I am so happy with my experience at Gunther Mazda! I brought in my Mazda3 hatchback for its 24 month service and worked with Teri. I had a few concerns about squeaking brakes and wasn’t sure if anything needed replacing (pads or otherwise). She was honest, upfront, and clearly addressed my concerns and questions. The service technician working on my car, Jesse, took a video of my car on the lift and took the time to show me my brake pads, tires, and rotors and explain the condition of each. Just like Teri, he was upfront and clearly addressed my questions. Not to mention, I received a text with a link video so I could watch it as I waited for my car - I love this new feature!! When my car was returned to me it drove wonderfully - the squeaks were gone, and they were were so kind to clean up my brakes and relubricate them. It didn’t need any of the work or replacing I thought it would and they were honest about it not being necessary. It was such a positive experience and everyone who helped me went above and beyond. Very glad I purchased my car here - thank you! :)

Its my second time taking my Mazda 3 to Gunther Mazda service. I was able to make the appointment online at night before and to choose the time that best fit my schedule for the next day. This was the first time we visited Gunther Motors in Ft. Lauderdale and it was a very nice facility with very fine people. We were attended by Oshe Andrew who was very courteous and attentive to our requirements. He found the car we wanted, took us for a test ride, and went through all our options for purchase. He made us a good deal, took us to the Finance Office for signatures, and handed us the keys. The whole process took about a couple of hours, and was a very pleasant experience.

First time at this dealership and it was a great experience altogether. From the moment I pulled in I was greeted by a lovely young lady who took all my information.Then I was attended by Ron at the service department whom I gave all my concerns to.He explained everything and because my car was taking longer than expected, I was given a loaner so that I could go to work.My car had to stay overnight and I kept the loaner for the day.Everything was great when I went to pick up my car and so far everything is working properly. Ive been to other Mazda dealerships, but these guys went beyond. Very glad I did.

We, unintentionally, arrived about 20 minutes before close after spending all afternoon/evening at different dealerships, several which didnt give us the time of day. At Gunther, we were greeted immediately by Oliver, who was very friendly. He answered all of our questions, took us for a test drive, didnt try to sell us any snake oil, and brought out a couple of models for us to make a decision on. All of this well after closing. Excellent service. All maintenance procedures are explained beforehand and any recommended services are up front. All charges are also disclosed upfront. Any available discounts are also applied. My service advisor is Terri. She is prompt and reliable. Over the past 10 years as a customer there, I’ve never had any problems with the quality of their work. I’ve never had to bring the car back because something wasn’t done properly.

Bobby called me back and said no luck, but there was a truck coming and he would check that too. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, also had a mystery issue as the check engine light had come on. The staff is helpful and up front with pricing. To diagnose why the check engine light came on it cost $140, thankfully that amount goes toward a repair if they find something. Apparently my car needed a software update and my very sensitive check engine light came on. 🙃 I did have to leave my car overnight and make a 2nd trip to get a loaner (grateful for the loaner.)

If you request a rental during service period they have always put you in one … they have shuttle service .. there newly renovated facility is outstanding. This time I didn’t make an appointment and it was a teacher planning day meaning I was WELL AWARE I WAS IN FOR A WAIT. which actually being that they have “office spaces”designed and super fast wifi available for there guests, I was able to work while I waited and time flew right on bye ! Ron Stultz is always so kind when I take my car in to get serviced. The entire staff here is welcoming and warm. I typically take my toddler with me and they give her a little packet with a coloring book, mask and toy. The location is beautiful and renovated offering complimentary water and coffee. I drive all the way from Kendall to ft Lauderdale just to get serviced here and I never regret it.

First service on my 2020 Mazda CX-30 was quick, efficient and very professional. I was greeted immediately upon arrival for an 8 a.m. appointment for oil change, tire rotation and a recall for a system update, and was out by 10:20.Enjoyed watching the procession of Mazdas, same profile in different sizes like Russian nesting dolls, and impressed by how quickly they were were whisked off off to the garage and returned.

This experience at Gunther has been horrible I dont recommend anyone go here. I was sold a certified used car from an ad I seen on the site about a year ago that actually said certified used car on the site. I didnt know you had to buy the certified part if its on the site as certified then it should already have that warranty with the car. So fast forward to the present day yesterday I had to take my car in for a check engine light they say its not under warranty because I didnt pay for the warranty so I had to pay for the repair out of pocket. Moral of this is to do research before buying any car.

Out salesperson, Oliver was very helpful and patient with us. He provided us with great service. After purchasing the car, he showed us all the ins and out and set up our app and connect system down to the sound settings. I very happy with the service we received and our new ride.

Absolutely terrible after sale service. Classic hit and run dealership that once they have your money, forget it - they will completely ignore you. I called and emailed them for weeks regarding an after sale issue with insurance and could not get anyone to respond. I would never buy another vehicle from Gunther, and I would recommend anyone considering a purchase here be very careful!
