William, the service writer was able to get my vehicle in for diagnosis and repair quicker than anticipated. My first experience with them left a little bad taste in my mouth. This experience was over the top. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle three days sooner than expected, William was with another client so another service advisor helped me. William acknowledged me and everyone there was very personable and efficient. I appreciate Tim for detailing the car for me as well.

The service department was first class. Luis did a great job in handling our appointment. The communication was strong and there were no issues.

They were padding the inception fee which I argued but was tired and agreed 2 days later to lease at their offer but Eric came back today and was asking for more. Would never recommend anybody to shop there. Would give a negative star if there was one.

I had scheduled an appointment with my service advisor Luis Cue for faulty license plate light and he estimated that the appointment could take a couple of hours. When I arrived to drop the car off the service techs were all busy so Luis looked at the light and changed the bulb for me. It only took a couple of minutes and the light was fixed and I was on my way. Thanks to Luis for making the effort to solve a simple problem and save me from needing a loaner and making an extra trip back to get my car!
