I got an synthetic blend oil change on my 2018 Dodge Journey V6 at a cost of $88.38. When I questioned the cost, I was told that my car takes 6 qts. of oil and only 5 qts, come with their normal service. Which is fine, but he told me there was an up charge of $15.00 for the filter (the filter is included in the oil change price). He told me it wasnt a normal spin on oil filter. It is a paper element that is installed in the filter housing. This filter costs $5.00 at OReilly auto. I normally get my oil changed at Midas. 6 qts. synthetic blend, filter and tire rotation for half the price, but I was out of state and this place was close so I came here. Live and learn. Never again to Southwest Express Lube.

When you try to charge $70 for a conventional oil change...A RIP OFF!!... You get one star. Price gouging!! Update:IaI the response, but why did your staff try gouging me like that? There were no other customers and I thought I was doing a favor offering my business. ALL employees should have been trained NOT to gouge customers; Ever. It leads to bad reviews and hurts your bottom line. Price gouging cost you my business. My review is to protect and serve my community.

Its fast

Drove in and was quoted $79.95. for a synthetic oil change, when I tried to get a coupon on line, my bill read $89.95. Then he asked if I wanted a vacuum , but I said no, but to make sure the tire pressure was checked, as that is included. I dont remember him doing it, so I asked him twice because I knew my rear tires needed air. He said they were good. They were still low when I drove away, he never checked them.

The guys there are always so friendly. They always let me know when something is wrong with my truck and what should be fixed and or replaced. Ive been going to them for almost 4 years. these guys are so honest I wouldnt go any place else. Keep up the good service.

Self service car wash, needs update, and better mechanicals

They were kind and the service was great will be back gor my next oil change!

The mechanic told me oil change was $30 with taxes and oil filter. They charged me $35. After I asked. They said mechanic did not know and that and I should have asked the front desk. They still refused to refund me $5. Left disappointed 😥. Not going back.

I have been going to a major national oil change franchise which i will not mention since I moved here to the west coast and was not too happy to pay almost $70(with coupon) for an oil change. I knew there has to be a place where I can get the same service for less so I went on google and came acorss this place and I am so glad I did.Wilnor was very professional and yet friendly and I didnt feel like just another oil change customer like I have felt at the previous place. The service is great and the price is very reasonable ,evnthough I live near Naples which is amost 28miles from southwest express lube I will be back without a doubt

DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHaNGED HERE!!! Left after oil change and an hour later my check engine light went on... Went to machanic and turns out they really messed up my car...messing with things probably trying to get me to come back for repairs.. Terrible service...not a trustworthy business.

One poor place to get your oil changed the manager was rude and showed no respect.The bill was 105 dollars and I bought my own oil filter it worked out to be over 20 dollars a quart it is mobile 1 you can buy 5 quarts anywhere for less then 50 dollars he just complained about the engine shield taking so long used l the Quaker state oil change last time just up the road and it cost me 35 less I don’t care we’re I get my oil changed but it doesn’t have to cost over a 100 dollars
