The service was absolutely, fantastic!!! Eduardo & his team were courteous, helpful and friendly. When my car required an additional part Eduardo called me to explain in detail and once I arrived took me into the bay to see the part he replaced and clarify why it needed to be replaced. He upgraded the part at NO additional charge and did not charge for labor for installation of the new part.That was completely unexpected, thanks so much Eduardo!! The place was clean and well maintained. Eduardo reviewed my cars maintenance status (all good) and declined to perform a maintenance service I thought I needed but my car did NOT need. The owner and staff went above & beyond to assist us when our alternator went out in the middle of a busy intersection. They educated us on the situation, gave us options, pricing and fixed it while we waited. With a small infant in the car they did everything humanly possible to help us in our moment of great distres! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto repairs. Well deserved 5stars!!! From the minute you enter the facility it’s obvious that Eduardo and Rafael love what they do and really do care about their customers. They’re very welcoming, keen to help, and explain as detailed as possible what they do with the car and why. My car was treated as if it was their own.Prices are reasonable. We were traveling from Texas and our car suddenly died on a main street in Fort Lauderdale. It happened at around 1:00 pm on a Saturday. Thankfully we learned of Fast Lane and had our car towed there. Eduardo & Rafael stayed hours after their closing time to do the necessary repairs. The absolute best mechanic shop Ive even been to. Frederick and Rafael are kind and friendly. They explain everything they do, and even showed me under my van what needed to be done. They are prompt and stick to the quoted times. Their prices are reasonable. Not only are they honest, but very trustworthy!

I felt robbed after leaving this place. It is a nice and friendly place but for two days straight they told me $175 for parts and labour on a window regulator repair. Once the repair was completed they asked for $295.... the guy just said oh sorry about that I meant to say $175 labour plus parts. Thats after I had asked him how much if i get the part myself and he said itll still cost the same. So I said fine you get the part. The part he ordered was $89. That is unethical. It made me feel uncomfortable and put me in a bad position. I expect a refund for the excess charge. The agreement was $175

The truth is, it is excellent to do the repair of my vehicle with this incredible family. Im 70 years old and I dont understand many things, but they made me feel confident, they explained to me what the job would be and the cost, thats unique.
