Visited Lorenzo Nissan this weekend after getting confirmation a vehicle i was interested in was indeed availableWe were a little hesitant as other Nissan Dealers we called would say β€œyes” they had the specific stock vehicle just to get you to visit them, so the experience with Lorenzo Nissan did not disappointWe were assigned Jean as the sales person and he was awesome. He pulled the requested car and was very diligent in answering all our questions, he did our homework and got a really good deal. The issue was warning lights coming on and not allowing me to accelerate. Craig Servo assisted us with this issue and when it reappeared after I took the car home, he advised me to return the car and it was corrected again. Mr. Servo is most professional, understanding and patient and worked with me to help clear up this problem. He explains everything and does his best to make the necessary services as problem free as possible. He is the reason we have so much confidence in the repair department at Lorenzo Nissan, Ft. Lauderdale.

Excellent service experience at Lorenzo Nissan. The staff was attentive, polite and considerate despite being very busy. The Service Manager Eddy Barros was there to jump in and assist his advisors who were all busy with other customers when I arrived. I requested just a quick oil change as I was pressed for time and also asked that the car not be washed having had my car detailed earlier in the day. Despite skipping the complimentary wash, my car was returned to me in immaculate condition.

Wish I could give a zero review .This is the biggest rip off dealership I ever had to deal with. I went in to pay off my leaseMike Robinson helped meHe said he was going to call to get my payoff price .I already spoke to infinity and knew that my payoff was $17.800 .. Mike Robinson came back with the paperwork and a price of $19,900Plus dealership $895 plates , taxes $23,000I questioned the $19,900 and Mike said it’s what i owed.I relied you added over 2k to what I owe and I don’t appreciate it or like being cheated . he said Hold and mangerChris MagdalenaCame back ten seconds later with a price of $18,150I told him that my payoff is around $17,750 and asked why he added a few hundred dollarsHe said well that’s the only money we make.I said you have a dealership fee of $895. I said The first time you tried to rip me off over $2,000Second time a few hundred dollars so I will walk out of here and give you a bad review so you don’t do this to other people . I’m not usually the type to leave reviews, but based on my experience β€” I feel like I need to.Made an appointment for Tuesday morning, with an explanation of what replacement needed to be done (with the hope that parts would be ordered ahead of time). Arrived and the service department had they no idea why we were there so, not surprisingly, parts still needed to be ordered.A bit annoying, but no big deal.Oh, and they also no longer have a body shop, so the replacement part can’t be painted to match my vehicle. Ugh, okay. Fine. I’ll deal with it.Was told by the service advisor to come back on Thursday around the same time, and the parts (should) be in by then. Great.I called this morning to verify that the parts had come in, to save myself a drive if they weren’t. The person I spoke to, again, had no idea what I was talking about, didn’t see any appointment scheduled, and didn’t see any parts had been ordered.To make matters even more frustrating, she was QUITE RUDE from the very start of the phone call, and had ZERO interest in being any kind of helpful. Her best suggestion was saying β€œI don’t know what to tell you” several times, and then β€œI don’t know, just come in”.Now, instead of driving 20 minutes to a dealership to be told AGAIN that they don’t have any idea why I’m there (if past experience is any indicator) β€” I’ll take my $1,500 dollars to another dealership that has some idea of what’s going on, and actually wants to take my money.

I recently purchased a new car here, great service, I actually finished everything pretty quick. Gino was very helpful and informative. He also helped me with the insurance choice and considering I knew nothing about it he was very polite to explain everything to me. I got a great deal and I am definitely very happy with my purchase. I can’t believe how fast I was in and out of the dealer when I leased my New Nissan from Lorenzo Nissan. I called, was invited to view the car and the deal; from the time I arrived to the time I left the dealer it was 1hr and four minutes. This is incredible, I pick the car, they offered me the best deal, signed, transferred tags and done. II am very pleased with the professionalism of Lorenzo Nissan’s sales/leasing and finance team. To Lorenzo Nissan , Luigi Reyes and Ray Lizardo , guys -keep up the good work: you are great, courteous, honest and you provide fast service. I love my lease from Lorenzo Nissan!

Two days ago went there to lease new vehicle when you walk in this little guy greats you at the door and hands you his card (Mike Eagle) general manager. Sales person that I talked to was very nice had no clue what was going on. I gave him the price that I received at another dealer and told him if he beat there price I would sign immediately. Of course he said he must talk to the Eagle and after 10 or so minutes he not only did not beat it he was $60.00 more per month over $2000 more so I left. I felt sorry for the salesperson he did not know how to react. I call the dealer back and asked for the Eagle after all he gave me his card because I wanted to try to make a deal and the rude person that answered the phone said he was with customers he would return my call. (Big Joke) 48 hours later no return call from the Eagle. I guess they dont want to lease cars.All the one star reviews you see say call the Eagle and he will contact you.That is another joke he wont they just want people to think that they care and want to solve your complaint. I didnt have a complaint and he knew who I was and still didnt call me back.I am very surprised that the owner runs the business this way he would make much more $$$$ if he hired more responsible people unless he approves of doing business like this. I hope they wont respond to this review the way they do to the rest of them the Eagle has my number to call me.Thank you

I want to give my experience at this dealership 10 stars. Gino went above and beyond to fit me with the right car at a budget that worked for me, it was immaculate service. I was made to feel very comfortable, like at home almost, without feeling like I was interacting with just another salesman. Gino maintained his professionalism throughout.And another shout-out to Ronnie, the finance director, for finding me the exact payment plan I went in not expecting, but hoping for.Overall, the floor and lot were very clean. I definitely would not recommend the service department to anyone. I have called and left messages 3 times because no one answers the phone. When someone finally returned the call, I was away from the phone and they did not leave a message. I finally made an appointment online and the person who checked me in gave me a difficult time because he stated that the person I was assigned to via the system no longer worked there and there was information missing from my form. I let him know that I followed all of the prompts that were listed on the site and that I have made several calls and have yet to speak to anyone. He stated that the site was outdated, which as I let him know was not my fault and out of my control. My appointment was at 7am and I told him that I needed to leave at 8am and he told me that my car would not be finished by then. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Even though I told him I needed to be done by 8 and that if it werent possible, I had to leave, he proceeded to take pictures of my car anyway. There is so much more and all of it negative. I live in the neighborhood but I would rather drive to Coral Springs Nissan where I purchased my vehicle than return to Lorenzo Nissan.

I have very mixed feelings about this location. Luis my Salesman was friendly and helpful. Finance was a smooth process . But then I was told I would receive $200 for referring my father to their dealership which I did . That means 2 cars were sold in 2 days. We purchased our cars April 2021. We’re in August 2021 and I have yet to see those $200. There has been endless text messages and phone calls between salesman and myself but nothing has been resolved.

I bought a car a few days ago, Larry was a pleasure to work with! Scott the finance manager was incredibly friendly and helpful! The reason i cannot give 5 stars is because of the women who checks you out - Judy. She made me feel judged and upset. She was unhelpful and was rolling her eyes at me the whole time like she didn’t want to help me. She was the last person i spoke to before leaving and it left me feeling upset. Hopefully the will find someone more cheery and polite it would’ve made the experience more enjoyable!

If I could give negative 0 stars I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! They false advertise even when you call to verify the price before you drive all the way to their location. When I arrived to inquire about the vehicle I called about I was told that the price listed online was only available when you finance and have a trade in and are in the military and give your first born!! They printed out a list of incentives you have to qualify for in order to reach that price. Very shady people. When I told them that I called they said the lady should have told me that on the phone. I then called the lady in front of them on speaker and she still was lying on the phonein front of the sales person. The sales person then proceeded to yell at her in front of me. What a complete waste of my time.STAY AWAY!!!

I called this dealership roughly three weeks ago to inquire if someone could send me a video of a Bentley they have for sale. I never heard back. So I emailed another inquiry to request a video of the car. I Live out of state and pictures are not nearly as accurate as videos. My email was sent late on the 15th so I got a response the next day from the dealership saying it’s the nicest car on the lot and they’ve driven it before and love it, and there have been so many people inquiring about the car so I should hurry in. They totaled disregarded my request. I responded saying I live out of state and , for a third time, asked for a recording of the car. No response. I have been looking for this particular Bentley since November and this dealership has had it listed since January. I know see what it’s not selling. They are not in the business sales but instead are busy ignoring consumer requests.

When got to the dealership they said the price shown was with trade in, about 20% higher. I showed him the advertisement and nowhere it is mentioned that. He said he did not care.i left right away because I wonder what else they are lying. They are just a bunch of thieves.

My experience with Lorenzo Nissan in Fort Lauderdale was far beyond from what I expected, was literally a waist of time . When I first contacted them i requested more information about one of their cars posted on line in their website, I had spoken with Alex , he did confirmed that the car was available and in good condition and he even sent me the carfax that I asked for , that same day I couldnt go to see the car so in the following day I was contacted by Alex again asking me when i was going to see the car, I stated that I was going to see later on that day. So I arranged to go with my girl to se the car, when we arrived at the dealership we met Alex and quickly introduced to sales agent named Gino, then Gino told me that the car Ive been discussing on the phone with Alex had mechanical problems and it was not for sale but he could get me a better car but financed,then I told him I was looking to purchase the car cash money because I had a repo last year during the pandemic after keeping the car for almost 4 years , then he said that he has seen cases like mine and that it was possible, they requested my 2 years of taxes and 2 years of schedule C and minimum down of 4k which I agrred and provided to them showing a little be over 60k between W2 and 1099 forms , so after almost 7 days since we started the deal and having my credit score runned over 9 times , I texted and called to see on a daily basis what was the outcome of the situation, and no one could tell me if I was approved or not , so on the 7th day I contacted Gino again to found out I was not approvedπŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ. Tipicly a bait and switch situation, which I kinda expect from small dealerships but I would never expected from a Nissan Dealership I guess .....Bottom line is I could purchase the car he was trying t to finance me cash money but I wont buy it from.them, my best advise is Mind your business somewhere else it will be much more appreciated ,I had the cash on me all.the time , I was ready to go ,seemly they did not know how to handle the situation and kept cooking me for 1 week until i called to find out !!! Very unsatisfied with this company. Went to buy a 2015 Altima, and the car was making noises all over. The car noticeably had some issues and was still at a very high price. And when we asked the salesman if they can fix it or do something about it. All he could say is the car is sold as is. It was apparent that the employees did not care for the customer and did not pay mind to sell a car and satisfy the customer. Very dissatisfied.

I went to this dealer to purchase a 2017 Nissan Murano, they had me go there 3 different days for 4 hours each day (trying to negotiate). They called me back to sign the papers, previously agreed on a price and payments including an extended warranty for me catch that they had the wrong vehicle listed when signing. Well when they changed the vehicle to the agreed upon vehicle they also increased the price. You can only imagine how upset I was to waste 3 days and think I’m leaving in a vehicle and didn’t. They made me remit my down payment of $4,000, turn in my rental, move all my belongings into the new vehicle just to be told they rose the price of the car $3,000. I do not recommend this dealership at all. Their Lorenzo Nissan price only applies if you have a trade in. Run away fast as these people are scammers. I went to another dealer and walked with a car within 4 hours and in only one day. Save yourself the headache and head over to Autonation Nissan Pembroke Pines. I promise they will treat you much better. These people don’t deserve to be in business!

(Mid Covid19) - I went in and was later informed that my transmission was going bad, but being that I was covered under warranty it would be covered. Initially I was told it would be two weeks and I would receive a call.Well they never return calls on the times they say, they never answer at any department and you get no responses.Fast forward, they say they are going to replace the transmission, but after about two months of going back and forth just trying to get a real date as to when I can get my vehicle, its determined that they are only going to repair the transmission and it would be a little longer.I get the car back and it runs good for about a day or so, but then it starts to make the transmission dragging sounds, so I called, didnt get an answer so I just kept driving. I needed my car to get around and make some money.Now the car has been looked at by them again, they tell me the transmission is the issue, but I am now outside of the warranty and being that they are the reason (wasnt fixed properly) they said its nothing they can do.Will never go back, Im done.

DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! First of all I spent a whole day here closing my deal, where at the end I was promised that they would take care of my previous lease balance their words were: β€œexactly how you receive your final bill, send it to use we will issue a check and take care of it, you don’t owe anything” 2 months later I still notice a balance on my account, and have been receiving letter on my mail about my credit about to be sent to collection. When I communicated with the dealer about this issue they said that I needed to take care of payments on this account that were my responsibility and not theirs. That moment I realized that they lied to me, and that there was nothing I could do. I made the payment that they told me it was β€œmy responsibility” and they were supposed to send a check with the remaining balance. 2 weeks later, I still see a balance under my account. ( a total of 3 months after closing my deal) this is extremely ridiculous I feel lied to, disrespected. A huge act of negligence. dealer has had no type of communication about this matter, doesn’t answer emails, don’t return calls. Absolutely nothing! They promised so much just so I would start a new lease with them but it’s taken them over 3 months to take care of what they promised. They are careless about my credit, careless about my time. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Ask for Ronnie, Jean or Larry. Down to earth, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Apparently Ronnies nickname is the Credit Doctor. He will find a way to get you the financing. Think he was working on a brain surgery type of deal when I arrived. The place was buzzing with activity, everyone I saw looked happy and there was a pleasant vibe. If there were negative stars I would give it to them. I had such an horrible experience when trying to do a lease payoff with them which should super simple. Their customer service was horrendous, I felt that I was being taken advantage of and they weren’t informative. I recently moved out of town and prior to coming I called multiple times to get no answer when finally spoke to the receptionist she who was unaware of the payoff process and I was quoted several different prices. Upon arrival with an appointment, it took over three hours for a process that should take no more than an hour to end up leaving because the price was different than what I was quoted. They let me walk out on the first day with a $20,000 check and extremely unhappy and time wasted. I did return to do the buyout again this time I was quoted a different price after a showed them the price that I was told from NMAC. When I asked about why the fees were titled different things than what is supposed to be and why the price kept changing, every person I spoke to gave a different response. I was finally told her that I can take my money elsewhere and that was the best thing they could’ve said. It was never about the money, it was about transparency. Upon arriving at HGreg Nissan Delray, I had such an amazing process however I was told that the Fort Lauderdale was holding my title or tag in transfer status and wasn’t responding to correct their mistake. I will never come back to Lorenzo Nissan of Fort Lauderdale ever again and do not recommend them based on their lack of honesty, transparency and shadiness. If you want to make your Nissan buying experience wonderful HGreg Nissan Delray is the place to go.

The actual work on the car was great. The time it took for someone to contact me to let me know what was going on with the car was not ideal. 5 hours? And when I reached out - i was told that Id gotten a text about another issue. I never received said text. Then I got a text after my phone call saying that it would be another 20 or 30 to find out the status of the vehicle. Later, I got a text saying the car would be ready in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later, the car still wasnt ready.A few months back, Id gotten a quote on some tires - 4 different kinds. I needed them this time and got a quote for the 2 most expensive tires. I had someone call to find out the cost and the price hed gotten was considerably cheaper.This time just rubbed me the wrong way. The people are super nice and like I said the work was great - the communication....not so great.

On day one I originally met sales manager Luis who was VERY respectful and professional, I then viewed the pre-owned lot and let him know I would be back the next day! I drove back out to Lorenzo to speak with Luis on Sunday but found out by Sebastian, Luis was off on Sunday. I called this morning (Monday) , before taking the 45 minute drive again, and spoke with the MOST RUDE AND NASTY phone worker by the name of Karina. After speaking with her, the way she talked to me after I explained the whole situation was totally uncalled for. I have never spoken with someone THAT nasty and disrespectful from a car dealership!!!

Lorenzo Nissan- Excellent Sales ExperienceMy lease was about to end so I went to Lorenzo Nissan of Fort Lauderdale and m so glad I did! Luis Becerra was ultra professional and a very polite salesperson , a rarity these days. Another Luis also helped me out and they listened to me and helped me find what I was looking for at a price I could afford. They have a very clean and welcoming facility and Luis B was very informative and not over-bearing. All my questions were answered. Would recommend. I returned to the dealership a few days later because someone had bumped my car with a shopping cart.Luis ordered the paint that matched my car and said to bring the car in for a gas fill up all for free. Since I was returning a lease and purchasing a Nissan, he waived the $600 disposition fee and as part of the deal, I received 3 years worth of free oil change vouchers!! Ill be saving a lot with those! Thanks Luis and thank you Lorenzo Nissan!!!!

I had an excellent experience with fll Nissan. The staff is friendly respectful and very professional. They listen carefully to your needs then they try to make it happen. I told Renee and Jorge my needs and they tailored a vehicle to match. They are timely, welcoming, reliable and they set the right expectations. We are living in a age where dealers lie and take advantage of consumers, but not this dealership. They keep it 100% real with you. I couldnt be more happy with my new ride and the high levels of customer care i was given. The new Nissan Leaf (electric car) is to die for see pics below. Stay Away from this place!! The Fiance Manager Ray L. is a scheming liar. Their operation is a basic bait and switch. They give you a price online. You show up at the dealership and they change the price on you. You catch them, and Ray L. will get to work on how he can scheme and get one passed you. I will never ever ever visit another Lorenzo dealership. There were other customers inside the dealership yelling and fighting with the sales people. That alone was a big red flag. STAY AWAY !!!!

They do not honor the prices discussed. Try to add on to the OTD price. And it’s funny numbers like $3 then $0.2 then say OTD does not include some things. Not a dealership you can build trust with. They tend to go back on everything they say. Plus waited over an hour on financing to be told these added costs. Financing will not show you most forms and want you to sign things about notices you never seen.Definitely you do not want to deal with Louis from used cars!!!!

The sales service has completely gone down hill at this place. I originally purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue in 2017. Walked away with an $18k , after fees around $21k. Me and my family decided we needed a second vehicle for easy errands around the city, like picking up kids from school and taking to after school activities. We are a small family so we didnt need another SUV. We browsed online and found that this dealer had the best prices. Prior to showing up I called inquiring on a 2020 kicks, a 2020 sentra and a 2018 sentra. We are looking to keep our budget within what we want and when I called and spoke to Genesys, he said it could be done. We arrived a little later than our expected time due to a 30 min drive and rush hour traffic. Genesys handed us over to Jean. Prior to this Genesys said the two vehicles would be pulled for us to test drive. Jean showed us the Sentra and I had to ask to see the Kicks. When it came down to talk price he came with an offer $4k above the advertised fee, which I pulled online and showed on my phone. He wanted us to walk away with a 2020 sentra paying $23k, thats more than what I paid for my rogue. He went and talked to the finance manager and came down less than $1k. I said the advertised price was what I came for and felt our time was inconvenienced. He did not talk to us on the test drive and when we drove the Kicks he didnt even come with us, he was also assisting another buyer picking up keys. When I said I couldnt afford that he said its not that you cant, its that you dont want to. I have never had a sales person blatantly tell me that, because at the end of the day its my money and yes I choose to pay what I want on the budget I have. He was so unprofessional and did not seem to genuinely want to help us find a car, because he did not ask a single question about what we needed it for what we were looking for. This experience felt half a** and what I thought of a place to come and get genuine help left me disappointed and do not see my self coming back for any purchase or referring anyone else for tht matter.

Ive been shopping at this exact location for over 15 years. The name on the moniker has changed but my loyalty to the amazing employees has not. Im sad to say that other than the amazing service team and the professional sales people, I would not suggest doing business with their management and finance team. I cannot believe that a company with Lorenzos reputation would allow floor managers to treat customers as if they are not worthy of their time and attention.To add insult to injury even if the sticker price is clearly stated on the vehicle they will raise the price when you sit down as if you are lacking the ability to do math (car was 21,995 on the formal quote they wrote 22,995 and stated they would be giving a discount of 1500 making the price 21,495 before taxes and fees, when questioned on the discrepancy they stated they were busy and there were too many customers around for them to spend time arguing on the price). I would love to say I would give them another chance but to be frank this was their second chance.Please note that the owner has decided to come on my review and inaccurately depict my interactions and intentions. (Proving my statement on their level of professionalism, whats wrong? Does the truth offend?) Also note their sales person attempted to sell me a used pathfinder for more than it was listed on their marketing, even though It wasnt the car or trim level I came in for (something I hear from other customers they are now known for). Also, I may not know much about cars, but if theres a car is listed on your website with a particular VIN number and the car on the lot has the same VIN, then that means they are the same car, listed as two different prices. To imply that I am just a disgruntled customer, truly shows the lack of professionalism here.I have little respect for an owner that will malign the interactions of a customer in order to win. I will not go back and forth with whomever maintains the reviews at this location, just know that I will not be purchasing a car from Lorenzo Nissan nor will I refer any friends and family to this location.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I know mistakes happen, but the overall incompetence and unprofessionalism of the staff are astounding. To make a long story short, they sold me a vehicle, yet submitted paperwork with WRONG VIN and WRONG NAME to the finance company. The salesman actually came to my home to figure out the correct VIN, which was unsettling and completely inappropriate in and of itself. I had to go back in to fill out more paperwork to correct their mistake, yet when I received my first bill a month later, the VIN and name had not been corrected, meaning I would have been paying for a random vehicle that was not the one that was in my driveway, and the title would have the wrong name. Called the bank and they told me that Lorenzo Nissan had wrote the wrong name on the paperwork, as well as failed to submit the paperwork required to fix their mistakes. Still waiting for this to be corrected, a month later. If you want an easy, smooth, competent experience, go someplace else.

I was scheduled to bring my 2016 Maxima in for service at 8:00 a.m. My Service Advisor, Gerald Wynter, has always taken such good care of me and my car! He actually called and got my mileage prior to my arrival to save time (I work nearby). I stopped by the showroom while I was there and spotted a brand new 2021 Maxima. After thinking about it, I went back and inquired about that car and ended up purchasing it. Everything went really smoothly and I got a great deal on the new car. This is my 3rd Maxima and I have been having my cars serviced at this dealership for many years. I am a very satisfied customer and that keeps me coming back...

I am never the one for reviews, but this is unacceptable. Ive taken my car to small businesses to save on cost, but I know, although you may be saving money, the time it takes to complete the service, may be extended. To take your car to Nissan and to be told 3 or 4 different days for pick up, over a span of two weeks, and not receive any calls with updates (without initiating), and noone answers when you try to gather information, is un heard of, smh. I would never do this again, I know about Covid, but this is way past that.

Probably the easiest car buying experience ever. Jean and Jesus (finance) were so nice and helpful. I went in with a number in mind and what I wanted and it was so easy to work with them to buy the car. The only reason why I wouldn’t return for service is because I live in Miami. A gentleman not even involved in the sale came over to me and showed me a couple different apps to install on my phone to learn about my car and talked to me for a bit. Everyone was super nice.
