Was my first time using their services and my husband was 100% right. They are quick, good in what they do and very nice people.

The guy who does the alignment is rude and try to tell me that I need other services which I already did. So go there for an alignment and struts which I just changed rip off

I Brought A Tire From Them. Had To Sit Up There For 2 Hours. Then The Same Day I Brought The Tire. People Was Tell Me I Need To Put Air In My Tire. I Thought Because It Was A New Tire. That People Was Just Tripping. It Was Not Until 2 Days Later. When The Tire Went Completely Flat And I Had To Put Air In The Tire. That I Realize The Tire They Sold Me Was A Plugged Tire .Or They Just Plugged My Tire And Charged Me For A New Tire. I Would Not Recommend Anyone Buy Tires From This Place. They Totally Ripped Me Off And I Waisted My Time And Money....

Its so hard to find a tire place open on a Sunday..not this place..they were wide open when I pulled up. I had a slow leak in my front left tire and they patched it up and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes. They are now my new tire spot!!

Good prices but theyll scam you if youre not watchful. If you buy used tires, they will show you a nice set, then take everything into the shop, out of view, and switch the tires out with near bald ones. Also, check for patches/plugs/cracks in the rubber. THEY *WILL* TRY TO UNLOAD THE GARBAGE TIRES ON YOU.

Im very pleased with the fast professional service that I received at In & Out Auto Services. They were the only tire shop near where I work that was open by 7am that could take care of my problem right away so I could get to work by 8am. I had a bolt that punctured through my tire. They immediately removed the tire & bolt and then patched it. The owner made sure that my tire was serviced right away. I highly recommend this business!

I come here Everytime I have a tire issue. They are fast and friendly. Just this past time my tire was flat. They took a tiny pin out of it. Thy could have sold me a tire. They are honest and I highly recommend them. Go in and ask for Tracy or Max or Norris. They will take care of you. Also very very fast!!

Amazing experience! Had a screw in my tire on a Sunday and they found a tire that would work and were going to order the correct one to come in the next day. When he got the tire off, realized he could patch it so did that instead. Saved us so much time and money. They are honest and quick. I will go back to them anytime I have an issue with my tires!

This place is an absolute lifesaver. The people there are very trustworthy and kind. I went to them after being jibbed by another tire shop. The first shop caused my car to develop a shake after having two tires changed by them. It was simply because they failed to balance my tires, or so I thought. Turns out that they also sold me a bad tire. But, In and Out took care of me, and now my car is up and running smoothly again. I wish I took down their names. Very kind and honest people. Thank you, again.

Been a long time customer for my tires here and always a pleasure to go there, management are the best and employees are super. Also had a problem with my driveshaft etc in my truck and they went to great lengths to get me back on the road by the days end!!! So hats off to the whole establishment for getting up and running again with a superb price and service.... Highly recommended on all levels of vehicle service!!!!

Beware! The tire they show you is not the one they will put on your car. The owner showed me a great tire. However, it took the mechanic a hour to put a bald tire on my car... worse than my original tire.Thank God I noticed before I left.

I just had an outstanding experience with this company. I have been bringing my vehicle there for minor work throughout the years. One day I had a major issue with my vehicle which needed to be fix right away. They worked on my vehicle but the problem wasnt resolved that same day and then the situation with my vehicle got worse. I called up the company and they immediately jumped on the situation to fix it. They were so polite and understanding. They assured me that the problem would be taken care of at no extra cost. This company truly puts customer satisfaction above everything else. I would recommend this company in a heart beat. I will definitely continue to use their services.

Had a bulge in my tire . Replaced it with used tire for low price . Was in and out in 15 to 20 min. Car is back to normal.

Dont waste your time coming here. I was advised to come here from a parts store. I gave it a try. Never again. First, nobody can locate a part. I called there at least 10 times. Next, the play the blame game and no one is accountable for anything. Third, the gave me the run. I was right in front of the owner Mike who said that the part would be there the same day 2.22.19. He even told me that he will personally go out to get it. That was a lie. This this was 2.22.19 and 7:30am. There is no follow up. My car was there all day and no one followed up with me. I called at 12pm. They said that part would be there 2.23.19. I take my car there again. Only to find out that that I need a master cylinder. Really! My car has been taken to them yet another day since 11am and you call me at 4pm to say it needs something else. Mind you two mechanics looked at my car. Now they tell me they will have the master cylinder on tomorrow. Now I have to use. The emergency brake to stop my car because I was told use ot becauseBo left. So unprofession. I am so done. How do they even stay in business? The bad thing is that after all of this my car is still not fixed!!!!

This place is awesome. They were the only tire shop open when my MDX caught a flat and they stayed open a bit later for me to help me out. The owners are kind and friendly and are about their business. Awesome prices too.

Gave me used tires that had plugs, almost no tread remaining. I think my older tires were in better shape. Last resort place don’t let them continue to rip people off.

Its a great smaller tire shop. I went in got 4 new tires then left. It did take them a while for them to install them though.

I have been coming to in out for years now, Every time i have a flat for less than $30 they hook me up with a good tire. Never have I had a problem with any of the tires I purchase here. A co worker recommended the place to me. I believe the guys name is Mike and his brother run shop with several other guys. I usually head to Orlando and Palm bay area alot on the tire i got here. You can def trust that you get a good tire here.

LIFESAVER! Came in Sunday afternoon when most places are closed, rolled up with tire flat and they helped us right away. In & out in 20 min. My 9 month old didnt even have time to get bored (lol). Thanks guys!

Amazing service. Mounted 5 35 tires and 17 rims on my Jeep in twenty minutes as well as the spare. They look great, ride great, and they charged significantly less than the shop a block away who tried to gouge me.

Very unprofessional!!!!! I’ve been here over a hour to have my tires changed, which I already have my own tires with me. They overlooked me by 3 customers to people the know or if it’s a girl. Mine you I’m still here. This will be the first and the last time. Brother out here trying to support a black business and look at this. Smh 🤦🏾‍♂️ And I’m still waiting.

If you care about your car dont bring it here. They scratched 2 wheels on my car. Had to go back to the shop 3 times before I was able to get someone to assist me about details on getting my wheels repaired. I had to go out of my way to find 2 spare wheels because they did not even offer me any. I had to come back to the shop about 10 times until the issue was resolved. It honestly was a waste of my time and money to bring my business there. I dont wish that experience on anyone.

I had alignment rotated tires high speed balance done got the car back got on 95 Tire almost came off because they forgot to put tighten the driver side lug nuts poor service bunch of young guys not paying attention to detail when theyre working I could have lost my life I wouldnt recommend their service

I got my starter changed here. They clearly took advantage of me because im a female. First of all I paid over $400 for a starter...come to find out was refurbished. Not new like I was told. A part in the starter was bad but they still put it in. Im having to get a whole new one and they put the wires on backwards almost caused a fire. Terrible!!! 🙄

These people are horrible, they dont want you to walk to the back with them because of insurance purposes but yet all them are working in sandals. I need it a used tire and they never ask me if I was ok with the price, just installed it and charged me 49 dollars! Walmart has new tires for 50!!! But I went to the closest thing open but never again!!!!
