I had a relative from out of town who wanted a specific auto part. It was not in stock, and wouldn’t be available from the normal distributor for a few days. Wade was exceptionally patient and professional as he searched for the part. He then went above the call of duty to find the part from another distributor faster and cheaper! My relative had to leave before the part arrived but I am very impressed with the service wade provided.

The Manager here is an excellent communicator, with empathy, and tons of knowledge. Takes his time to treat you right. Allows for electronic options to make your experience from walk in through payment and your drive away special.

UPDATE: So, after posting my review I received a text message a few hours later from that very personable guy at the counter named Joe. With threats for legal action. Ill add a picture of that text message. I now personally believe I made the right decision in not returning especially after seeing this threat. Perhaps this is why they hardly have any negative reviews if they follow each negative review with a lawsuit threat. Best of luck Joe!I took my 128i in for an oil change and an engine message light. Both were done in a timely manner and Joe at the front desk was informative and personable. All was done in great time and I picked up the car and drove away only to return when I noticed the mechanic forgot to install a fastener in the bottom engine oil cover they had removed for the oil drain and the area was not wiped down properly of excess oil. They quickly did that, apologized and I went on my way. Later that evening I looked at the right rear lower panels to make sure that when they replaced the leak detection pump they didnt miss any fasteners. Which they didnt but I did notice a black hose not secured properly and just hanging there. That was a quick fix I did right there as the secure plastic tab was near by. Small stuff, but nevertheless careless. The next day I got on the highway and after about 30 min the engine oil light came on and it was asking me to add a quart of oil. I quickly communicated this to Joe which he quickly had his manager Wade F. call me. Wade F. stated that the car should be fine to drive, that when I get a chance add about 3/4 of a quart but no more as he wanted to make sure I didnt over fill the engine with oil. Also to bring it back so that we can make sure the oil sensor was operating properly. He and Joe offered to completely redo the oil change. I said ok, I was willing to do that but it would be two weeks before I would be back in town. I appreciated their response time and concern to help me out. Personally I didnt think it was the oil sensor. If that was out it would give an INACTIVE message and it wasnt doing that. It was actually giving me add a quart message. In my opinion with all the other small careless issues the mechanic also failed to put in the right amount of oil. Once I added 3/4 of a quart the oil level came up to near normal. When I added the rest of the quart three days later it showed OK and the correct level. It has been ok now for 3 months without any issues. Once I saw that the oil level showed OK and remained there without any issues I no longer felt it was necessary to bring the car back to have it checked out. While I appreciate the follow up and concern by both Joe and Wade F., I no longer feel comfortable bringing the car in to this shop. It no longer was just one or two careless issue that were overlooked. It was the oil and that could of been disastrous.

In this day and age to get excellent service, professionalism, repair acumen and real world know how is a rarity to find in one of those areas...they succeed in all and more. We own 2 relatively new Mercedes SUVs, one of which had a nasty shake in the front end up over 55mph. We took it to Mercedes and they didnt really seem to know what was going on other than to want to start selling us everything. Then we brought it to Joe and the crew at Bavaria. I notified him that my wife would be needing the car soon for a long trip for work. Not only did they fix the shake very quickly, but he suggested a couple of other repairs that should be done in order to ensure my wifes safety for her trip, 1 of which was new tires. He didnt push it but he did send me a video of the current condition of the tires and recommended tires for the car that were astronomically cheaper than anything we had ever been offered at Mercedes. Additionally, he arranged for a rental car for me at a discounted rate and had a courier drive me to the rental car agency. I was kept updated as to the status of the car and it was done FAST. Joe and his team were professional, courteous, forthright, fair, and at NO TIME did I feel like I may be being taken advantage of. (Which happens fairly often if you own an expensive car). My experience at Bavaria is without a doubt a 10 out of 10 and I would recommend them without reservation to anyone. If EVERY business gave the kind of service that I am grateful enough to have received at Bavaria Automotive, the world would definitely be a sweeter place. Thanks guys!!

I just had my 2014 BMW M5 fixed at Bavaria. Ive had trouble finding a reputable auto repair place in this area for my M5. This shop is amazing. Not only did they get my car in fast, but they took the time to explain the issues they found and the process it would take to fix it. I wont be taking my car anywhere else! They did an amazing job at a reasonable price. To top it all off, they cleaned the inside and outside of my car! They went above and beyond and Im very glad I found them on Google.

Phenomenal place with amazing workers, they truly care about each and every customer and make sure that customer satisfaction is their #1 priority! I changed shop due to my previous one not being careful enough with my fragile old 95 Miata I am in the process of restoring. I had several things wrong when I went in but I was short on money, they were reasonable and communicated very effectively to find out what work I would have done with my limited budget. They worked quickly and efficiently and before I was almost ready the car was done!! They took extra care to maintain the interior and made sure to be very gentle due to my previous shop experience and truly went above and beyond my expectations. When I can afford it I’ll definitely be coming back here!!!

Had a problem with my 2002 Mercedes CLK 320 Convertible Top, my regular mechanic could not figure out the problem. I figured that what was needed was a Mercedes specialist. Was not going to go to the dealer. I did my research and Bavaria Automotive was highly recommended spoke to Joe Butler, he explained the possible causes and the costs that may be involved. Very clear and transparent. Turns out after thorough diagnosis it was a different problem. Joe explained the pros and cons, I did the repair anyway, the top finally works again, I am very happy. They even washed and waxed the car looks brand new, they will be my go to shop from now on.

Joe is very honest and extremely knowledgeable. He won’t try to up sell or rip you off. He sold and installed 4 brand new Michelin tires on my Land Rover for less than tire rack wanted just for the tires. This is the only place I’ll take my Land Rover.

I have a 2014 corolla that is now well out of warranty and is requiring its near 100K work. I’m always very nervous bringing my car anywhere as there are a lot of shady mechanics out there who not only will overcharge you, but will do shoddy work. Joe and Peter over at Bavaria are a pleasure to work with and they got my car back up and running properly in no time. I am very pleased and will be returning for future work.

Tensioner arm bolt sheared/broke off my new to me 2010 Porsche 997.2 C2S. Techs at Barvaria were able to remove broken bolt from block, obtain new OE Porsche parts, and get me back going. They also identified a damaged power-steering pulley and replaced that also. I never have a problem paying for honest professionally well done repairs. Highly recommend Bavaria for normal Porsche maintenance & repairs.

So, heres my story:I own a 2011 BMW 328i. It has 27k original miles and has no accidents or major repairs. Virtually brand new. I went to BMW in Ft. Lauderdale to have it checked out because it was rumbling around 40-45mph. I figured it was something related to the transmission. After they took a look at it, they handed me an estimate of $11,000 to replace the transmission and coils.Clearly, I was never going to agree to those repairs as it just didnt make sense and the car only books for around that amount.I decided to take the car over to Bavaria (Davie Rd.) as recommended to me by a friend. I walked in and there was a man named Joe who was VERY professional and got right down to business. No games. He agreed right away with me that BMW was out of their minds and got DAVE right on the job. DAVE took my car and in 1 day, he fixed my issue perfectly by replacing the AT Filter, AT Pan Gasket CRP and the Auto Trans Fluid after Scaning all my systems. I GOT OUT OF THERE FEELING LIKE I RIPPED THEM OFF BY PAYING ONLY $696.22!!!! I ran the hell out of there before they changed their minds LOLGuys, Ill make it up to you by giving you all my business in the future (it was my 1st time there) and telling EVERYONE I know to go there for any vehicle mechanical needs. All in all, I was EXTREMELY happy with their services which is almost IMPOSSIBLE to find for car mechanics. They tend to rip you off. You can tell these guys value business because they speak with total confidence regarding their services. Thanks again guys!!

Took my Mercedes in to have the tires replaced. Brand new Michelin tires at a great price. Joe walked me through everything they would do. I also ended up getting new windshield wiper blades and an alignment. Everything was done fast and you can’t be the price and friendly people.I was sent text messages through the process to let me know how things were going and what was needed. At the end I was given the computer reports on my car with all the details and Joe event sent off the Michelin rebate for me.My car hasn’t driven this well since I bought it. Awesome job. Highly recommend.

I wanted to wait a bit before I posted my review because, in the end, I am a cynic at heart. I wanted to wait for a few days to determine if the work that was done was good. But here it is, although a tad pricey, the team at Bavaria Automotive are a solid group of guys. They did some work on my transmission, on a Range Rover, and I am beyond satisfied. They did not price gouge me and I could even venture to speculate that at some turns in our interactions they might have actually looked out for my interest. I called quite a few people to get quotes and let me tell you there are some characters out there but Joe is a good guy. If you are ever in a jam, I would go to these guys for sure. So I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Bavaria had tires in stock that I needed and was able to get me in right away and get them on. They had better pricing than the dealership and warrantied the tires in case I wasnt satisfied. Bavaria also gave me better pricing on brakes than the dealer. Bavaria has followed up with me to make sure that I am satisfied with work they performed. I was running 15 minutes late and Wade waited on me. Bavaria should get 10stars instead of 5!

Awesome place for service on my classic bmw. They offer a wide range of services. Came once for a battery service and Wade found the real underlying problem that was draining my battery. He fixed it right then and there. Most places would have just dropped the battery in, charged and sent you on your way. Hard to find good service like this these days. Make sure to call and set an appointment, they get busy. Highly recommend this shop.

I purchased 4 new Michelin Pilot Sport 3 run flat tires for my 2011 BMW 335i coupe and had them installed by Bavaria. When I arrived I was greeted promptly, Joe went over the process of what they where going to do. Explained that they would check the vehicles alignment at no cost and if it was not good would notify me and it would be my choice to have it done there or not (no pressure). He also suggested adding the road hazard policy to each tire quoted the pricing and again no pressure to do so. I made the decision to have the alignment done there and added the road hazard policy. Long story short I am extremely happy with the entire experience! Total honesty which is rare these days and the pricing is very reasonable! I Highly recommend Bavaria!

Great experience with these guys. After 4 different times trying to balance new tires at tire kingdom, Joe and Danny finally got it right. Extremely professional all around with a ton of experience. Whatever your issue is they can help you out with it. Highly recommended.

I called Bavaria before bringing my Passat in for them to see why my tire pressure sensor light on the dash wouldnt shut off after I put air in. I wasnt sure what the actual issue was and they asked me to bring it in to look at it. Nothing was wrong but they showed me how to shut off the light on the dash. No charge. Sweet! Thanks guys!! Honest shop and people who work there. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with any questions. A couple months ago I brought my car in for an alternator issue and I was happy about the work they did then as well. Prices are decent overall. Id rather pay a little more to a shop thats reliable. They stick to their word and tell you about the perks of working with their shop for your needs. Nice incentives for the money you spend here. I recommend this shop if your thinking about bringing your Volkswagen in. 😃

Not much of a reviewer but this was a painless experience. I spoke to Danny, he quoted me on the tires, the price was reasonable. I brought my car in first thing in the morning and it was done by the time I had to be at work. Joe followed up with me to ensure that I was happy with the ride. I couldn’t have asked for the experience to go smoother.

My 2007 VW Jettas electrical system was killing my batteries - 4 new ones in 3 years. It got so bad that I had to disconnect my battery every night or anywhere that I was planning on being for more than 3 hours! It was crazy. These guys would not give up on finding the problem. This was my first time at Bavaria and will not be my last. They were extremely helpful and diagnosed my issue with expertise and courtesy. Joe and Wade are the best! I would trust them with anything.

Joe and Bavaria are the best! I needed two tires for the rear of my Maserati and after several attempts to go through the service department at the dealership I called Joe at Bavaria. I had used him previously on other cars and I know from my past experiences that they will not attempt to sell you on repairing anything that you do not really need while keeping safety paramount. No one would touch my Maserati as no one had state of the art equipment to handle front mounted wheels and were not authorized to work on such cars. However, Joe quoted me a great price on the tires that included installation which was almost half the cost estimated by the dealer. After ordering the tires, he called me to let me know that the tires were in and I made an appointment. Within less than an hour, his tire expert, Danny, had the tires mounted, the car was test driven, and I was on my way.I have found that Joe and his entire team of experts are extremely honest, fair, and conscientious. They are efficient and I would trust them to do any type of work on any car, particularly, high end cars. In this day and age - honesty and trust are the keys.

I have taken my Audi to Joe at this shop for the last 2 years. Always great service at significantly less cost than the dealership. Most recently they replaced my suspension front and rear plus tires all round. Car drives perfectly now. Mechanics Josko and Danny are excellent. In addition to the great work they take the time to explain what they are doing. Highly recommend.

Just moved here and luckily found these guys for work on my Saab. They do great work and charge fairly. Difficult to find someone good AND knows Saab cars! Now I have my Saab guys! And Joe is great and a wealth of knowledge!

Joe and his guys are simply the best. Accurate and honest assessment of your problem and the repair is handled promptly. I dropped my car off, they took me to work and when the car was finished they came and got me at work and took me back to their shop. I liked that about them. I liked that a lot!

I have been going to Bavaria for many years. I have brought in my European, Japanese, and American cars. Always excellent work done correctly the first time. If options are available, they always explain the prices/warranties, and pros/cons of new vs rebuilt parts. Or if a repair needs immediate attention, or if it can wait till a later date. Taking my cars into Bavaria is like taking them into a family members shop; knowing that they treat you like a family member and watch out for you. Took my car in for a coolant leak this week and was impressed by how quickly they were able to diagnose the issue but I was more impressed by the extra mile Wade went in order to fix another issue with my brakes. Very honest people. Awesome job!

This is the only auto repair shop for me. I have been a customer since 2011. I refuse to take my car to any other auto repair shop. Joe is an awesome person! Customer service is excellent. The repair prices are far less than the shops.

As the owner of several BMWs, I was very fortunate to find Bavaria. They are knowledgeable about the cars and honest with their estimates. They also do a thorough diagnosis before telling the customer the issue with their car. Friendly staff and they will do whatever to achieve customer satisfaction, for example like securing your car overnight by parking it inside the garage. I am a happy regular customer now.

All of these guys are awesome. Ive been coming here for over 8 years and I refuse to see anyone else. Theyve always taken care of me, been very honest and upfront with everything. In my opinion these guys are better than a neighborhood mechanic. I cant speak for the other reviews on here but I really believe in these guys and would recommend them before I can blink.

I take my BMW to Bavaria automotive .They have conducted themselves in a professional manner while taking good care of my car. Joe has been very helpful inmy dealings with his shop. He even offers me a ride to work if time and personnel permits. Joe was great to work with. Comfortable pricing but gives more to compensate for any unforeseen issues. Even though he planned to return my car by end-of-day, that didnt happen and he immediately got me into a rental. Threw in a few extras like an alignment to make up for my troubles. I definitely recommend these guys.

Joe is very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I received a very nice service today as usual. I used Bavaria for couple times and love the service.Last night, my Mercedes engine light turned on while driving, and I called joe this morning. He told me to check the gas cap to see if the minor thing got the engine light on. I did but still could not fix the issue.I dropped off the car during lunch. Joe has his mechanics check on the car and gave me recommendations, without any charge. Joe told me customer satisfaction is very important to his business. I ended up here after I was scammed... so I was very skeptical about mechanics in general. I was surprised when I first met Joe. He seemed like a very honest and straightforward guy.
