Quick and good service. Tad overpriced at 105 dollars to change the oil on a Corolla. Your paying for speed and convenience though. It beats spending 4 hours at a dealer for the same cost.

I have been going to this location for years. Covid has impacted me financially, so I went in to get a cheap oil change with what I could afford. The guy that helped me (no nametag and wouldnt tell me his name) was extremely rude and told me the computer wont sell you lesser oil, but you can try some other shop, they might do it. I felt bullied, pressured and like I had no choice. I was on my lunch, over mileage, and needed it done. Spent twice as much as the coupon offered and was disrespected for the trouble. Horrible experience.

Went to get oil change and oil pan screw was stripped. The guy would not touch my car and told me to take it back to the last people who did it. Didnt offer to fix it. I was low on oil did give me a quart for free, but honesty they missed out on a great friendship.

Ive been a long time client of Valvoline for all of my cars. On Saturday my van started overheating and I was unsure why. I brought it here and Kris took great care of me. Apparently I had no coolant and Kris filled it up on top of giving me an extra container full of it just in case so that my kids and I made it home safely. He was extremely knowledgeable, caring and professional...Please be sure to give him a raise!! :)

Mike was extremely rude. When directing my car into the bay, he was literally screaming at me and cussing. I was following exactly where he told me to go and was moving slowly and he was quite dramatic. The other gentlemen were nice, but the attitude was unnecessary. Then they tried to sell me an 80 dollar service that was not needed, didnt do a full check of my vehicle, and overfilled my tires with air. This is the first time Ive gone to this location and will not be returning.

Valvoline is our new place to get the oil change! Everyone there is Certified and they use Valvoline products. The convenience of sitting in the car while they change the oil is so much easier. Its a bit more expensive but quality cost! Sirena is amazing! Her customer service is outstanding!! If she can handle my fiancee then she can handle anyone!!

I paid $70 dollars for an oil change only! No extras, I almost freaked! I had a $10 coupon and 15% off the bottom total from Lyft. I would have spent $100 without coupons! Stick with Walmart.The employees all deserve 5 stars tho. They were exemplary 👌

I have had many many bad experiences with other oil change services in the area. I didnt know it would be that hard to find someone competent for this kind of work. This location of Valvoline is the best! The workers are as pleasant as they come and they do a great job. You dont even need to get out of your car. For basic fluid change services you cannot beat this business!

These PEOPLE NEVER told me that the shield on the underneath part of the front of my car was falling down. They hooked it up with a plastic pull tie. A few days after I got my oil changed I went to the TARGET STORE across the street. After shopping I started to pull out of my parking space. I backed up at a foot and heard a loud noiseI stopped and got out to see what was going on. I had just ripped the ENTIRE front bumper off my car. I WILL NEVER return to this SPECIFIC BUSINESS ever again. IT cost me $3,000 dollars to get it repaired PLUS the tow charge. I had to rent a car for a week while my car was being repaired. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE DOING YOUR OIL CHANGES and else. I had my tires rotated and they NEVER put my caps BACK on my wheels. My neighbor pointed it out to me because it was on the passenger side of the car. Pay ATTENTION and walk around your car after you have any work done there.

Came in for an oil change and automatic transmission flush. Michael took great care of my car for me and had me in and out in no time. My Ford Fusion has been running and shifting gears a lot smoother since. Great customer service and staff. Highly recommend this location

Wont come back to this location. Tech reached into my vehicle without asking and started turning my lights on and off. Didnt receive receipt and had to go to corporate to get it because incompetent techs dont know how to pull invoices. They tried to double charge for the service after they failed to ask what mileage i wanted the sticker to read. What a joke, Ill take my money to Valvoline at the Forum from here on where they actually stick to the training provided.

They told me that I cant do my oil change due to a oil leak and my engine might explode Lol, I never heard this before. I went somewhere else, theyve done it and guess what?!!! My engine did not explode Lol!

1 word : RIPOFF ! $76 for an half synthetic oil change plus $14 for a small light bulb !!!! I never paid more than $40 for an oil change on this car ( 3 months ago) for the same type of oil !No receipt either. Again, will never come back !!

This place refused to do my oil change after already having been under my vehicle for 10 minutes, shortly after I hear and felt a loud pop coming from underneath my vehicle a manager shows up saying they cant do my oil change because my car just has too many leaks and insinuated that I just had some guy fixing it and that I should go back to him. I tell the manager I have only gone to shops and have never been told of or seen any leaks ever. He said it would be a liability for them to touch my car after as I stated, they were already doing that, and motioned for me to leave their bay. Id NEVER go here or recommended them to ANYONE!

A family friend recommended that I visit Valvoline for an oil change for the new car I bought and they told me I would be able to get me a discount because they know someone. I accidently showed up to the wrong one which wasthis Valvoline with my dad he said hello in spanish to the man that I was asking a question to. I asked if the person I was looking for was there, the person I was talking to seemed annoyed and confused and said someone by the name I was looking for doesnt work there and I asked where do I enter to get my oil changed he told us to come around the front to get serviced and as I walked away he made some remark about I think hating talking to Spanish people. I left the shop I dont know if he was flustered or annoyed. but the whole altercation was pretty upsetting just for a simple question.

Very overpriced place for a 15 min oil change. Nearly $80 and didnt give me a receipt or a credit for a coupon until arguing my point with their online customer service. Will be returning to my car dealership at far less prices and as good service. Unsure how they stay in business. One and done for me.

If you are in a hurry then this is the place for you! Youre not allowed to exit your vehicle and youll be on your way in less than fifteen minutes! Its great for on the go people with busy schedules. Its a little more money for this convenience of course, but youll receive coupons via email thatll make it worth your while for sure. And if youre like me, time is money.

Beware! This place is a huge ripoff and the staff will upsell their mother to you. Wiper blades, air filters, you name it for twice the price as auto parts stores (I went to compare prices after my ripoff oil change). Annoying and I will not be getting any more oil changes at Valvoline.

I always like the way that Valvoline Instant Oil Change handles their business. I like that they sound off in Cadence to make sure all the things that they take out or replaced properly and backed up by another employee to make sure that we dont end up leaving there without the stuff we came in there with. Great business model and Ive been using them for over 20 years throughout the United States.

Just bought a used car so I figured Id take it for an oil change. Spoke w the manager Matt or Max, sorry cant remember, he informed me it looked fine and recommended I drive it another 1k miles before getting it changed. Couldnt believe it, finally an honest auto place. He checked underneath, checked/filled tires, and washer fluid and answered my questions. No sales pitches, no charge. Ill definetly be back for actual oil change in 1k miles and I commend him and his team on great honest customer service. Didnt give it 5 stars due to never had actual service done, but Ill be back. 👍

Were on our way to a hotel in Ft Myers and needed an oil change. You must always think about reviews. What shows up, good and bad, can make or break you.My husband and I were looking for a quick oil change and Googled these key words near our hotel. There was a Jiffy Lube and a Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The Jiffy Lube had a 2.2 star reviews and the Valvoline a 4.9 star reviews. Sure, you cant make everyone happy but reviews help customers make their decision to use your services or not.BTW, Were using the Valvoline Instant Oil Change because of their 4.9 Star Reviews and they were fast, efficient and had awesome customer service. We were in and out in 15 minutes or less.We highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

But yesterday that apparently new manager called me Buddy and My man - I find it simply disrespectful.And when he told me to shut down the engine before checking the transmission oil - I told him you have to check it first - and he said it doesnt mater. It does and he has no idea about that.Not my shop anymore, even if it is convenient close to my home.

I did not get a oil change but book a room next to them that had truck and trailer parking. I booked a two night stay at the super 8 next to them for two days. The super 8 was full and I offered to pay to park my truck. They told me to park it for no fee. If you dont know how hard it is to find parking for a 50 ft rig lol. Thank you very much! Watch out, they put what smells like sewer water in your windshield washer solvent bottle so every time you use your windshield wipers it smells like absolute sewage! Other than that,Great place, always a bit overpriced compared to other oil change places but paying for the brand name.

First of all, I had a guy yelling at me as I was pulling up. Next, I was quoted $102 for an oil change, then before getting started they told me, “my bad, we don’t do oil changes on these cars anymore (Volkswagen Jetta)” ....just go to Firestone!

Have taken all of my cars and sisters cars and girlfriends cars here since i moved to Florida...always courteous always fast service never have to wait very long for service.

Had my credit card compromised as a result of visiting this location. Also, the cost of an oil-change here was extraordinarily high relative to what I used to at other fast oil change places such as JiffyLube!

I have used these guys for my oil changes for several years and as always the service was great. I was disappointed however with the fact that this time I was told receipts could only be received by email, no paper. Before I could think about it I gave up my email and guess what? Besides the receipt here comes the spam. Thinking back I should have insisted on a paper receipt even if he had to hand write it.
