My uncle dinged my door when he opened his door, so I looked for a place to repair it. I found this place on google and they did a great job. It had a little paint chipped on it so they applied some touch up paint. Not perfect, but it is the best it will get without repainting the door. I left a before and after picture of it. I am very satisfied with the repair.

I took my BMW there for 2 dents and they looked at it and fixed it within one hour!!!!!! One of the dents was on a very difficult to get to spot and I didn’t think it was repairable without body work and paint. These guys don’t play around!!! For the second time since Ive owned my 2017 Dodge Challenger, I was the victim of a parking lot hit n run. This time, someone got my rear bumper and it was now bowing out beyond the rear quarter panel. And for the second time, I went to visit Paul at Dent Master and he worked his magic quickly (under 3 hours) and affordably. He charged me about a third of what a dealership would. Paul is a charismatic, honest professional who loves what he does. He may love my car as much as I do. Ha. I highly recommend Dent Master and Im glad I found them. Six stars (if I could).

Called in the morning to get a small dent fixed went over and it was done in less than 30 minutes. While we waited Paul had one of his guys drive me to the bank to pay in cash which I didnt have on me. He then polished my car took care of another smaller dent in the same door panel. He also went over a few scatches my car had. Excellent professional everything you can ask for when you have someone working on your car.

I have a 2014 Harley Davidson Ultra motorcycle. Believe it or not, a totem pole of an owl fell on it and put a 6 dent in the front fender. The Harley dealership quoted $1,000.000 to replace the fender. I took it to Dent Master and had it looked at. At first I was a bit skeptical, I wanted my fender repaired, to look like new, but how can I be sure this fellow could guarantee Id be at least satisfied, even if it wasnt perfect. So I took a chance. I dropped it off on Wednesday and it was ready the next day! Paul, the owner, is a magician, thats the best way to describe it. He had told me that if I wasnt completely satisfied that I would owe nothing. I would highly recommend Dent Master for just about any type of repairs on car, truck or motorcycle. They did a really great job removing dents and scratches from my Audi. Paul was very communicative about the process, answered the phone every time I called and worked with my insurance company. I also got a loner from him which was good enough to get me around. When I picked my car up it had been detailed inside and out. Very happy with experience.

Vehicle was hit and run in a parking lot. Passenger rear door on aVolvo cross country. One shop said they couldnt do it and to go to a body shop. Dent Master took one look at it and said it will be fixed in a day and a half to two days. Looks almost perfect and they detailed the entire vehicle. Look brand new again. This customer is beyond happy with the entire experience with Dent Master.

( I went to almost every single auto body for a quote and Paul gave me the best rate ). I needed to get my car looking as brand new as possible for the cheapest possible price to get my money because I just recenly became homeless and needed to get a place to stay ASAP. I took my car to Dent Masters on a recommendation from a co-worker. I called and spoke with Paul and I asked if I could send pictures to see if my dent could be repaired. After receiving the pictures, Paul called me back and gave me various repair options (between paintless dent repair and regular repair (e.g. bondo and paint) and rough ballpark quotes for both options. I took it to him that same day for him to do a visual inspection to confirm the virtual inspection done via email and the phone. Based on our face to face discussions and recommendations from Paul, I settled on the paintless dent repair option. After about a day, Paul called me and told me that he couldnt get it restored to the original condition with paintless dent repair. I came by the shop and inspected the work completed so far and I expressed my concerns with the state of the repair. He was understanding and was able to work with me and my budget on completing the regular repair option (e.g. bondo/paint). When I went to pick up the car a couple of days later, the work was great and virtually undetectable. What I mean by virtually undetectable is: I know its there so my vision is a little biased, but I doubt anyone else will unless they are really looking for it. Four other things Id like to mention: (1) They will work with you on drop-off and pick-up times. I had to drop-off and pick-up my car after 5:30 PM and they have someone that will wait for you. (2) They will give you a loaner car to use while your car is being worked on. The loaner was free, you just need to return it with a full tank of gas. The loaner car I received was a late model car with cold AC that has a lot of charm and reminded me of my first used car I ever bought/owned. Do not expect a newer model car. If you want a newer model car with low mileage, go rent a car to not be disappointed. (3) Paul and his team really pride themselves on doing a great job and they want you to be satisfied. They are not fly by night and while they are trying to make a profit (which business isnt), they arent trying to screw you. With that said... (4) Be reasonable and flexible. Realize that sometimes paintless dent repair will not work (e.g. thin metal, cracked/bubbled paint, etc.) and you might have to go full repair. Full repair will cost more than paintless dent repair. When being quoted the price, think about the materials, time/labor, skill of employees, and shop rent/insurance/etc. going into the repair and determine if that price is reasonable for all those factors. Overall, I personally had a great experience and I would recommend Dent Masters for any vehicle body repair needs.

Dent Master Owner is a Scumbag, my husband took my car here has a Christmas gift to repair a couple small dents on my drivers side door of my Mercedes and ended up getting hustled into repairing several new dents now on my passenger side door. In short, if you decide to hand him your keys and take her around back, expect him to find a slew of new work for him to take care of. Hell happily offer a deal of a life time for all the new found work hes created for you while youre sitting in his office.

I have damage to my car that I cant afford to repair for the time being. To make my car look more presentable in the meantime while I save up money to pay for the necessary repairs, Paul (the owner) and his team did a great job buffing out the marks on my two side doors. I saw Dent Master on the parking lot of the bank where I work, seeing his advertisement I hired him to work on my vehicle. He said he would repair the chips and some dents on my hood. I left him with the car for an hour or so. When I came back it was drizzling and my hood was wet so I couldnt really see well but it looked fine at the moment. I payed him and he gave me a number where I could reach him. When I got home I dried off my hood and noticed that the clear coat was completely taken off the front of my hood. It looked horrible. I called the number he gave me and it was another dent repair company. I payed him $200. Now I bought a new Mustang and needed another ding taken out and I came across his page. I noticed it was him because I saw a video he did with a news channel. Ill never forget when I got home and witnessed what he had done to my car, and on top of that to give me someone else phone number and not take responsibility for his actions. Maybe since then he got better at his job but I still wouldnt hire this man again.

I scratched and dented the side of my honda civic and the rear bumper. Since I was paying out of pocket for an older car I didnt want to spend a fortune. Ken at Dent Master, Inc Master, Inc gave me a very fair price and the service--communication, quality of workmanship, courtesy--were all outstanding. He was clear about the arrangements (It was a several days job) and stayed with the plan. The areas that were repaired look like new. I hope I dont dent up my car again anytime soon but if I do I would certainly return to Dent Master, Inc.

I stopped by Dent Masters on Saturday afternoon to ask for a quote to fix some scratches across the passenger side and front bumper of my BWM. I went there to fix my bumper after I scraped it. He did a great job and was very reasonable with the price. He fixed my bumper, straightened my headlight that got twisted in the accident, and even took out a few extra scratches. Not even paint masters . Moved to Fort Lauderdale at the beginning of the year and had a mishap with a tarp that scratched the side of my brand new truck . Saw the reviews for Dent Masters and after several quotes took it back to them because they had the best reviews and were the cheapest ( $900 ) , I also liked Paul he seemed like a good guy , But He promised me a loaner car that he never deliverd on . Told me it would take three days to deliver my truck ,it took five . My ($900) quote turned into $1000 for some reason . When my truck was finished I paid him walked over to my truck looked it over didnt notice anything until I got it home noticed a run in the paint by the tail light , a few pock marks from over spray , another run close too the rear passenger door and the paint looks a little duller than factory . He told he would really paint it so I told him I would need the loaner car and never heard from him again .

Paul and his team were good. I just showed up and they took my car right away. I got a full detail and also had to fix some dents, scuffs, scratches (body and wheels) since I am selling the car. Was a no fuss all in quote which was fair for what was being done. In addition, he needed more than the day to do it so loaned me a car as I needed to transport my kids the next morning. When I went to pick up the car, there were a few things that werent quite right, but he jumped on it and took care of it. Car looks great and he delivered what he said he would. Would use them again.

Paul did excellent work on my Honda Civic for a very reasonable price. I called, asked if I could swing by for a quote. He ended up doing the work right then and there: 3 dents, and both ends of front bumper scratched. While Honda quoted me $1,086.50 for the work, Paul did it for $420 and I tipped his employee $20. It was such a good deal, I called a friend who I knew had a problem with their front door that they had been putting off because the cheapest quote they had on their job was around $200. She swung by and Paul fixed it then and there for $80. I hope I never have to go and get body work done again but if I do need to, I will definitely go back to Paul at Dent Master, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

He quoted me a more than reasonable price. He did an extraordinary outstanding professional job. My car is 2007 Honda and I swear it looks brand new. It shines from hood to trunk and door to door. He even went above and beyond by cleaning my yellow dulled headlights. (Something I sorely needed and had tried to do myself, (unsuccessfully). They look brand new. They even washed my car and gave me instructions for the next 24-48 hours. Now mind you, we were done and he insisted on walking around the car with me to ensure I was happy,.....happy..lets say delighted!! I happen to have a new windshield wiper that I didnt have installed yet and yep...you guessed it. He did it. I personally would never recommend someone to this place. Brought my Cadillac Escalade to this place due to an accident. Estimate indicated some parts (new hood, grill etc..) and charged my insurance the full price. Picked up the car only to find out that the hood was not replaced. They instead removed the dents but was not a clean job at all. The grill was replaced and two pieces on the opposite ends of the grill were supposed to be painted. So what do they do, use something similar to tire shine to make it shine and give it a wet look that faded away a couple of weeks later.I believe they are very opportunistic and I would triple check everything performed by this shop. Make sure parts are correct 110%, double check the work and if I were you, go somewhere else. I shouldve stuck to coral Cadillac but I figured Id support a local business - very bad mistake.

Paul is a friendly/talkative chap. Good service and satisfied with the overall results removing a few dents and about 20 scuff marks and scratches (with some touch up paint) on three panels. Might have searched and found someone for $100 less, but the convienent location near downtown Ft. Lauderdale, friendly, quick same day service (only took a few hours), and final results was worth paying a premium.

Great job , i specialize in selling cars ,i went there on a Saturday which he was open, to take care of a dent on a high end car that was sold and getting shipped out , he did a clean job specialy on a high end car where its very annoying to have a dent ,price was different than what i was told on the phone and more than i expected since i repaired a dent on a similar car before. i let that go since it was a good job . i would review him at 5 stars if it wasnt for the unexpected cost that was little high.
