not easy to walk into these shops but these guys listen and make sure you understand the work that needs to be done.

Came in yesterday for 2 new tires and a patch. After inspecting, the manager Luis informed me that he was happy to patch the tire but given the wear already on the tire, it would need replacement soon anyway. He gave me a GREAT price on 4 new tires and had me on my way in no time. I feel better with new rubber all around but really appreciated that he was willing to just patch it if thats what I wanted.Very professional and friendly: I highly recommend Luis and The Tire Choice! I thought I had a leak in a tire. Upon arriving at The Tire Choice on Rolfes Road in Ft. Myers, Doug (customer service) quickly checked it and found my tire had split and was ready to come apart. He suggested a tire, and found I also needed a realignment which had caused the unusual wear on the tire.Overall, I was met and greeted courteously. My problem handled very professionally and all issues resolved quickly. I highly recommend this location to everyone. Doug was fantastic.

Ive bought new tires there; subsequently had them rotated and repaired for free; And I had them replace my front brakes. They always take their reservations on time and do the work in a quick and timely manner. Their prices are fair. So far I am very pleased with the work they have done.

Drove 1200 miles for a mini vacation and as hit North Fort Myers I noticed my car start to pull to left. Figured it threw a wheel weight or just knocked the alignment out. Called and spoke to Luis the store manager. Polite. Professional. Knowledgeable. Got me right in with no appointment. My driver front tire was shot so I figured I could get by with replacing just that one. No. I was explained to that of I only replace one, my car will still pull due to different tread depths. He did tell me 4 would be best due to the other tires getting low but said I could do this for now to get me back on the road. I learned something. They put 2 on and back On the road in less than an hour. Phenomenal service. A big thank you.

Last week I had a slow leak that made my tire go flat. I filled it with air and drove straight to Tires Choice because my dad told me it was a good place. Luis greeted me when I came in and told me he could patch it or sell me a new tire. A few minutes later Gary came to confirm the correct tire. With in 30 minutes we were driving away happy customers. I was trying to get a tire changed today. The staff keep telling me I have to change all 4 tires or I can be ticketed on the road . However I ask him how much is one and I just want to change 1 tire. Then he told me there are buy 3 get 1 special . And one is 97 dollars so 3 is like 300? No .3 is over 400 dollars . I ask why and was told if I want buy 3 get 1 I have to purchase a package . They just want to hard sell and there are hidden prices . If you don’t listen to your customer ,you don’t worth a penny! I left immediately and Went to Walmart get the tire changed for 60 dollars ! You will never get my business but I guess you don’t care .

Went great Lewis a great service manager drove from bonita springs to go thier tire choice on bonita grand told me my front was in line after I paid them to line took back said it was good blamed it on my tires after getting it serviced today drives like a new truck

My mother arrived well before closing with a completely flat tire. She asked if they could look at it and if it was not fixable if they could put the spare on. She was told that they were to busy to help her and didnt offer to keep the car and look at it the next day. I arrived 30 mins later to wait for a tow truck to come put the spare on and watched the staff sitting around and not working. What took the tow truck driver 5 minutes to take care of they refused to even look at. I would have been fine leaving the car and picking her up, but they wouldnt even offer to keep the car to work on it.

I had a really great experience bringing my vehicle in for an oil change. They shop was clean, staff was really friendly and professional, and service was great and timely. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back.

Originally I bought my tires at tire kingdom and I had a flat and I went in there originally and they didnt take my tire off and patch it correct they just plugged my tire which I did not like. At tire choice they actually take your tire off and patch it from within which I did like. And I also found out that I paid about $40 more per tire at tire kingdom then I would have at tire choice so in the future any tires I need will definitely be from tire choice thanks again

My Mom had a flat tire on her car. AAA changed it but she felt she must replace it. We went to Tire Choice and were interested in buying 2 new tires. They said sure but are you certain your tires need to be replaced? We were not so they checked and said they could repair her tire. This was wonderful news. We went in there thinking it would take forever and be expensive and it was not. This is probably the best experience we have ever had with a flat tire! The people at Tire Choice were professional, curteous and very helpful. We both highly recommend Tire Choice.

Outstanding service! I needed my tires replaced, but I brought my own. They went above and beyond, especially John. He went out to my car to double check I had the right size and he stayed late so that my tires could be installed that night. I said I might need alignment and he asked me if I noticed any problems. I explained what the issue was and then he told me that It was actually my tires causing the shaking. Then he showed me my current tires to tell me why he would recommend alignment. I have never had any company - in the 20 years I’ve been driving - ever provide me such excellent service. Most importantly, he made me feel like a customer and not an idiot for not knowing some of the things (like some car shops do). I’ve found my tire place in Fort Myers - I won’t be going anywhere but to this location... highly recommend them!!

Walked in, said I had a nail in my tire. Took the car back within the next 10 minutes had it nice and fixed in the next 10 minutes the total of 20 minutes and I was out of there. Never had a problem at this shop.

The overall experience at this garage was just excellent! The level of service and friendliness of the staff was great… They did not try to push the product to make a sale, but did inform me of some safety concerns that I will take into account I appreciate their help and that level of trust will definitely ensure my return!

I have been going to the dealership with my car since it was under warranty and had a service package. Now that it is out of warrant, I want a quick and less costly place for service. I called 15 minutes ago and came right over for an oil change and allignment. They got me in as soon as I arrived and gave me discounts on my service. They are even going to check my headlight to see if they can replace the bulb that is out. They are friendly and courteous, and definitely full service.

I recently bought a car from a dealership and wanted to make a trip to Orlando. I originally went to Valvoline where they said they couldn’t get my oil cap off because it was stuck and quoted me 106$ for full synthetic oil. I came here and they literally saved my trip and got me where I needed to be safely!!! :) not to mention it was about half the price I was quoted from Valvoline !!

I come here for my regular service and Tire Emergencies, I always get in and out quickly, everything I am being charged for is always explained in detail, and they are so nice. Would definitely recomend!!

Great people here! My car stopped running on I-75, I had it towed to Tire Choice because they were very close to where I broke down. Never being there before, I was a little nervous about how I would be treated but they found the problem very quickly and lucky for me it was an easy fix. I first want to say Luis is the greatest! I’m new to the area and the first time I took my car to Tire Choice after traveling across Aligator Alley and my lights went out and he assured me they would take of me. And they did and the price was in my budget. Yesterday my car shut down in traffic but was able to start it up but by the time I made it home, it wouldn’t turn off! Well I took my car in this morning and Luis remember me. He explain what was happening with my car; even drew a diagram for me! I’m really impressed with Tire Choice and Luis is the best and the service too!

Luis, Anthony, and John are very professional and knowledgeable. They are honest and will only tell you what you need to keep your car running longer. I do not go anywhere else for my personal vehicles. I recently had an oil change as well as a couple of tire pressure we does replaced and was taken care of quickly, this shop gets busy, so do not be surprised if you have to wait, but that goes with being such a great shop.

Go in and see Luis, the manager. He knows his stuff and runs a great crew! Hell get it done and be fair about it! I trust him with my truck and Im a road warrior! I drive from Virginia to the Florida Keys in my 2008 F150! The Tire Choice has played a big part in keeping my truck rolling!

However, things arent the same since Rob left and they should really consider bringing him back. Overall, I legitimately will never take my cars anywhere else. The staff and managers were amazing, my repair which I was expecting to be a few hours, was not even an hour and a half. Manager even pointed my way to Applebee’s!! (Definitely got myself some lunch) Everything was perfect with no hassle. I even came in days later for a check up on the previous repair and was assisted with no problem.

We were stuck on 75, they loaned us tools to help remove our blown tire. Being amateurs, we ended up taking it to them and they were great! Great staff and great service!

The employees here at the Rolfes location ALWAYS provide the best service. I have been going to them since 2013 for my 3 vehicles and I trust them. When they tell you something is wrong I fix it and never have a problem after that. I see others reviews and I personally think their review is inaccurate because I have coworkers that go here and friends and never (EVER) have there been any issues. Thank you guys you are the best!
