This body shop is the most honest shop Ive ever been to. They will give you a written quote that you can compare to any other body shops. And there work is phenomenal. Once they finish with your car you wont even believe that the car was in a accident.I highly recommend this shop for the reasons that the work is perfect and there prices cant be beat

We were involved in an auto accident. Master body shop could not have made it easier for us to get our vehicle repaired and the work they did was very high quality. They repaired our vehicle perfectly. On location they worked with insurance, got us a rental car on location, and made sure were satisfied with everything. Family owned business. Excellent service through a Geico claim. Everything was repaired perfectly, and in a timely fashion. The owners went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was safe for my family, even helping me find new tires, which wasnt part of the claim, at a price that was nearly a quarter of what I am accustomed to paying for my SUV. I would highly recommend their services.

Master Auto Body repaired my car after I was T-boned by a man attempting to make a U-turn to avoid waiting at the Wilton Manor train tracks. He crushed my front passenger door and fender.I was heartbroken about my 2004 Buick Century Suncoast Edition, because it had been my Dads last car and I drove it to Washington DC from Sarasota, Florida after he died. It has a lot of sentimental value. Later, I drove it here to Fort Lauderdale to retire.I was adamant I did not want to be paid by the insurance company for totaling the car. The other drivers claims department told me thats what they did if the repairs cost more than the car was worth!Master Auto Body said they would do everything in their power to keep the them on track with making every necessary repair, rather than giving me some amount of money that would never buy back what I had lost.Rich at Master Auto Body worked closely with the other drivers insurance to make sure that I did not go out of pocket for any reason. Most importantly, I was amazed and impressed by how they managed to make the new paint on my front passenger side fender and door match and blend with the 15-year old paint on the rest of the car. I have sold and financed cars in the past and am very aware of what excellent paint work they did. They had to replace the door and fender, and I could tell that they got everything aligned perfectly. I kind went over the car with a fine-tooth comb. The paint was a special, highly metallic pewter color that was unique to the car. I really dont know how they made new paint match 15 year old, oxidized paint. But they did and Im very pleased.Everyone who answers the phone there is courteous and efficient and friendly. I hope never to need auto body work again, but I will certainly take any car I own to Master Auto Body and recommend them to all my friends.

Geico recommended this shop after I was hit by a driver who had Geico. Inspection was done onsite by an adjuster and the car was repaired within a day. Enterprise was also close by and they arranged for a rental. This is a family owned shop and they treat you like family from the moment you walk in. Car was repaired perfectly and in exactly one day. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for body work. Rich and his family are excellent people and a pleasure to do business with!

NO STARS! Ap will not let you give no stars. what a absolutely disgusting experience.DO NOT go in without a man if you are a women. They treat you like an idiot and know nothing about your car.My daughter took her car in after reading the reviews and a head on collision. 6 weeks later it comes back finished , with mismatched bolts, new parts that are scratched and dented and areas not fixed. They argue with you that this was not from the accident and was there. Week later after calling and calling with no return calls, we show up.and are confronted with more excuses. I have to get my insurance agent on the phone to give the go ahead and proceed.I call back and the receptionist accuses me of not liking anyone in the shop and hangs up on me. Its not about liking or disliking anyone, I dont know anyone enough to make that decision. IT IS ALL ABOUT NOT LIKING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.We get the call saying the car is finished again. 2/3rds of the list was not completed and now there is more damage to the car than there was before. We get more excuses and confrontational language basically accusing my daughter she doesnt know what she is talking about. ( it was recorded).They now have the car a third time and promise the car will be perfect. We get the call and the car is finished . My daughters brought her fiancé this time. OMG, stuff still not done and the car looks worse than it did a week and a half ago. There are more new scratches than before too. They tried to fix it again in 40 minutes, to no avail. By now it is after hours and the GM gets in his car and peels out while they are still in the parking lot going over the car.Three chances are enough by law to give someone the opportunity to resolve a situation.

Im surprised these people are still in business. Geico sent me to them when my car was hit. The work they did was very sloppy, almost like they werent trying. Not sure if it was because of what insurance pays them but they did as little as could have been done. They did not replace any covers, caps or seals that were damaged or missing; in fact they even stole one of my door lock knobs which was there when I brought the car in. The lady I dealt with seemed nice, but then again, shes the one who told me I can buy and replace the caps and covers myself if I wanted to. They were working on a couple of cars that were the same model as mine. One must have been missing a door lock knob and paying better than my insurance was. Save yourself the headache: Go somewhere else.

The worst! Geico directed me here after an accident, and oh, how I wish Id known I could take it to my own mechanic! They told me theyd have a rental car waiting and I had to wait over an hour for one to be brought. Then after a week, they told me to come pick up my car, and it wasnt ready. I sat around for an hour waiting, then got in my car to drive away and it shook like an unbalanced washing machine. The boss came out and opened up the hood. He found a light bulb and some kind of tool sitting on my engine, but that didnt explain the shaking. Meanwhile, I noticed the cover to my mirror had never been replaced - they told me it was still in their drying oven after painting it. So they take the car back into the shop, and then after keeping me waiting for the mirror, tell me that the shaking (which was not there at all before the accident) has nothing to do with the accident. Does that make any sense to you? They say its a broken engine mount and that happens from wear and tear. Well, sure. But the wear and tear that broke it was the accident! They refused to fix it, and so I had to take it to my own mechanic and pay out of my pocket. Both Geico and Master Auto Body were responsible in my book!

Picked up my van after Geico sent me there to have the repairs done. Got it back and noticed that 2 interior door parts that align the rear doors of the van were missing. I brought it to the attention of the owner who looked at it. He said that these 2 parts were missing BEFORE the repairs were done, claiming that they didnt misplace or discard them during the repair process.This was the area of the van that was damaged, and the adjoining door sill located around these parts were worked on to effect the necessary repairs.I will never recommend this shop to anybody, and advise Geico of this. Tell Geico you dont want this shop for your repairs.
