I spent 2 months trying to find wheels and tires for my Jeep. Like everything else during the pandemic it was a lot harder than expected. I wrongly assumed that Goodyear only sold Goodyear tires. Trent spent the time to do a thorough search of the brands and styles I wanted. Three days later I was driving away on a new set of BR wheels and 35 Toyo Open Country MTs. Drives like they are stock. Service was excellent throughout. Ive used them often for regular service and have always been pleased. This job was special and they nailed it.

The customer service is excellent here. They are kind, and always do a good job, prompt quality service- only good thigs to say here.

If you want small town service in a big city, Wagner Tire is THE PLACE! Super easy to make an appointment online and they personally responded with my confirmation within an hour! I brought my lifted Jeep in for normal service, needed a repair to my front shock and I also asked them to take a look because I was “hearing a noise” when I drove! Not even a couple hours later, I got a call from the manger telling me, not only was my Jeep was ready for pick up but he took the time to EXPLAIN TO ME what was wrong with my Jeep in great detail! He completely serviced and fixed what he could, then gave me a couple referrals of places I could take my Jeep for the one thing he couldn’t fix!! When I went to pay, I was literally SHOCKED the price was so low! I will be a customer for life because Wagner Tire has amazing prices, personal customer service AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: peace of mind knowing my Jeep got fixed correctly by an honest place!!

I know Wagner tire back in the days when I used to work at Sals Automotive send all my alignments to them

Addition to my previous review. The staff was helpful today in helping me get reimbursed by my warranty company. so i do appreciate that. but be careful before sending your adult children to this location. they are not a good year corporate store they are independents Wagner tires and will charge you almost 28 dollars to fix a tire. when the corporate stores do not charge at all.

I would definitely take my car back here again. They couldn’t immediately figure out what was causing the problem with my tire but they persisted. They charged me only for the work they did and didn’t try to up sell or gouge me for extra work and time. I would absolutely recommend Wagner Tire and I will definitely bring my business back here again.

Reuben, Trent, and Chuck are 3 honest mechanics who have been taking care of both of my durangos for a few years now. Prices are phenomenal as well but honesty is what sets them apart. As long as those guys are around I’ll be a lifelong customer. Thank you guys!!!

I came into the shop looking to replace the exact same tire on my 2014 dodge ram. Ruben assisted me. He and the other manager were very helpful every step of the way. they offered a comparable tire at a cheaper price plus a discount on top of that. While I ended up going with the same tire as I already had. This was great customer service. Ruben even called me when they were running a little behind {only a few hours} as he knew I would be having someone drop me off to pick up my truck. Great customer service. They used to be my go to place but never again. Stopped in with lights on on the dashboard. $99 for the diagnostic. ok thats fair. verdict is problem is rear speed sensors on my Hyundai. I ask at this point can i bring it back tomorrow, and manager gives me that really should get this done now vibe. so I commit. heres the problem: it is a warranty item and i could have gotten it for free from Hyundai. Why not just take your $99 easy money and give me some good advice. Instead $844 later I drive away burned. And insult to injury they still charge the $99 diagnostic fee even if you get the repair done. JUST ANOTHER RIPOFF CAR PLACE. AVOID WAGNER TIRE.

Stopped by here to get my tires checked on our way back home from vacation. Couldnt believe how helpful these guys were on a free service! They checked all four tires, topped off my fluids, and even replaced a valve stem cap...! If I lived in the Fort Lauderdale area, I would definitely be buying tires from these guys!

Honest auto repair stores are so hard to find. And Wagner Tire is one of them. Highly recommended. Call to make appointments. The appointment setter on their website is not reliable sometimes.

Just purchased 4 tires for my classic car...they did a great job! Excellent customer service from the beginning to the end 1st Class.REVIEW UPDATE: Four years later I noticed my front wheel was shaking. I brought the car in and they rebalanced the wheels and fixed it. Cost for repair $0 thats right zero charge since I purchased the tires from them. This is the was you should treat your customers!

I have had 4 cars serviced at Wagner Tire over several years. They work quickly and repairs are reasonable. Ive recommended Wagners to many people.

We had a flat tire screw in tread mgr would not help us we had an flight to get to he told us it would b an hour which we did not have. we would have been glad to have paid more than the regular fee. SO MUCH FIR CUSTOMER SERVICE N HELPING WHEN NEEDED

I somehow feel ripped off here. I asked them to check for a noise on my brakes and they gave me a bill for almost $500. They claimed that in checking for the noise, something broke and had to be replaced, hence the cost. The noise is still there. I think this place is only for those that dont have to come out of their pocket to pay! Rip off experts!!!

After going there for almost 3 years I have concluded that I no longer do business with them. They are not up front about things that are under warranty especially tires, they dont rotate the tires even when they are given a coupon for oil change +tire rotation. My battery that I purchased from them needed to be replaced no mention was made of the fact that it was still under warranty...

Went here for numerous repairs over a 15 year period - only because it was very close to where I lived. I had at least 4 horrible experiences. The worst was when i bought a brand new combination switch at Toyota and took it to Wagner for installation (to save money). They broke the switch during installation causing my headlights to be stuck on HIGH BEAM. They denied breaking the part despite me showing the receipt from Toyota. On another occasion I went here for a simple oil and filter change. Several hours later I was called and told the car was ready to be picked up. For some reason I decided to check the dipstick on my way out to see if they filled it up properly and the oil was filthy. It turned out the work had never even been done, but of course they had charged me. Not the end of the world but very concerning their communication could be so bad ?! After many Good Year experiences in 25 years in Broward County I found out several important things :1) If you go to a Good Year FRANCHISE (like Wagner Tire) , the guarantee is not valid at other Good Year Locations unless the car is not driveable OR you are something like 30 miles or more from the location that did the work. This can be VERY inconvenient.2) The service is FOUR times better at company owned locations (such as the corner of Andrews and Broward in downtown Ft. Lauderdale where I NEVER had a problem.#1 may have changed as it has been several years since my problems butthis is definitely worth considering.
