Dale personally took care of me. He ordered my tires they came in the next day. He called me in the am when the tires came in. I went down to the shop about an hour later. My husband bought tires here for our Corvette. The tires are over $300 a piece but Dale was the lowest. Great service and he fit us right in. Its always busy which is a good thing. Definitely recommend.

I paid for 4 new tyres, filled with air, balanced and fitted. I paid and left as a happy customer. 2 hours later I had only 3 new tyres, filled with air, balanced and fitted. The 4th tyre had zero air!! They refused to give me credit but promised to fill it with air free of charge if I would just swing by!!! They were crazy busy that Saturday morning. The valve was only finger tight! just a little human error!!

Very unprofessional. They held my car for 3 weeks & never called. I had to call them as if they were doing me a favor & paying for the repairs themselves. I called them at least once a week over the 3 week period, but they never called. My car got skipped over for sure. Also, they hate answering the phone ((especially if they recognize your number)). Not to mention, a wrapped present that was sitting in my back seat for my God daughter was OPENED BY ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS. They also left a knife shaped tool in my back seat WHERE MY CHILDREN SIT!! The work that they had to do did not require anyone sitting in the back seat. To top it off, my car wasnt repaired properly when I finally picked it up. The only reason why they received 2 stars is because its a B.O.B.....but Damn!! Cmon my people! Yall gotta do better 😠

Absolutely horrible owner! Ive done business with Dales Tires for more than 20 years with great success where Ive promoted their services to everyone I knew. Something has changed and I can no longer give them a great review. Theres enough craziness in the world right now for the unnecessary actions in poor customer service. 🚫 Is it my fault that they failed to do all items requested? Or that the service they claimed to have done (alignment & balancing) didnt seem to have been done at all? Or that it took over a month for me to get back to have things corrected, which was due to their inability to service it on a day I was available too? Then I was given an attitude because I didnt have the complete paperwork (see image as actual received), which I had all I was given, meaning their staff failed to give it to me - but that was my fault. Or that their equipment today was broken?And today ended with me leaving after the owner chose to yell towards me with curse words and stating he was the owner. I wouldnt have been so proud to say that as I will always support small community businesses but no longer can promote Dales Tires as I once did. Such a shame and sad actions of this business man.

I used to go to Dales many times but distance from my residence stopped that and no need for tire work... until now... I had my wife take my truck to the dealership for the oil change and to have them patch my tire since I had a nail in it.... over the phone from the dealers mechanic he told me that he couldnt patch it because it was to close to the sidewall.... he tried to sell me an expensive tire... truck and tires only have 18,000 miles... all tires are great.... told him no... went to Dales the people that work there are extremely nice and HONEST... the gentleman that worked on my truck was able to locate the very small nail and patch it.... I was ready to buy a tire....Not today.... Thanks to the whole staff at Dales.... Love you guys... will always be back for my automotive needs.

Great prices but it is a bit of a disorganized mess. Make sure to ask how long the work will take. I got new tires and a tire alignment. The alignment took forever because they had one bay doing alignment.

2nd return for svc to finish up from Saturday evening of needing tires installed. Only getting brakes installed today. Took too long a wait today for just brakes only. Over 3 hrs. when car was up on the lift waiting since 10:40 am and tech only started at 1PM to do it, but only after when I spoke to techs.

This place was recommended to me years ago, never needed to go until recently. They were so polite and helpful over the phone, and when i walked in, they were just as nice. This will be my go-to place for tires! Awesome products, prices and customer service, the wait time was over an hour, but worth the wait.

Will not go anywhere else for tires. Hands down the best service. Went to Tire Hut down the road and they wanted to charge me $70 for a used tire that was bald and said there was at least a two-hour wait with only 2 cars on the lot and 2 in the bays. This place had 10 cars on the lot bays full and cars packed in front of the bays. 15min and 40$ with balance. Plus it was almost a new tire. We tell friends.

Absolutely amazing experience!!!! I had a minor accident and my wheel bent really bad and caused a complete flat. I immediately called and was greeted by Christian who was so helpful and knew exactly what I needed!! Great customer service Christian!! Once I arrived Dale Jr was ready and willing to go over my accident and see the problem. Dale Jr was unbelievably attentive to my needs and acted accordingly. I was back in 6 hours later (due to work) to a completely fixed wheel and checked tire pressure on all 4 tires. Thank you gentlemen for your great and speedy service! I will definitely come back for all my automotive check ups!

They were very professional. Could do some promotional sales, but decent prices. Office and sales staff are very courteous and try to be helpful. Staff that works on your cars outside, seem to be focused, there to do their job and are respectful. Will be back for more tires, soon if the service and decent prices remain the same.

I would of gave them a 5 star because price is good and the actual person who changed my tire was so nice....but the guy working in the front comes off very rude, annoyed, and frustrated. He Didn’t want to answer questions like I annoyed him. I desperately needed a tire and he knew it. I also asked about the advertisement they had up about breaks and he told me that wasn’t a deal anymore....just felt uncomfortable... The actual worker who changed my tire was very nice and respectful he even apologized for the guys behavior.

Purchased a truck from a dealership that was trying to write off a vibration as offroad tires after not 1, but 2 balance attempts. Took the truck over to Dale, whose technician was easily able to identify and fix the issue.Ive never seen a business owner know so many customers and family members by their first name, and he had me call back just to confirm I was happy. Its clear to me that I have found my place for wheels and tires.

Very unprofessional belittling the customers is never ok, he made me wait until he felt like they should start my tires over charged me never got around to do my alignment I was there from 11:30 am to 6:30 at night trying to get my tires on .Made me feel very uncomfortable after yelling at me , I would not want my daughter, sister , or anyone treated they way I was today .
