Amazing! I brought in my 2021 Mercedes’ for service A and I am so happy that I did. They’re efficient, honest, and have superb customer service with great prices. Their waiting room is clean, comfortable and offers complimentary water and coffee while you wait and as a first time customer, they give you a few welcoming gifts. This place is clean and they guys that work there are very nice. It took longer than expected to get my car serviced but at least they offered a rental car until my car was ready. They have GREAT packages for people to maintain longevity to their company. Check those out. I noticed though that major services are a little over priced. I found that going to BMW of some repairs was actually cheaper. Would still highly recommend

What a great experience at Prestige European Auto Services. Craig, Frank, Rich and Terry where amazing with there personalized customer service. This is my 1st time here and I was very happy. They gave me an full inspection on everything wrong with my vehicle. What an amazing job they did. Rich has great customer service and attention to detail he gave me an email and text message of all of the work has to be done. Terri was very efficient, fast, and friendly. They also are gave me a full car wash, free coffee, and water. I have never been to more clean auto service center. Frank ensures everything is clean and kept up to standard. They have a really clean bathroom filled with all the amenities needed. Upon my work being finished I also got a coffee mug with a give card. I felt overwhelmed with joy. I had an excellent experience! The staff were very professional with conducting an inspection on my car. They explained things that I needed to have worked on ASAP vs later. And they explained things in a way that made sense to me which is what didn’t happen when I went to a local dealership.I will certainly be taking my car here from now on.

We are generally new to town and have a few high end cars and were afraid we wouldn’t find a reliable place to perform our general service. I found this place on line and couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. We dealt with Eric, the owner, and his professionalism and kindness was such a pleasure. Looked this place up on google the reviews looked legit I gave my car for a so called free inspection they told me to bring my car in and it would get inspected 5 hour’s later I get a call saying come pick up your car we don’t have enough time to inspect it. I bring it in the next day . I get a call later stating that the neeed 200$ for continuing inspection. I declined and they returned my car to me with disassembled parts. Long story short there all in for the money.. if your look for a respectful caring facility this is not the place !!!! It’s all fake smiles and misleading information.

I am a snowbird from NH, owned a GM Dealership for over 40 years, understand the auto service business. Needed an alternator for a Porsche, these guys are busy, worked me in, fixed it right, kept me informed during the repair, kept the car clean, didnt try to upsell me. They did it right and can be trusted.

From diagnosis to estimate and repair, the sevice was exceptional! I was kept informed at all times with friendly and precise messages of the work being performed. All work was performed with professionalism and my Saab is running great again👍

The service was great very professional staff. The only detail I could suggest is to leave the vehicle clean of any soiled finger prints after the service is complete. Other than that I was completely satisfied.

I took my Audi A-4 because the coolant warning light was on. After I arrived at the shop, I was greeted by Rich who was very helpful and knowledgeable. The Process was smooth, I left the car for the inspection and 2-hours later they sent an inspection report with the damages or defects in this case was the water pump. I ordered the replacement, and the car was delivered at the next day. They provided a list of needs for the car in priority order, which was very helpful. I do recommend this place as I do always take my car to the Audi Dealership in Fort Lauderdale but not anymore. Prices are reasonable as well.

Called in ahead and spoke to Richard who was very professional and had the car in the very following day. Had an estimate within hours via text message.then was advised to do a diagnostic, I accepted. I took my 2012 Range Rover to Prestige European. Wow , impressive ! Rich was extremely welcoming , the manger Craig came out to introduce himself and talk to me about their priority system and the digital inspections. I loved everything about it , very informative and made me feel like I was in control and not being sold anything. They walked me out to the shop and gave me a tour , I met the technician who was working on my vehicle. He was knowledgeable and went through some of the intricate details of his diagnosis. To top it off I left with a clean vehicle, a gift , and a 7 year warranty. Yes a seven year warranty. I Strongly recommend Prestige European for all your vehicle needs

There is no such thing as an inexpensive Range Rover repair, but being treated honestly while paying less than the dealership for a service experience that is 10 times better? Yes, please. I’ve never dealt with a service manager that is as professional, competent, and knowledgeable as Rich, he exceeds my expectations every time. I won’t be taking my Evoque anywhere else and I strongly recommend Prestige to anyone with a European vehicle.

My experience with prestige has been horrible. A once reputable business is now in the business of sabotage in order to keep you coming back plain an simple SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND HEADACHE. Pay the DEALER FEES. As far as professionalism maybe Richard is decent but Craig seems to be on his Menstrual.

Brought my 2013 BMW X1 over to Prestige last week and the service was great! They ran into an issue with the wheel locks before they were able to change the brakes, but Rich was great at communicating updates. The car feels great now, will be going back for future maintenance!

Craig and Rich run a great operation, and don’t give up on finding the root causes of issues with vehicles that can lead to more expensive challenges down the road, if not addressed. With so many fly-by-night operations in South Florida, and the dealership being tremendously overpriced, I’m glad I found Prestige. Good guys, good work, great value.

Coming from out of town on vacation and needed a quality auto shop to work on my Wife Porsche Cayenne with dealership quality couldnt come at a better place, they was professional, let you wait on your vehicle and didnt take long to do the oil change, so now I know every time I come down to Miami from Charlotte, N.C I have a Dependable auto shop when I here on vacation!

After 3 days in the shop and they tell that the issue is fixed - which is a noise coming from the passenger front and this is the second time I took it there. The noise keeps coming even after they change the part. I dont mind the changing the part but dont tell me that the issue is fixed after you keep the car for three days already. Not professional and apparently they list car brands and services that they have no experience on.They seem to be good for regular oil change or routine maintenance, for everything else look for somewhere else.Response to Owner:My car was in your shop three days, you replaced the control arm and I specifically asked whether the noise is fixed and your team member said it was. And I started hearing the noise right on Broward Blvd. loud and clear. I already brought you the car twice and you werent able to fix. What makes you think that you will be able to fix third time?

My girlfriend went there with her 3 series, they “diagnosed” the car PARTIALLY, and told her what she needed to hear so that she’ll approve services needed to “Fix” everything wrong with her car. So first of all they forgot to order a part that my girlfriend approved in the labor invoice that they sent out, so that wasn’t changed, secondly they promised her all these issues she were having and noises in the car would be fixed when she changed these recommended parts. ALL of that was FALSE!!! The MAIN issue that was annoying her on the car was NOT fixed, and after she picked up her car after a week, she immediately notified them and was giving the “It must be something else” speech! Over the phone. Unprofessional without even checking the car to see exactly what the problem was. All in all they said bring the car back etc... but after having the “Free loaner” that you have to pay insurance on daily, we were already out of pocket $1400 plus dollars and $170 for the loaner car. Their price was only $80 dollars cheaper than BMW parts and labor, and BMW Dealership loaner car is free with no insurance fee. NEVER AGAIN!!! Now I know how this works, they give a general comment about calling to work something out and a reply stating how it’s not what we said, She went in happy, and left feeling cheated. So about $1500 just for front brake pads and rotors, speed sensor and and oil change. We still have the receipt. NOT HAPPY

I was new to the South Florida area and unfortunately 6 months after getting me 2010 BMW a couple light wanted to have party on my dashboard. I was recommended by my dealer to go to Prestige Euoropean and it was the best decision I have ever made. They took great care of my car while I was out of the state and was able to get dropped off and within 15-20 my car wash & back to normally. I want to give a special shout out to Rich & Craig. And the MVP Terry who worked on my car. He also changed a couple of bulbs that I had no idea that were out. I give this business a 10/10. I am a college student and they were able to work with me and also teach me a little something about cars! Thank you again!!!

Everything was exceptional from my first phone conversation with Craig until I picked up my car. They were extremely professional, worked with me on the cost of the needed repairs - in fact, they went over and above what would reasonably be expected - did the work in a timely manner and protected the interior of my car better than the dealer ever did with plastic seat covering, steering wheel covering and floor protection. Would I recommend them? Absolutely!

DONT DO IT!!! It started out nice first couple times ..basic oil change, etc. Recently took my s550 mercedes benz to Prestige European Auto Services and my car came out worse. Transmission came out messed up, Broken frame, major oil leaks and still has gas smell. None of these things I had wrong with my car when i first brought it in accept gas smell. One time waited for tow truck an entire day and had to call out of work. I literally took my car back 4 times for them to fix the same repair. Oh it never got fixed so I counted my loses. They are very dishonest. Ended up having to replace transmission and redoing the oxygen sensors because they put them in wrong. Just listen avoid this place at all cost!!! They will do more harm than good.

I have brought my car here for a couple of years for routine maintenance and mechanical issues. I recently had an issue that was not resolved to my satisfaction. The owner called me and confirmed I was correct and took care of if it right away.

All new tires on a 2018 Porsche 911, did an awesome job from beginning to end. For the same tires, they beat the dealers price by 25%. Definitely will be going back

My vehicle required 5 visits to complete a routine repair (coolant leak) because they were not thorough. On the 5th visit, the manager told me I needed new brakes even though my brakes were nearly new and not in need of replacement. They are dishonest and do poor work.

I am certain that they have lost money on this job. They quoted me a figure with a substantial discount on the labor. They were changing Injectors and one cylinder had issues; they replaced the injector thrice @$380 each under their warranty arrangement.Provided loaner car also and were really professional in their dealing with me. Definitely would recommend them

I’ve been to many European automotive places but Prestige is by far the best I’ve encountered. I could go on and on about how the personal details ( your name on the welcome board when you arrive, a signed note on the dashboard when you pick up the car ) make a big difference from other service providers. To me the most important thing with a repair shop is honesty. These guys are honest as the day is long. When you own a Land Rover, having a good mechanic is sometimes more important than a good doctor. That’s meant as a joke but there’s some truth to it. I trust Craig and the entire team at Prestige.

I had my oil changed and brakes replaced on my BMW at Prestige and they did a terrific job. Service Rep Armando provided a detailed invoice for the repairs and was very polite and professional. The technician showed me my current brake pads and described the level of wear on them.I left my car at Prestige and they called LYFT to take me home and also sent one to pick me up when the vehicle was ready at their expense.I will definitely use Prestige again for all future maintenance and repairs.
