A great experience. I called looking for a used tire in a not-so-common size. They actually had it at a great price ($50 vs. $200-300 new).When I went to for installation, the manager was super friendly. Car was ready BEFORE I could finish my lunch at Popeyes across the street. And mounting and balancing were included.

Tesla Approved! Jerry is very helpful. They know how to and where to lift a Tesla without damaging the car. I have heard and read horror stories. Tire technician is on his game. I went with non-oem Michilin Tires on my Ubertine performance wheel. Much better ride quality and hopefully they will last longer than 10k miles.

Great Place. I’ve Bought several sets of tires from Gerry at Tire Hut. I’ve always been pleased with my experience there. Any time I’ve ever had an issue, which has been seldom, he has always been quick to rectify it.

Went for some used tires. Jerry says I didnt need them. Even though one was at a wear mark. And the others had somewhat sufficient thread. He checked an old plug that I had concerns about and said it was okay. Respect for not selling me tires when I didnt need!. Minus one star because he was abrupt with me and didnt take the time you discuss.

We love coming to Tire Hut! My family and I have been coming here for many years. Jerry is beyond honest and caring. Today he could have easily charged me for a new car battery and labor, but found that the battery was under warranty and I did not have to pay anything. He is knowledgeable, quick and honest. No wonder why I always go back to TIRE HUT.When I went to pickup my jeep from jeep dealership for AC repair, they told me that I must immediately replace all my breaks since they are so bad that it is too dangerous to drive the car.I immediately took my car to TIRE HUT and explained to them about what I was told about my breaks by Jeep dealership. I left my car there for them to check it out. Couple hours later I was told by TIRE HUT that my breaks are fine and do not need to be replaced. To my surprise they did not even charge me for their work. I’m sure it took them a while to take four Tires off to inspect the breaks and reinstall them.

Honest, pretty quick, and knowledgeable. Im very careful with mechanics because ive been scammed before. Came in thinking i needed alignment and tire replacement. I couldve been taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge about cars, but they told me i just needed tire replacement. Trustworthy business for sure 👍🏻

This is a no frills, honest tire shop. Everywhere I looked for a set of 4 tires I was quoted 800-1100 bucks and anything cheaper I would have to order up to a week wait. Called Tire Hut and they had my size in stock and got a set of 4 for under $500. In and out in about an hour.

This place won’t admit to their mistakes. The tire I purchased from them is 7 months old with less than 8 thousand miles and is completely worn on the inside with metal wire showing due to them over inflating it. Even with tire protection package purchased from them all they will do is try to sell new tire. Jerry will tell you he’s been doing this for 40 years, but just because I don’t own my own tire shop, doesn’t mean I don’t know how tires work and know clear damage to the lack of knowledge of simple tire inflation. Buyer beware!

At first it felt like quick communication,service and good price. The guys worked great. At the time of installation I did not look at the tire size. After leaving and getting to work,one of my co workers brought it to my attention of the size of tire. After which when I called and spoke to the owner he started off speaking good and then spoke to me as though I asked for the wrong size and he raised his voice at me. Also he had his technician remove the safety clips from the rear brake rotors without my permission. I asked the technician about it and he said the boss said to remove it. I believe this guy didn’t realize that I have my Mastee ASE certification I mechanical and also have an I CAR certification. I am in contact with customers every week at my job and have never raised my voice and disrespected any of my customers or underestimate anyone because of appearance or color. I will never go back there or refer anyone. I was getting what I asked for cheaper somewhere else and chose to go there being the closest. He made a mistake and dried it. I called three other places and they all knew what I asked for. Don’t like people being rude and owning up to their mistakes.

Overall Great experience! The service and quality of work I got done at Tire Hut was outstanding. The people were very friendly and extremely attentive. I was in and out in no time and left very happy. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for new tires or repairs.

Called around town looking for 4 new tires and the quotes I got were over $800-1000 ..i was on a budget yet needed new tires and I called TireHut and got a set for under $500 .they were the cheapest brand they had but they have other better top of the line brands ..my point is they have better prices than lots of the other places..they are really nice there and get the job done in a timely manner. Ive been buying my tires from Jerry at Tire Hut going on more than 15 years. I would never even consider any other place to purchase tires, get your car aligned or tires balanced. The service near perfect, the prices are great and they genuinely care. Took my car because I had some damage to the sidewalk and I braced for the price on my high performance tires but Jerry looked at the tires and assured the integrity of the tire was perfect. I asked him about the tread and he said I had a few thousand miles... I mean I was ready to buy tires and Jerry was decent, courteous and above all has the highest integrity. He could have said that I was needed tires but instead he was honest and cared about the customer... this why I and anyone else should use Tire Hut exclusively for their tire needs... that you Tire Hut and Jerry!

Honest and trustworthy! I started using the Tire Hut in 2007 for tires for my Mitsubishi Lancer. Since then I don’t go to the new car dealers for service anymore. Tire Hut is now my regular mechanic for wheel alignments, suspension work, oil changes, engine work etc. The owner (Jerry) personally writes your service order and more. The best wheel alignments! Very clean and comfortable air-conditioned waiting room. Would highly recommend Tire Hut for all your car’s needs. It was so nice to be able to go in and get my 4 tires replaced with oil change inder an hour. They did a great job and helpful with reminding me when to get my new tires rotated to make them last longer.

Im doing this from a friends experience. I happened to be with him during his experience here. The manager got extremely irate and handled the situation poorly. In my experience with tire companies if they notice a rim is dirty and may be causing the issue, they clean the rim up. They sold him 3 tires from the start of 1 tire being bad. The last tire was driven from there 5 miles and went flat immediately. The manager claimed he couldnt get a refund, or itd be partial refund at best. They never attempted to return tire according to Michelin which means they resold it and made more profit. I dont know if the manager was having a bad day that day or not but it wasnt handled properly. I personally will not ever go there or recommend to anyone from that experience.

Ive been getting tires at this place for at least 20 years. The prices are good, and the location was convenient for the 1st 10 years, but Im a loyal customer. Last time in I went for the alignment as well. $20 to check, and another $70 if you need the alignment. they called me and said I needed another $300 of work before they could do the alignment. I have a mechanic that Ive been loyal with, so I said Id bring it in for the alignment after the work was done. Later I went to schedule the alignment and they said they wouldnt credit me the $20 because I had the other work done somewhere else. Jerry even made a big argument about it. Sorry Charley, Im loyal to my vendors, dont try to pull that tactic. I may go back for tires, may not. But certainly not for the jerk off. If you charge me a fee to do an alignment, dont demand other work as well. Something smells fishy.

Horrible personality. They mounted and balanced my tires for $20 each few months ago. Today one old guy Jerry looked at the wheels and asked if they are Alfa Romeo and proceeded to call his boss to show him my HRE wheels. After he looked at them he said $30 each and when I said all the shops in the area including across the street and few blocks down that they charge $20 he said he has better employees and better equipment. Tire Hut has been absolutely awesome. Service was fast and price couldn’t be beat. I can see why they’ve been in business for almost 40 years.

My Infiniti had an annoying vibration at speeds above 75 mph. Brought it here for a road force balance. They were able to start immediately and finished quickly. The price was also fair. Mike was courteous and informed me of everything they found (which included a bent rim unfortunately). Despite the bent wheel, the car still rides much better on the highway after leaving Tire Hut

Very Honest, good pricing, great service!

I went to Tire Hut for a front wheel alignment. After charging me $20.00 for a front end inspection I was told that I needed all new parts for my steering assembly. I was a mechanic for many years and I know all about steering assembly and when parts need to be replaced. The only parts that needed to be replaced were right side ball joints and that is all. My vehicle has been very well taken care of but after 65000 miles some parts are lightly worn but not loose or broken. The mechanic wanted to replace every part in my steering assembly even though they were not overly worn or broken. I left the shop after calling the mechanic a RIP-OFF which he is. If you visit this shop please be aware of RIP-OFF. Also the employees and manager were extremely rude. They would not just replace the worn ball joints unless I completely rebuilt my entire steering assembly. RIP-OFF!!!I AM NOT INTERESTED IN ONE OF YOUR LYING REPLIES EITHER!

Love these guys! Jerry is a pleasure every time I go. I always get honest, no nonsense advice.

Not only did they have the tires I needed in stock (285/35 R19 Continental Extreme Contact) but they put them on in no time flat and did an awesome job with the balancing, which a lot of places dont get right. And the price was about $110 cheaper than the Nissan dealer quoted, and that was with a Nitro Fill lol!!! I would definitely go there again.

The men here are FANTASTIC! I found out from a coworker I had a flat tire and panicked thinking who could I go to that wouldn’t rip me off and lead me blindly. The men were super helpful, very friendly, and explained everything to someone (shamelessly admitting) knows nothing of cars! I came in thinking I needed a new tire and they were able to patch me up with no problem! Super great! Will definitely come back to them if I ever need to, no matter how far the drive!!! Everyone should come to them!

Worst customer service experience , high price

We were referred to Tire Hut through the Continental Tire website and are extremely pleased with the service we encountered. One of our factory installed run flat tires split and was no longer serviceable. When we spoke with Jerry over the phone, he was quite knowledgeable about the tires and though did not have what we needed in stock he offered to get one immediately so we did not need to wait another day. By the time the vehicle got to Tire Hut, so did the tire. From the first inquiry phone call to completion of the installation was less than two hours. The cost was also much less than the dealer. It is unfortunate that we rarely find such helpful and competent service providers in our community. We thank Jerry and will recommend Tire Hut as a service center in the future.

My wife was there. They could not help her. Talking about that there is good people and bad people. They didnt fix unless she buy a new tire. Then she goes to Walmart and they easily fix for $10.

After calling multiple other places trying to find road force balancing, I found this gem. They were the only ones that 1) were very polite and professional on the phone and 2) that did not expect me to have to leave my vehicle there the whole day just to get balanced. Every other place I called wanted the vehicle dropped off early morning and picked up before 5. Which is extremely annoying/difficult if you work a 9-5 job and the only service needed is the tires balanced! Tire Hut took my vehicle right in and was done in about 45 minutes to an hour. Waiting room was nice and clean and the employees were very helpful. Will definitely be back again! Highly recommended!

The manager tried to con me into a new tire and refused to patch my new tire trying to convince me that the tire could not be patched because it had an ounce of rubber debris inside the cavity. I was told I need new brakes as well as tires by the car dealer. I could see the wear strip on my tires. I made an appointment to get tires and have the mechanic look at mybrakes to replace if need be. They told me my brakes were fine. They could have easily sold me four new brakes and rotors, but didnt.

Worst place to buy tires in South Florida. I bought 2 run flat tires from them with 12 months free road hazard warranty. I went back in a few weeks bc one of them got nailed. The guy rudely told me just buy an another tire nothing I can do for you. I drove to Firestone they replaced it for free. First time and last time.

If I could give negative stars I would. I went to tire hut because I needed 4 new tires. I researched the tires I wanted call to see if they had them in and the warranty on them. I get there the less than 24 hours later and all of a sudden they dont have the tire I wanted and they tell me the more expensive tire is better. The sales guy was fast talking and hard to understand. This however is not why I gave them one star.I went there with my husband so I can get a ride back home. I was getting tires for MY car, the car that I researched and bought and that I drive every day. Why was I ignored!. I was directed to go into the office to pay, while the front desk clerk quickly went to my husband to tell him the other recomended services needed. I saw this happening and I quickly went over as well to hear the clerk talking to my husband about MY car. I was so angry. I didnt make a scene...I wanted to....but they probably wouldnt understand. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE, EVER!
