Just picked up my car this evening, I must say Matthew was such a pleasure to have helping me get service today! When picking up my car this evening he thoroughly and enthusiastically went over everything that was done on the vehicle and answered my MANY questions about the services I had done. He explained all the details about the service and why it was needed. Other places I’ve been I’ve felt apprehensive or thwarted about asking for more details about services but with Matthew I felt comfortable and assured that the work done was top notch at this location. Serious kudos to Matthew for all your question answering! Thank you Firestone!

Amazing amazing amazing service! As a college student, unexpected expenses are hard to fulfill. The service advisor, Michael and sales advisor, Monifa were patient and willing to accommodate to my needs. All of my tires were smoothly replaced and I’m now able to drive back to school safely. Called for an appointment. Gave all the information of my truck prior to the appointment. When I arrived, after waiting 30 minutes they said they could not complete an alignment on a one ton truck. I had also inquired about getting the tires balanced. They said they could not do that either. Not sure what services they do offer. Maybe they can change oil or vacuum the floor boards, possible repack your muffler bearings ??? Not much of a mechanics shop.

I had a 2007 Honda Pilot, they did not reset oil change light after claiming they changed the oil. Therefore, two days later I stopped in to have it reset. I should have checked oil. Two months later at Jiffy lube it s down to one quart of oil. I traded it in, the engine would bounce if you accelerate. I honestly do not believe that kid put oil in my Honda Pilot. Winter 2017, true story.

I was told by one guy to go inside then got yelled at by the other for not wearing a mask. I dont know what you yelled as I walked out, but you told me to put one on when you werent even wearing one yet then you got all hot and bothered. Do yourself a favor and go next door to tires plus. Friendly staff and better prices.

Better this location then by the car wash.Then over there have no respect.Went for a nail in my tire... And one of the Tec wants to say its a screw...Ok fix it...Gracie and Julio that work up front where no help.I spoke with a manager on the phone and he him self was rude.I will no longer go to that location.

Price was a bit more than other places, but I was super excited that when a part was replaced on my vehicle and the problem wasnt resolved, when I took my car back in another service was provided free of charge to resolve my issue. I will pay more any day to recieve great customer service.

They said they had a SIX HOUR WAIT!! This was for an oil change. We ended up going to Valvoline on Colonial and Evans I think. They were amazing! No wait and the people were super nice!

Brought my car there because I had just got it (Used) and I wanted to make sure everything was good with it. It also was running a little rough but nothing too bad. I talked to Matthew in the front he was really helpful in helping me understand things better with my car and also with helping me break down what needs to be done so I didn’t freak out or get confused. The Technician Edward was also amazing help in telling me everything wrong with my car and things that needed to be done now and things that could wait but I would want to get done this year to further the life of my car. I had to bring my car in again the next day and I spoke with Lloyd who is also an amazing employee and helped me with everything when Matthew wasn’t there. They’re all around amazing workers. I will continue to go to them as long as they’re open. Yes their prices are a little higher than others but always remember you get what you pay for and they give all around amazing work plus warranties on everything they install.

Do not take your car here. I took my vehicle in for a simple break change, which resulted in waiting hours after they informed me it would be ready. Then, I noticed a major noise when driving my vehicle and proceeded to take it to a different auto shop to get it checked out. I was informed they had stripped a rotor bolt, resulting in an extremely dangerous situation. Furthermore. they left grease marks all over the interior of my car that are unable to be removed. Do not let them work on your vehicle.

This place was Great. We were out of srateand I had a flat tire. After putting air in it, I found a large screw in the tire. They worked me in, repaired the tire and even balanced my tires for me. Great guys that are very honest and dependable. Thanl you for helping us.

Terrible.Watch closely as this place will find all kinds of things wrong with your car and reccomend you fix everything. Youre already there and theyll give you a decent quote...Typically you dont need this extra work done on your car. They informed me over 5 years ago my rack and pinion was in bad shape and dangerous. At that time the service advisor said it would cost about $800.00I still drive this car and have never had the rack and pinion replaced or worked on my dealership changes the oil and they check over everything. Never once have they said there was any problem.I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.Not even an enemy.

The new manager at this location, Earl, is honest, understands customer service and made sure the work was done correctly. I recently moved down to the area and he was very fair in fixing issues created by another Firestone location. All too often people find loop holes or reasons as to why they cant own up to mistakes but Earl was quick to acknowledge the situation and made sure the work was done right. I highly recommend going to this specific location and asking for Earl.

I have to tell you guys, being from out of state, its tough to find honest dependable mechanics. I have had 2 bad experiences with other shops in the area, these guys fixed me up and I didnt need the million dollar jobs these other shops insisted on.....these guys are great! Ask for Ray!!! Creative solutions!! Can do attitude!! Professional in word and deed!! These guys got me credit to fix what was wrong and didnt try to sell me anything else.This was the day before new years. And yes I waited... Because its the holidays and I didnt make an appointment. They are very busy... People come and go so dont come in without appointment after 12:00 in the afternoon.

I recently took my vehicle in for an oil change. After a general inspection I was informed that my vehicle had a split in one transaxle boot and that the boot and transaxle should be replaced. I wanted a second opinion and took my vehicle back north over Christmas to a trusted mechanic I have dealt with for years. He informed me that the boot was not cracked but that the clamp on the boot was slightly loose resulting in a small leakage of lubricant. He tightened the clamp and nothing further was required. I was saved a several hundred dollar unnecessary repair. I will not be returning to Firestone for any automotive work.

Please do not go to this or any location for that matter... I was charged for something I have never approved and I have fought for over 6 months and nothing was resolved. Today I get hit with late charges and finance back payments that was never approved. I trusted them for many many years guess this is why I had to always go back. SCUM BAGS

Worst place ever. Dont go there!I just went for an oil change and after two days my car was overheated and there was no coolant in my radiator. Went there back and they checked it saying everything was looking good. The same happened after couple days and when I went there they found my radiator was leaking and they had to change it, they were charging me about $500 for doing that. Simplifying, I found another mechanic because of course I didnt trust them anymore and he found the fan switch wasnt working so he changed it and he changed the whole radiator as well although there was no major problem there and guess what he did it for half price of what they were trying to charge me. However, my advice is just stay away!

I was at Big Lots (across the parking lot from firestone) with my baby and a nasty Canadian cold, when my car decided it would not start. I began to panic with the situation at hand, when i decided to try and call Firestone for help. I called over to Firestone and explained the situation to a nice man named Justin. Within minutes of the phone call, a friendly man walked over in the hot sun with a battery charger. He greeted me and introduced himself. The problem was fixed with the recommendation to replace the battery asap, and we were able to continue home. Justin was extremely helpful in this situation, and made me feel grateful to know that firestone is there to help with their experience and expertise.

This location held my car for two days to have a part replaced and never did it I kept calling asking if it was done they said it was being worked on then finally got a call saying they dont have the part after they said they dis. Wasted my time and liked to me for two days. They also said they would call when the part came in guess what they never called.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!Look, The service manager Matthew is a joke. He lied to my face 4 times. Me not being a tire expert put my full trust, time, money and safety into this flake. This place caused me a whole week of my time when all I asked for was 2 new rear tires so this review is going to be long. To begin with You can already tell the staff don’t like the mangers themselves and that says something. I came here on Thursday to get new rear MT2 tires when I got there I was speaking to a different guy he was very polite and seemed very helpful I wish I could remember his name he was great even gave me a discount for my front tires in the near future considering how expensive they are. ($653 for 2 tires) I come pick up my Jeep Wrangler 2 door and drive it down Tamiami and palm beach thinking man, these tires feel weird. Maybe it was just because they were new and needed to be broken in. Again I’m no tire expert later found out that’s not a thing you shouldn’t feel anything weird when you get new tires. I then woke up the next morning to go to work pull onto palm beach Blvd and nearly killed myslef because the back end started sliding and pulling me off the road with me not having any control. I have to drive 30 mph and became late to work because they don’t know how to do there job here. Either that or the service manager is cheap and wants to smooth it all over. I took it back Friday morning while being at work because this Jeep was in no condition to drive. When I was there waiting in the waiting room the 2nd time Friday morning I over heard one of the guys and that manager Matthew (Matt) arguing about something to do with being over worked. Matthew became very unprofessional in my opinion and yelled at the older man stating LOOK IM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU. Just made me feel completely uncomfortable. If you need to argue or speak with one of your guys speak in another room where your clients don’t have to overhear it. I was there for 3 hours for them to tell me they don’t know what’s wrong with my Jeep. I explained well I don’t either but all I know is this didn’t happen until I got here and it’s something you did. I left Friday after noon after they lowered my tire pressure to 35 said that wasn’t it upped it to 60 and told me my allignment was off and expected me to pay for it. Well my work called me so I had to go I told them I have to go back to work. Matthew told me my Jeep was not unsafe to drive and that they believe they fixed the issue. I drove it to the sheriffs office thinking this still feels weird but it’s not pulling as bad as it was before. I left work at 6 that night and nearly got into 2 accidents on I-75. I called my boyfriend up and he then called the manager matt again who then lied to my boyfriend. Matt was explaining the tires I had were not rated to go over 70 MPH. and the tires I have are MT2 tires (mud and all terrain) that they’re supposed to wiggle cause that’s how they crawl out of the mud just lie after lie the same things he was telling me but me thinking ohhh okay. Cause once again I’m not a tire expert. My boyfriend set him in his place and told him these were all lies Matt’s response was Ohhh wellll I’m not really all that familiar with mud tires. THEN WHY ARE YOU A SERVICE MANAGER!?! Anyway my boyfriend called corporate TWICE Before something happened. They set up an appointment with the colonial location and towed my Jeep from palm beach and Joel area in Lehigh at no cost to me. With all the headache, Monday I came to the colonial location with my boyfriend and spoke with Kristina the service manager who made my life so much easier from the time I stepped foot in there door. She was very professional explained everything to me without a stutter. Seemed to know what she was talking about. Told me the other location filled my tires way to much. The other location set them at 60. She said that was way too high and needed to be set at 35. I left the store and everything worked like new again. She then set me up with a free allignment. SEE KRISTINA AT COLONIAL!!

The sole star in the review is because of the lady who gave me a 10% discount - apart from that this place doesnt even deserve a single star on the rating.I dont know if its inexperience or carelessness or incompetence on their part, but I just felt like I was robbed at this place.So I took my car to them hoping to resolve the weird noise it started making going at higher (50+) speeds (I asked for a wheel alignment in addition, just to be sure). They said the problem was with the suspension. After 5 Hrs of waiting and an $800+ bill amount, I was disappointed to notice that the problem persists.So I made a re-appointment and took my car and told them the problem persists - to which they got defensive and said the suspension is fine - Only that wasnt the reason I took my car to them in the first place; the problem with suspension was THEIR reason for the weird noise! They test drove the car at 35mph (Since that was the speed limit at that location) - when my problem was basically when driving at higher speeds!! And yeah they couldnt have possibly taken it on the highway to test it - (How about that for an Idea guys?) Despite repeatedly telling them that the car still had the problem - all they had to say was Your car is fine - Yeah thanks for the false assurance!I took my car to a different auto service centre and the actual problem was with the brakes (It took them like 30 mins to figure this out!) I got the rotors and the front brake pads changed and now the car runs perfect. Im never going back to this place for any service but for wheel alignment (Since I unfortunately took their Lifetime wheel alignment package).Bottom line - save your time and money

Went for oil change, discovered cup holder cover on center console was broken. Manager said he would replace it but wasnt concerned in the least that his employees were going thru the interior of my car! At best they were SNOOPING, at worse looking for things to STEAL. I cleaned out the car before going and glad I did. The replacement part is on back order (confirmed it is) and manager said he ordered it and will call when it arrives to install. I will continue to check back-order status with dealer and update this review if/when manager calls and completes the repairs of my car. Even if problem is fixed I will AVOID this location.

Complete idiots went there a total of 5 times to get what i paid for and spent over 2 hrs each time, each visit was a new problem. finally they sent me to a completely different place to have them fix the problems they caused and covered the bill for it atleast. Save your money and time by going somewhere else with employees that know what there doing. I got 4 new tires and 1 didnt even match the other 3 lol unbelievable and i wasent the only one. Everyone that came in had a different problem, then the uneducated employees want to argue. I can go on and on. Plan and simple DONT GO HERE
