Ceira was the first face I saw sitting behind her desk. She gave me a quote for my work and took my truck in that morning. Got a call 3 hours later saying it was ready and made it to work the same day.

Came to AAMCO due to my AC stopped working. Thanks to Ciera She managed to help my husband and I get our AC fixed the same day. I recommend anybody to come here they are the best.

It was my first time dealing with this establishment process for diagnosing my vehicle went over a 3-day process the first two days was pretty decent I must commend the office manager Ciara he is awesome person dedicated Im very gorgeous however the job that was done to my car was pretty decent my only this appointment was on day three where I dropped the car off at 7 a.m. in the morning and was told to pick up at 4:30 p.m. upon arriving for picking up my car theyre just started on my car and I ended up being there until the shop was closed and I was very disappointed in that level of commitment at the last minute here go this is the reason for the rating this tablet meant as received

This is easily the best and most honest shop I have ever been too. Not only did they confirm that I did not need certain work I was told I needed by 2 other locations. One for my ac and one for my brakes. They literally saved me over $500. Thank you Ciera, you are amazing! Ask for her, she is the manager and an amazing person. I took my Camaro SS in to have the clutch checked. They couldnt find any issues and instead of finding something else that needed to be fixed, Lee, the owner, told me nothing needed to be repaired. When I inquired about whether or not I needed to flush the transmission fluid, he could have said yes to atleast charge me for something, but he was honest and said that my car didnt need it. There was no charge for the diagnostic at all. I have literally NEVER left a mechanics shop without being charged for something, whether my car needed it or not! Will definitely recommend this shop no doubt!!

My car is not the same. I needed a transmission and a shifter. They put the shifter in but my cup holder was ruined and the car is not running the same anymore after putting in the transmission. They couldn’t figure what the problem is with the transmission. My car keeps jerking and it doesn’t drive the same and my transmission temperature is overheating.

I have a 98 F150, its my work truck and my clutch went out. I needed it to be fixed quickly and the work was done immediately and I was able to go back to work. It feels as if I am just driving my truck out the lot. Its driving really smooth. It was 50% cheaper then what my research told me, but the professionalism was priceless. Thank you Jessie, front desk. And thank you to the mechanics. I recommend this shop to anybody!

Brought my car in with blind estimates from everywhere else coming in over $2k, wanting to replace my entire transmission. From the first phone call they had a good idea that my issue was hardly transmission related at all. Brought it in and it was inspected and cared for thoroughly, only needed to spend 10% of what everyone else wanted to charge me! These guys are honest, which is the best trait to look for in mechanics in my experience.

IO had my transmission rebuilt at this location and am very satisfied with the quality of the repairs and the service. My car runs better than ever!I am very impressed with the interactions with Jesse and his technical people. They were transparent with the specifics of the repairs, along with explanations of what I was getting and how it would improve my cars performance.I would gladly use them and recommend people to them in the future.

Very friendly staff, very clean shop. The manager, Lee, is very helpful and straightforward. He actually had one of the mechanics go for a ride with me to hear the noise my car was making- no shop has done that for me in a long time. Highly recommended!

I had a positive experience with AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care when my car broke down due to a transmission problem in last September. They gave me a reasonable estimate, accurate diagnostic, explained to me the problem in very detail, the parts involved, labor hours, etc and why the had to charge the dollar amount of that repair. I received a good customer service when I needed and also they gave me a ride to my home to arrange a rental car mean while they fixed my car. The day that they promised to have ready my car was true and ready. Since that day the car runs perfectly.

Very rude. Dude there tried to fight me because I drove over his grass. My family in the car and he didnt care at all. Had a nerve to tell me he would embarrass me in front of my wife. How can you claim grass that was here before any of us. Some people just are evil. I would never trust him to do work. He is the type that would have you paying for things you didnt even need fix just to make his money just like he did my sister. Which she ended having to get a new car!! He didnt want to fix her car again.

Un perfesonal dont clearly explain that you can make payments but only with their credit cards approval or you pay all money up front no payment options I dont like this place total ripe off

I went in for a transmission inspection and a break inspection. the next night I drive to work and steam starts coming from under my hood. I think great I blew a hose. rise the hood and find that the radiator cap has blown off from being left very loose.this could have burnt up my motor. I have no idea why they even touched my radiator. but I will never go back. and recommend every one stay away. if you value your car.

The worst worst worst place ever!!! Paid $2400 for a new transmission and it lasted a week and when I went to get it fixed or try get my money back they didnt answer or were not there and the guy Jesse I had to deal with was never there nor answered my phone calls. Awful place will tell everyone I know never ever go here they literally screw up your car

Came in with my check engine light on and my problem was diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Jesse and the staff took the time to explain and show me what the problem was and how it was going to be fixed and didnt try to sell me on something my truck didnt need. The outstanding service displayed by this shop is something many other places cant offer.

My experience with Aamco Transmission, Ft.Lauderdale was a great one. Went in with a transmission issue they were able to resolve the problem, great customer service. The shop manager Jesse always kept me up to date with what was happening with my vehicle. It was nice to be informed and explained what was being done to my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends if they ever had car issues.

Not good at all they broke more than they fixed

I have been coming here since a first got my car (about a year ago) basically for oil change and maintainance. The manager is always willing to help if you have questions on how to improve your cars life.They also helped me with my A/C. Air was not coming out. I took it to them and they were right about the diagnostic plus they did it before the estimated time.

Great professional service at a reasonable cost. Brought my Honda Civic and 350Z and technicians were knowledgable on both vehicles. Transmissions on both vehicles were fixed and have been working perfectly since repair. Jesse Santelises and his technicians do great work, would recommend.

My Transmission had given out on me and I brought it to Aamco. I spoke with Jessie and he was very pleasant to deal with, he made sure that my car was taken care of and made sure that quality and premium parts from the factory were used to fix my car. All in all i had a very pleasant experience even though i was dealing with a stressful situation.

They use one tank with one type of oil for every car. What they put in Hondas they will put in a Jeep or a Porche. Service is not professional. Technitian and Manager were conflictive and dishonest when I called them out about the service. I came in for transmission filter replacements, new gaskets and a machine fluid flush. Guy does the filters and tops off my car with universal fluid, tries to convince me that that was a complete flush. I had to sign a waiver of warranty for them to completely flush my transmission. Had I not insisted the old fluid mixed with the new and different one would have been catastrofic for my transmission. Either way I now have some mystery fluid in my car that may not even be compatible with my transmission. Beware, I am crossing my fingers with what happened today

My experience with Aamco plantation was fair and hassle free. The guys in the shop are experienced (ASE Cerrtified Chief techs) and Joe the manager was informative and communicative. I have a 2001 Town & country Limited which underwent a transmission rebuild. There were also other issues which may have led to the failure but were only found whilst undergoing the initial repair after diagnosis proved by the computer information. The mounts had failed additionally and were replaced as part of the repair, also the steering pinions were replaced too. The total repair grossed $3K and I was able finance through GE thankfully. Given the age of the vehicle (2001 & 99K miles )and my options with resale, I felt that the transmission would offer a new life to the vehicle since mechanicallly mostly everything else is fine. I would recommend the location in Plantation as an alternative solution for any vehicle repairs.

Went in for brake lights that would not go off. They fixed it for no charge. Im going back for all of my repair issues.

Do not use @aamco! If I could rate it with negative stars, I would. This particular aamco Had our car for 10 weeks to repair the transmission and then the mechanic wrecked our car on a test drive! Yes, the aamco insurance company totaled our car because some bonehead aamco mechanic crashed it. Bad service to say the least and not reputable.

Brought my tahoe in to diagnose a vibration. The guys were honest with me and fixed the issue, a loose bolt where driveshaft bolts into rear differential. Instead of feeding me some lie about needing to replace something major they tightened and inspected everything in the area. Now, no more noise! I would recommend Jesse and the guys at AAMCO for any repairs and will use tem again if I ever have any more problems

They put a transmission in my truck 20 years ago still there I went back for a clutch a year ago less when I had a problem they shop was closed they were painting it nobody was there to fix it so I found a new place Im not sure I go back

Bobette Lovett - I recently had to get my car repaired at this Aamco location and I must say I was pleased with just about every aspect of my experience with the company. Jesse was polite, professional, prompt and he made my experience with Aamco a pleasant one under the circumstances. Also, I found Aamco to be very reasonable after doing a bit of shopping around.

I used this shop a few years ago for my transmission and was so happy with Jessie and the service I came back when my engine blew. Jessie is a good guy with a big heart, its hard to find a mechanic you can trust.

Joe and Lee really help me and my girlfriend with our problems concerning her car we recieved excellent service and reasonable prices now her car is running like a sewing machine thanks alot ammco.Everyone is helpuful too thats works in the shop i will always refer anyone to them
