Best body shop ever! I have had bad experiences in the past with body shops, and Fender Mender was totally impressive! They matched this color perfectly with the three stage paint, and I would say that it looks better than it was before taking out the dealership. They also have fair prices and excellent customer service! Do not take your car anywhere else. I came here because I read the reviews, and it is all true. Fender Mender is the company that by experience provided me with excellent, friendly and professional service. Stephanie called me often to let me know of the progress of my car. The only thing I had to do was sign some papers, there was a rental car waiting for me. When the car was done I received a call from Stephanie. I brought my car to classic collision after being rear ended by another vehicle in a hit and run. I chose this body shop Because of all the great reviews I read online and because they we’re recommended by insurance company (State Farm.) They made my Honda Civic look completely brand new, and finished the job earlier than expected! Only had to drive a rental for 3 days. I highly recommend using this body shop. Super fast, super friendly, good service. If anything happens in the future, I will be bringing my car back to classic collision.

Super professional auto body shop! Everything they they did was above my expectations. They had coffee, cold drinks and snacks in the lobby. Customer service was excellent. They always returned my calls fast and polite. They got the bumper ordered, delivered, painted , and installed in a day and a half. The matches the paint and cleaned the inside of my car before returning it. So your self a favor and bring your car here.

I am beyond disappointed in the classic collision shop! I have never called a shop that was UNWILLING to help for a paid service. I nearly pleaded to Stephanie for an appointment with the shop and she hung up and said they were closed! 3 days later I ended up getting the appointment to fix my car and I could not believe the condition they left my car in. My bumper had to be re-painted and now it is 2 different colors as they could not color match properly. Not only is the color messed up my bumper was so poorly fixed it now needs to be replaced. I would not recommend this shop if it were free!!! the customer service not only sucks but the quality of the works is horrible. save yourself the hassle.

Terrible place lazy workers. Don’t go there unless you want your car to be totaled by the insurance lazy worker. Over charge insurance companies just to have customers car totaled and very rude front desk person half their review are fake I know soBought car to them no frame. Very happy with the service I received from Classic Collision. My car was towed in from out of state as I had just moved to Ft. Lauderdale area. They worked with me and the insurance company to quickly estimate and complete the job.

Fender Mender was recommended to me by a co-worker, and I am glad they did. Upon arrival I was greeted and helped by Ashley who got me set up with Mark to estimate repairs on my car. I brought my car in Monday Morning by appointment, and picked it up Thursday at noon. The shop and the office are very clean, welcoming, and professional. The entire process from start to finish was smooth, efficient, and satisfactory. They helped to settle payment with my insurance and even called the rental car company, Enterprise, to come pick me up. Conveniently, Enterprise is just down the street.During the repair process, the entire staff, including Joe from the shop, were very good in keeping me up to date and answering all my questions. I was called at noon today that my car was ready, and it looks brand new. I am very satisfied and recommend Fender Mender.

Choosing to repair my 2017 Honda Civic with Fender Mender has been one of the best decisions Ive ever made.Ive contacted several places before them and got nothing but a bad vibe and pressure to do business with them. Fender Mender was nothing like that - After reading all the stellar reviews and talking to Fender Menders representative, Ashley, who was so friendly, reassuring and unimposing, I felt that both my car and I were in very trustworthy hands.From there on, they handled all towing and all the repair with the utmost care and excellent communication every step of the way. They made extra effort to make sure that my car was running well and was looking spotless. They used genuine Honda parts and I could tell that the parts they used were brand new or brought from a new model, because of the new-car smell in the interior of my car. They completed all the repairs way ahead of their estimated time, and I been driving the car without any issues for a few days now.Truly, I cant recommend this place enough. I hope I wont ever experience the kind of accident that I was in, but if I do, this place will be my repair place without thinking twice.

This place is amazing, no stress or complications. I dropped of my car they had me claim my damages and they called for updates and my car was expected to be fixed by August 6th of 2020 and they got it finished a week earlier (July 31)It was a 500$ deductible flat and they gave me a goody bag! I had my side mirror fixed after a tree hit my car. They treated my Jeep Wrangler like a Rolls Royce ! They picked up my car at work and delivered my car as well for free! This place was so good to me!! I was still in shock about my accident so I wasn’t really on top of my car or where to get it fixed so I had come across this place based off the reviews and I couldn’t be any more pleased with the process. They update you on your car, when it will possibly be done if not earlier. The staff is friendly and has a good memory of your vehicle or name. They also have a good selection of snacks and coffee while you wait. Once I picked up my car it was in great condition and spotless!! Christine or whatever her name is BEYOND rude and disgusting attitude, called to speak to the person who gave me an estimate and she was helpless, she has an attitude and refuse to pass the phone to the person i actually needed to speak with, she even said that person doesnt work there when i personally know him. Very poor customer service, this shop should hire better people!

The place is very neat and clean and seems organized. | unfortunately am not pleased with how are car turned out. Car was done incredibly fast- too fast I believe- when you look at the car you can still notice the view from impact. Also some used parts were used as replacement parts which look worse than the original which was on previously. Also had an issue with the vehicle after repairs were completed, brought it back and was basically blown off by the staff. Live and learn. Many Auto body shops to choose from out there.

I just had to write a review for this company. I wasnt sure where to take my car after my accident. My insurance company gave me a list of places to check out. When I arrived Mark came out to talk to me. He was very nice and helpful. Assuring me that they would take good care of me and my car. The staff in the office were wonderful as well. By far the best auto repair experience I’ve ever had. It took me 5 minutes to drop off my vehicle. They already had all of my insurance paperwork ready to go and I was able to leave with my rental car immediately. They followed up with me the entire time my car was in their shop and it was ready the day they said it would be. Pickup took another 5 minutes. This is the second time that I got into a car accident and took it to Fender Mender. I am big on reading reviews and the few that they had were good but they didn’t have much at the time so I was a bit worried. The first time I went, I felt really well taken care of. I got my hood, lights and front bumper fixed. It’s been about 5 years and everything Is still good. This time around I felt like they had better customer service. They did an EXCELLENT job on my car. They replaced my driver door, the back, around and did a great job with painting my whole left side and covering some old paint chips I had. Everyone who saw the before and after told me that they did really good and hooked me up, lol. I have also meet the owner/manger and he was super helpful. Hopefully not but if I ever need body work again, I will go back.

Amazing service! I scheduled an appointment for a minor bumper repair and was in and out in less than an hour. I couldn’t believe they got it fixed and me on my way. Paul was incredibly helpful. Mark Knows how to Run a body shop!!!! I previously used Collision Care Express for my small repairs and time and time again they said no and had a million excuses as to why they couldnt this and that and etc. But Mr. Mark here went above and beyond and never made me feel like my repair was something out of this world. I went in for some undercarriage repair and got the job done but the car was still leaking somewhere else and they went ahead and fix the other issue AT NO EXTRA COST I MEAN IF THATS NOT AWESOME CUSTOMER CARE THAN I DONT AT IS. I brought my car in for some repairs/body work, this was my first time ever coming here. The staff was very friendly, they have a section with drinks, coffee, water, soda etc. which they offer to the customers. We brought our Honda Odyssey in for some body work due to being hit by another car. The first thing I noticed when arriving at the body shop to pick up the car was that the tires were cleaned. They looked great. But the most impressive thing was that the side of the car with the damage was spectacular! Not only was the area of the repair fixed perfectly, but the entire side of the car was waxed and looked brand new. Fender Menders communication to my wife was first rate too. They told her that the car may take longer than expected due to how many hours the insurance company would allow per day for them to work on it, but then she received a call today that the car was ready...when it was originally scheduled to be done. Fender Mender made getting my car fixed so easy and even pleasant! They called me just after filing the claim, took my car in and gave me my estimate before I even expected it. They arranged for an Uber to take me back to work. All of their staff was friendly and helpful. Best of all, they had my car back to me, THREE DAYS BEFORE their estimate. My daughter was hit from behind while driving my car. I was given a list of names by my insurance company and I went with Fender Mender based on the location. Great choice! Place is so clean and the girls at the desk were very friendly. The tech in charge of my car spoke with me and gave me an estimated completion date based on insurance but said it would probably be done a little sooner. To my surprise my car was ready by the end of the week. Picked up my car and it was good as new, actually better because it was cleaned outside and in. Even the gentleman who brought my car around was nice and friendly; not to mention the goody bag that I received when I checked out. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Literally could not have asked for a better experience. I was completely floored as soon as I walked into the front lobby/waiting area. It was cleaner than a doctors office AND they have snacks and beverages for their customers (just a nice little added benefit IMO). As far as the work on my vehicle is concerned, it was even more impressive than the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. I am so grateful I chose Mark and Fender Mender for my repairs and not some random body shop the tow truck drive was trying to pawn off on me.

This shop was recommended by my insurance company, and let me say top notch work and service was provided all around.From the start of service when their customer service rep came out to my car and greeted me and did my intake, to another associate transporting me to the rental car agency to pickup the rental.Prior to initiating repairs, I was notified of how long it would take to complete the repairs, while they had the car there was a change in the timetable, ensuring an earlier than expected return of my car and I promptly notified.This whole repair process was handled very professionally all thanks to Fender Mender.

This body shop is very professional. They kept me updated on my cars repairs. It did take about two weeks for them to complete the work, but it looks like they did a great job. My car was freshly washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and helpful when I picked my car up. I would definitely recommend using them!

Everyone here was so helpful and patient. I was in my first accident and I had no idea how the process worked, when I called I spoke to Stephanie and she explained everything I needed to know. The overall communication with Fender Mender was top notch. My car ended up being totaled but if I ever needed to I would go back there again.

I was given a list of shops to pick from by the insurance company. I hate it that I was going to have to pick blindly. I went on Google and researched several. I’m more of a review reader than a writer. However, I must take the time to give credit where credit is due. I called them ahead of time, I wanted my car to be lifted so I could take pictures under where most damage was. The owner Mark and Ashley were so professional and genuine. Took my pics & left. I was called a week later with an update and right on time my car was ready for pickup. They picked me up at rental place. I inspected my car and I couldn’t be more impressed and satisfied. I felt I truly received red carpet treatment. My car also needed new front & rear bumper. Looks brand new.I could go on and on! 100% I recommend this business and I would definitely go back if I needed.Thank you for making my experience a smooth one!

It was suggested by other partys insurance company to handle body work as it was close to my home. I could not have been more satisfied. It was apparent from the moment I walked in that this was a superior establishment. All phone conversations were professional , accommodating, and extremely friendly and kind. The timeline for repair was fair and accurate. They did a flawless job and to top it all off , they detailed my car in and out, truely unexpected. My only issue was using the Enterprise car rental next door which was the polar opposite experience but no reflection on Fendet Mender. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Especially Robert, while dealing with the frustration of my car insurance company he went above and beyond with assisting us in this process. Times when Robert was away from his desk and couldn’t get to the phone right away he ensured to return my call in a timely manner. I would give more stars if I could. Stephanie and her team worked with me and were willing to use a part that I had already purchased, and gave me a really reasonable price for the work. They did an excellent job, and not only were they willing to drive me back to my office and pick me up when the work was done, they cleaned the car inside and out and left it sparkling!
