I drove up to get an oil change, the service person never greeted. I sat in my XT5 for about 20-25 minutes to be told to come back tomorrow we have taken our last customer. Mine you they were closing in 3 hrs. I went to Vera cadillac and was served in 1hr and 30 minutes. Excellent service 👏 👍

I took my car to get checked out and they kept my car for 3 days and all they said was I need an oil change. My car have been shutting completely off out of nowhere and no warnings signs or codes coming up on the dashboard. I pay $300 and they say they not finding the problem, i pay take my car and 2 days later now its making this dragging sound. So i take the car back and then they call me and say for another $200 they will check the transmission and the fuel injection, so can you please tell me when i paid the $300 the first time what did yall check or what is covered under your diagnosis test. Thos is truly the worst place to go and all they care about is money.

I bought my Escalade at Bayview. The process was great. I’ve had to bring it in for minor things since I bought it aug 2019. They always have a vehicle to match my car for a loaner, which is extremely important. They are all friendly and helpful, but the living in Coral Springs, the only reason I bring my Escalade to Bayview in Fort Lauderdale is Danny in service. He is so helpful, friendly, very detailed, always follows up, and goes out of his way to get an answer. Danny is an asset to the Bayview team, as some others don’t go out of their way as Danny does. If they are not a bad dealer! But there is a lot of lack of professionalism or distractions! After I bought it, it was very difficult for me every time I called to contact them, my license plate expired, the original did not arrive yet and I had to stop my vehicle because they did not content and did not send another one!

Stay away from these people! Very very very very few professions! Ive been calling for weeks to give me a new license plate because the original one hasnt arrived and its always a lie after another and Ive been without a car for 3 days today because they dont send a license plate and the car is colored two months ago! Lies and few professions
