My Domestic Partner, was in need of his first tuneup, for his 2007 Honda Civic EX, 2 door coupe. He also, got his headlights buffed and car washed. We were there 4 hrs. But, the results were worth, waiting 4. And they always have a table and chairs under the shade tree. To enjoy the fresh air.

I went there for service advice to you what these lights mean after an oil change at Goodyear? One of your service managers says that the A or the B is normal after service but if you look in Honda service manual it says A code means change oil and B code means change oil & filter. These light are anything but normal and I was a manager for Tire Kingdom for 16 years and where I learned my skills for 8 + 1 years was with the United States Navy. My real dilemma is not with Holman honda with the exception of the service managers opinion which is wrong it is with GY.

I had a simple repair that needed to be made and it was done quickly as I waited. After the repair, I drove just 2 miles when a major warning light came on, which made me believe at first that they had damaged my car when they repaired it...they calmly and professionally explained the reason for the light, reset it, and told me that since Ive been laid off, Ive only used the car once a week...which allowed sediment in the gas to cause problems (Ive used less than 2 tanks of gas in the 4 months of being laid off)...they suggested a gas treatment, and it has not reoccured...the calm, professional manner of Mark Greene, the service advisor, disarmed my fear and he saw that my car was ready to go within 20 min after my return.

Very comfortable. Appointment times are kept. Work gets done quickly even replacing the condenser on the Honda civic a/c. Decent pricing - thats a standard in the industry. We have a great warranty buying from Holman a pre certified car. Theres tv and free hot beverages and vending machines for snacks n sofas. Social distancing is all set up and easy to understand and follow. We and our friends are definitely all Holman people now.

I had my vehicle for service recently and Jeree was my service advisor.She is truly amazing and went above and beyond my expectations to provide excellent service and they took care of my vehicle like it was their own.I was in and out in 45 minutes and couldn’t be happier.I am somewhat surprised reading all the negative comments as I have done business in the past with Holman Automotive (BMW and Honda) and have never ever had a bad or unpleasant experience.

I always have them do my oil change and service since they dont sell me a bunch of other stuff like other shops Ive been to. Recently I was doing office work during my oil change and forgot an $8,000 piece of equipment at the service center when I left. Tyson Ambrose who was helping me texted me about an hour later telling me I left it 😮. Wow, Thank you Holman Honda and Tyson for your honesty!!! I think you deserve a dive star review!!!

WE CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! they added on extra items like paint n dent which I did not want. Almost 2 years and NO satisfaction. For them to cancel.. leaves us WITHOUT the coverage we originally asked for plus All other dealerships are $1,000 less. very disappointing and DO NOT TRUST THEM... sneaking in a bunch of add-ons which they get commission on.,, add-ons you dont use. stay away

Had an emergency situation this morning with my gear shift button. Got to dealership at 9 am. Immediately was greeted by Joseph Burdge, service advisor. He addressed my problem and assured me he could have me fixed in two hours. Was tight on time driving to Tampa for a cruise and also traveling with neighbors that were expecting to leave at 11. Joseph had me going in less than hour. He was so terrific and nice. Thank you very very much!! Have had my car serviced there before and was equally impressed!!

I have gone there three times now and each time is a waste of time and money. My battery kept dying so I brought it to there then I had a flat tire twice with a nail in it each time they said they couldnt repair and i needed to pay almost 200$ to replace it. While my battery was still dying, they did two tests then said anymore would cost me. Those two tests said it was fine but I ended up bringing it to advanced auto and they said it was extremely dead, I got a new one from there and it was fine. Now Im at Sears and the unrepairable tire is getting repaired here for 150 cheaper. My mom has always gone to the dealership for problems with her car and I would have too but this place will RIP you off.

I buy a used car 3 weeks ago, And I still waiting for the dealer to pay off the car I trade. I try hundred times to call the guy on finance department to explain to me What going on, but he never answer my call.I very disappointed with the attention I received.

Our 2017 Honda is having a warranty issue and we wanted to have our car towed there. The person who answered the phone in the service department was not helpful and somewhat rude. We will instead have it towed all the way to Coral Springs Honda. So inconvenient, but Holmans customer service is unacceptable.
